Description
In the highly-anticipated return of two iconic characters, the arch-rivals from the legendary Karate Kid film series reunite over 30 years after the events of the 1984 All Valley Karate Tournament. Now living in the affluent hills of Encino, Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio) leads an enviable life with his beautiful family, while running a successful string of car dealerships throughout the valley. It’s incredible. You could watch this even if you haven’t seen the Karate Kid movies, but it’s perfect for those who have. It does have some potty mouth stuff that I don’t like at all, but story is good enough to overcome the crude humor. Watch it!!

Nostalgic in nature. Great cast, great writing. Fighting looks real and well played.
Big fan of the two seasons and very happy the producers and writers created this to capture some of the lost love for one of the greatest suprise movies of the 80s , Karate Kid.

sequel to a Movies series in years. It makes you wanting to see more, and having that deep need to know what comes next. They did an outstanding job, and I can’t wait for season 3!!!!

I downloaded the first episode so I could make fun of how bad it was. Boy was I wrong. The actors, the storylines, the development of the characters we know from the movies and the new characters ... everything about this show is delightful.
I watched the entire series in thee days, and have been recommending the show to all of my friends since then.

This show is perhaps the greatest adaption of a Film-To-TV project in history, to have taken a franchise as iconic as the Karate Kid franchise, and then find it in such a way, that not only has everything that those whom grew up in the Karate Kid days of the 80's, but to also include the things that kids of today can deal with, as far as cyberbullying and such, is just amazing. Amazing cast, amazing production, this show is just so magnificient

Karate Kid being one of my favorite shows of all time growing up and Johnny Lawrence was my favorite character of that movie. Saw it when I was 7 years old. Never would’ve thought that 35 years later, Daniel and Johnnys story would continue. Season 1 is a fun for fans of the Karate Kid and new fans. The writers and cast went all out to bring the nostalgia that is The Karate Kid!
