Finally

It’s Saturday at 10:37 AM and I just got notified the finale is “available” on iTunes.

What a joke, the show was on 2 days ago! I’ve seen so many spoilers now I can’t believe I wasted money on a season pass. I won’t be doing that again.

Apple and RuPaul’s production studio consistently fail to post new episodes in a timely manner. The episodes are supposed to be released around 3am CT the night after viewing and are often not available for days afterwards.

There have been issues with delays all season, which have been annoying (to say the least). What takes the cake, however, is that the finale appears to be up on iTunes and available for purchase, but not available for download with the season pass. I have to pay additional money to see the finale? If this is a mistake, please correct it ASAP—I can't avoid spoilers forever!

iTunes is my only vehicle to watch DragRace, and it’s so disappointing when I can’t rely on at least consistency. Spoilers come out well before the episode.

Last Time I Buy this on here. waiting three dass for the final, it‘s like releasing a sports match a day late. Everyone is already talking about it. show is 5 stars though.

This show is amazing, but why can’t I view an episode on iTunes? I paid for the season, and I can’t even watch the last episode, that aired 2 days ago. Get it together, iTunes. You’re really starting to piss me off.

All season episodes have been taking more than 24 hours to post. This is a reality show steeped in pop culture. Every episode was ruined for me before I could actually see it. As I am writing this I still can not watch the finale two days after its aired and obviously the winner has already been ruined. Who is responsible? Is iTunes not uploading or is VH1 not releasing the episodes either way this is a disgrace. If I bought the season I should be the first to see an episode not the last.

I like the show but this is the last time I’m paying on iTunes . Everyone deserves a refund

I love the show, I’ve been faithful to every season, including untucked. But the Finale came on May 30th and ITS STILL NOTNON ITUNES YET FOR MY SEASON PASS!!!! And to top it all off The winner was spoiled due to social media!!! This would not have happened if the show was posted on here on time! Disappointed in iTunes!!!

Really, how difficult is it to post episodes on time? Every finale has been ruined for me. This is why people still have to use Bittorrent, because even when they PAY for something they don't actually receive what they paid for.

I felt like Amazon Prime Video took too long to upload All Stars Season 4 episodes & I made the switch to iTunes for Season 11, but they are SO MUCH WORSE! 😖 Absolute trash 😤

Please just put the last episode up so I can be done with your crap iTunes. You are ruining an amazing show by, yet again, not releasing the new episode. You can pass the buck and say its VH1, but you are a giant company that should have no problem ensuring prompt release. Good god girl get a grip! This will be my last purchase from iTunes. I am not sure how come the companies don’t release the episodes right away in iTunes.

I have contacted iTunes and they do not have control of releasing the latest episodes.

I have been watching RPDR through iTunes since the first episode but I just can't stand the terrible service provided through iTunes. Waiting for days to watch the show is unacceptable and I'm not going to do it anymore.

While vh1 or WOW or Viacom may be responsible for all the consistently late uploading of episodes this season—much worse than any other season where episodes were almost always available by 3am—iTunes doesn’t seem to have bothered to use their considerable power to solve the issue with Vh1. RPDR should be alarmed by hundreds of poor ratings here and also didn’t do anything. The message all around is if we pay for episodes here legally, we’ll just be disappointed and frustrated; we’re better off going elsewhere or finding pirated episodes.

I have never been more upset with something I’ve purchased from ITunes! I ordered the season pass for this season because I do not have cable and each episode was not uploaded within a timely manner. I had sever episodes spoiled for me including the season finally because of this! Some episodes took almost a week to show up! I can honestly say I will not be buying another season pass from ITunes!

4:30pm PST the day after the finale aired and the final episode STILL isn’t available on iTunes? This is the last time I buy a season pass on this service. EVERY EPISODE has been unacceptably late in availability.

It upset me that every episode took so long to get uploaded but now the finale even is a day late. This needs to be fixed before next season!!!

Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 days for an episode to become available on here. I won’t buy it from itunes again.

I understand it’s all predicated on content release, but it’s never consistent when an episode is aired on iTunes. This is the first time I’ve really had this issue. The show is awesome.

I’m upset, I never get the updated episodes right away. The reason I got this packet is so I can see the episode the next day. Smh

I’ve preordered many season passes to RPDR before airing. This season I am extremely disappointed in making that purchase. Not only has the price gotten much higher in recent seasons, but episodes are available later and later. I’m sure it’s not entirely up to iTunes to determine when a show is released, but seeing as how some episodes were available hours after airing and some have taken days, there clearly is something going on in the background that iTunes users should not be paying for.

P.S. if iTunes thinks that the pit stop or whatcha packin’ are extras that they can justify increasing the price for, they need to slow their roll and think again because world of wonder/vh1 post those for FREE on YouTube.

Takes faaaaaar too long for the episodes to become available for viewing on iTunes. I can view them online days before they're available here. Very disappointing..

This was the first season where I have purchased the season pass and had multiple, consecutive late episodes. When I purchased the season pass, I expected to be able to watch the new episode the next day after airing on TV. This problem did not occur during season 9 and 10. Overall, really dissatisfied this season due to this problem.

The show itself is 5 stars, but the issue needs high priority attention.

It's ridiculous how long it takes to upload the episodes after the air date. I waited till past 5pm the next day without the show being uploaded. Not okay. I will not be buying another season from itunes.

Episodes are never posted in a timely fashion. There have even been times where the new episode is available for individual download for an additional price before I, someone who purchased the season pass, gain access to the download I prepaid for. Unprofessional, unacceptable, unbelievable.

I purchased this show so my roommate and I could have access to HD episodes— and because we love to support Ru and the Queens.. but I won’t be able to do that again!! The show is spoiled for us each week (by the shows producers!) because newest episodes take usually ~36-48 hours to upload.. it’s super frustrating. I will not purchase a new season ever again.

Please fire whoever is in charge of uploading new episodes. This is the ONLY show that takes forever to get new episodes up. It's not just this season either, I've had problems with past seasons. GET IT TOGETHER. I pay for the season pass to watch new episodes when they come out. I shouldn't have to wait DAYS after the episode aires, having to avoid spoilers as much as I can.

I Love this show and thats why I bought the season pass HOWEVER last week it took 2 days for the episode to be released which is so upsetting when spoilers come out everywhere! I think this is going to be the last time I buy a season from iTunes. Its not worth it. Please get this fixed!

MISSSED THE SEASON FINALE!!! I stayed up all night to watch it when it aired so it wouldn’t be spoiled! I did this because you released the stupid reunion ep. ON TIME at 3am so it’s not like you guys can’t do it, you just choose to rip us off. It’s starting to seem like the only way to watch the show without getting it spoiled is to pirate it. I am never buying this AGAIN!!!

Can you imagine the outrage if people who had paid for GoT did not get the finale immediately next day? Apple, Google & Amazon need to exert pressure on World of Wonder & Rupaul (who I'm convinced knows & doesn't care). This is not what I signed up for & unacceptable.

I’m just looking for a specific time that I can look for episodes to be released through iTunes. It seems to be very randomly released (sometimes thursday night, sometimes Sunday night) . I don’t want to give this show a bad review, but I do want iTunes to figure this out.

Episodes do not pop at the compulsory 1am after air. I’ve had to wait upwards of 72 hours. In the age of spoilers and social media, I won’t risk it with iTunes again. So sloppy.

Watched (and paid) the episode on Amazon yesterday, becuase my season pass on Apple is AT LEAST a day behind. Better off getting the pass on Amazon.

Why does it take so long for episodes to be available? Extremely frustrating. It seems to me that the latest episode is not available. Why? I’ve checked on two separate accounts and both show that there is new episode. We’ve bought so many iTunes shows of Rupauls Drag Race and this is the worst. Also why do you hate us?

I bought the season cause I really wanna support the gays, however I feel like iTunes did t feel the same. they seriously need to hire a gay man or woman who is obsessed with rupauls drage race.
