When TGI Fridays first opened in 1965 there was no bar like it, it just didn’t exist. It was a place where everyone was welcome and soon became one of the world’s biggest restaurant chains, known as the place to go for that Friday feeling. But along with a lot of its competitors in the casual dining industry, TGI’s has fallen on hard times. 60,000 TGI’s employees are counting on CEO, Ray Blanchette to re-energise the brand.
