I honestly love this podcast. Although I've only been listening to it for a couple weeks, I really enjoy how there is an episode for everyone. Knowing my body type (ectomorph!) has extremely helped my training and eating, the episode on skinny shaming helped me to feel less alone, and the consistent confidence tips are great. I love how it's also sprinkled with humor and stories, puts me in a way better mood. I would love to see an episode about encouraging your family/friends into fitness and health, and being a better influence on them. Thank you so much!
