Excellent podcast almost ruined by Chris Sprow injecting dumb opinions. He needs to go back to being his insignificant self. He does not add anything important. Can't he just let McShay and Kiper speak?

This show gives you all the facts you need, and the reason behind their evaluations. It is also very entertaining, and can make you laugh. The great thing is these guys have No big school or big player bias. They will praise or slam players from big or small schools. They dont buy into hype and will pick apart top prospects regardless of what other peoples opinions are. Subscribe now!!

ESPN should seriously consider getting rid of the new moderator. Is he the same guy who ruined the NFL Today podcast? Whoever he is, the guy is not funny although he tries really hard to be. Also, he constantly speaking over the real analyst. Last year was better, when it was just Mel and Todd.

Holy crap. Two guys who think they're smarter and funnier than the other and more than anything else - love to hear their own voices - and it can be difficult to listen to at times.

Been listening to this podcast for the last few years, and until now had always found it informative and enjoyable. However, it was essentially impossible to listen to last week's episode. Neither Kiper nor McShay understand any concept of not talking over the other one, the moderator was anything but (despite trying to be assertive on multiple occasions), and despite wanting to hear some good points about what to look for heading into this year's NFL combine all I received is a headache and wanting to physically shake Kiper for having to constantly feel like he's the smartest guy in the room.

What I subscribed for was information about the NFL Draft. What I got was a bunch of egomaniacs yelling over each other trying to make themselves sound smarter than everyone else. Thanks, but no thanks.

They provide insightful info and a great dialogue. Looked forward to each episode.

Mel does a great job. I love this podcast. I'm entertained by how easily McShay gets riled up about him finding a player first and what not. Sometimes I think he could use a chill pill.

Mel and Todd are spot on as usual, but mel's hair steals the show one again as the insignificant moderator. I wish these guys were on year round; evidence of what a degenerate draft-nick I have become.

For the most part, I love this podcast. I have listened to every one for the past three years. What the podcast used to be about, was the players that were under the radar that could have a significant impact in the NFL, but players that couldn't find airtime on sportscenter or prime programming. For some reason, this year the podcast has moved away from that formula. The podcast sent out on the 27th talked about RG3, Luck and Tebow for the first half of the podcast. I don't care about those players anymore, we have heard all we have to about who's going 1 and 2. I still enjoy listening, I just wish they would spend more time with more information that I haven't already heard.

Mel and Todd are the best around and it's great they get into the draft deeper.

I have never missed this podcast, loved it from day one.

Just discovered this podcast and I love it! Mel has been one of my favorites since I first started watching the draft as a kid. His encyclopedic knowledge of the prospects and the whole draft process is astounding. McShay is growing on me, but Mel is the rock star. Can't wait for April 26th!

Where did you guys go? You have totally crapped out on us since the end of the draft. Normally a great podcast, but theres been 1 review since the end of the draft, lame.

Seems like neither guy take this forum seriously and it's lately not very long.

Really the last 3 weeks or so have been extremely weak. 30 minutes on a draft review...really?

This is by far my favorite podcast. I look forward to walking on campus at school and listening to Todd and Mel. If you are a football fanatic this is a podcast you will love.

I listen to this weekly and don't plan on stopping, great wealth of inflormation from these two. That said, Mel Kiper jr. Is the most irritating speaker I have ever heard in broadcasting. I'm guessing you name the person you are talking to 3 times every sentence because you are worried people aren't paying attention. Take a pause, breathe, and realize everyone is listening to you.

All the information on all the players you've ever wanted. I live and breath the NFL and this gives me my fix in the off season.

Great analysis by both guys. Real in depth analysis about the only sport I care about. Not just the token 5 minute NFL blurb you see on Sportscenter.

Good info, and McShay is ok, but I cannot listen to Mel Kiper for more than 30 seconds without by brain melting down like a nuclear reactor. Take a breath Mel! Vary your expression and tone of voice! And remember, the NFL draft is not the same as choosing teammates for the battle of Armagedon!

I have been checking this site daily since Februar started, now it's FINALLY BACK!!!! As a fellow draftnick there is NO BETTER PODCAST out there my friends! I was thrilled when I found this podcast because I felt that Kiper and McShay were two of the top people in the field when it comes to the NFL Draft. They did a very good job every week of breaking down players, positions, and team needs leading up to the draft(even if I didn't agree with them). Great job all around by ESPN putting this podcast together on a weekly basis.

This is the podcast for anyone interested in the NFL draft. If you think Feb-Aug is the off-season, this is the podcast to keep you afloat. Only wish they went a little longer or cast more often, and am looking forward to team-by-team analysis. Hope they also do a review of past year's picks and how they panned out.

Ryan R. really has helped McShay & Kiper as the moderator, and its good to see the sparing become more good spirited. McShay & Kiper discussed doing some pre-season (college) analysis of draft picks, and I hope they do. It would be great to also do reports on the signings of UFA and how the draft picks fared making teams or getting traded.

I'd still like to hear a few shows on "where are they now?" Covering picks they made in the past few years, and grades given versus how they ened up performing.

Not that I didn't expect this from ESPN, but this is great. Mel Kiper and Todd McShay are experts in their fields and it is amazing to hear them on a regular basis. Itunes, keep posting these podcasts and espn keep making them!

I am a big fan of many of the podcasts that ESPN has available because it allows me to keep up on all the big news and great interviews of the day. I can get my fill of information all major sports with hosts that know the sport that they are discussing.

I was glad that ESPN filled one gap they had...coverage of the NFL Draft. Mel Kiper, Jr and Todd McShay are great at evaluating and assessing the talent and giving it to you in a straightforward manner. The interaction between the two of them is fun to listen to (see the 2/24 episode) and I find myself looking forward to the next one and keeping on top of what's going on around the league.

Its is great getting info with the best in the business
