Will someone please prioritize fixing this app? - 03/31/17

I have no idea where to go to tell you about problems with the podcast app. The show all podcasts button doesn't work. When I subscribe to a new podcast, it should automatically populate in the all podcasts channel. Also, I created a channel but I no longer need it. I tried to delete it but it keeps popping up. Please fix these problems. - 03/15/17

I buy new phones (yeah upgrading my iPhone!), boom I have to resub to my podcasts- Plus it doesn't show what I listened to, yeah that grey circle it didn't work so don't ask-"uhh didn't it catch it?" No, plus you killed playlists, traded it for play next...?!?!! And why would you put it as auto play recent stuff?? Do you read books backwards? We- "We"play most podcasts in story mode. And when I sub something new it downloads the current ep. causing me to rush over and change its settings. Really?? I already done what I could in the (limited)main settings area.

The best thing about keynote are give you new update, like iOS 9 or new update for OS (Mac) I always watched keynote since when come out!!! Please do WWDC 2015!!! I love you apple, (basically everybody love apple)!

I just wanted to say I think Apple is the best company ever created! You guys are so good at what you do its so amazing. I have been in love with your iPhones for years haha I mean who can think of the things you uguys can? You guys are so advanced and your phones look so cool it's like this futuristic little box and then you press the unlock button and this glass surface lights up that you can touch! Like wow haha, and the picture quality is so amazing it's so clear it's insane lol I mean I don't think it's possible to get any clearer! Also I love how everything is set up in the iOS 8 I mean every update, everything gets easier and cooler. And congrats on your success for the release of the all new iPhone 6! I can't wait to get one! You guys have single handedly created the age of the future!

First time ever, I got so bored watching keynote presentation.

iPhone is not about my issue.

I did not feel all the excitement and one more thing within the keynote.

We are not interested in Live performance of band.

We are waiting for "LIVE" performance and demonstration of Apple product.

So disappointed.

I still love Apple product and I have started to think of getting new iPhone.

But that was when I actually saw the product, not by keynote.

They're all amaaaaazing events

Apple failed to produce a radical new design. The iPhone is too similar to the 4 and 4s to call it a complete overhaul. They also didn't produce the NFC chip that many of us were waiting for. Without the NFC the Passbook app isn't very desirable. Processing power was doubled across the board , but that's expected by Mores law. The new screen is a big selling point and I like that apple is staying unique and not make massive tablet-like phones like the galaxy III (4.7 in). I'm still waiting to get my hands on IOS 6 but I'm sure it'll be fantastic. Apples mobile software is easily the best around. However , all in all I see the iPhone 5 as just the next generation. Sales will surge early but I fear the galaxy III will continue eating up parts of apples smartphone market share. This wasn't the game changer I was hoping for. P.S. I still love you Apple.

I guess this Apple Keynote was impressive and so much amazing. New iPhone 5, iPod touch 5th Generation with multicolor and the new iPod nano 7th generation. New earphone called "earpod" the iOS 6 and now with iPhone 5 we can take a picture with panoramas style. Finally words. Well done Apple, you really make the world change. All the best !

What else can I say? The Apple Keynotes never fail to impress me. Always great to see what technology is coming out next!

For about 3 weeks now it had been saying that it is not available to download. Tap to try again. I've tried that 20 times!!! It just won't download. I can download all the other ones just fine, but not the newest one! I'm furious because this is the only way I can watch this! iPod 3rd gen.

Like many others I experienced loss of image shortly after the Pandora guys came on and shortly after a loss of video. I was able to finish watching the event from the streaming link from the iPhone section of Apple's website BUT this reflects poorly on a company that otherwise takes great pride in the quality of its products.

The video stops at around the 36 minute mark.

Downloaded the Jan 09 Keynote twice and both times it played a fourth of the way in and stopped. The streaming version from the website was just as bad.

I thought I knew a lot and I did. Then I saw the iPhone Guded Tour and was blown away. When I started digging for more and I found these and I was blow away again. Then I found all keynotes of Steve since 1984 and I after that there was no turning back. My whole world of understanding turned upside down. Sorry Apple for not knowig about you all along.

I love this podcast because its like it's my own personal piece of history in the making! I know this sounds geeky, but each new episode is like a movie that i could watch over and over! w00t!

What about the ipod touch? that is not fair that you have to pay $20 for it! The iphone is just like the itouch and there should be one for every ipod!

Android is the future. opensource is the future. developers working together to create new and different software is the future. Apple charging us all top dollar for every song, every service, avery application is just more of the same.

Ipod touch users have to pay for updates because they are not paying EVERY month for their sevice. Iphone users pay enough that they deserve to get it for free, and with this new update, iPod touch users will be getting it for ~9.95 which is a PHENOMENAL deal, all things considered.

Why is the iPhone software update 100% free while those with iPod touches must pay, I only bought it because my itunes was acting strange so i had to do or my iPod couldn't be used at all. Anyways i paid more money for my iPod than the 8 GB iPhone, i payed four hundred dollars on my iPod touch and i had to pay twenty dollars for an update this is a joke of unmeasurable propotions. All i can say about Apple Inc. is they are playing favorites with the iPhone because it's there first phone release. Also why has the iPhone dropped in price so dramatically and yet the iPod touch hasn't changed at all. And the only reason why iPhone users have to pay money over $30/month is because it's a phone I pay like over $40 a month for my sony ericsson but paying money for an application buy other applications is grotesque iPhone users please quit complaining we iPod touch users actually have a reason to complain not you.

New technology and great software updates are never free... NEVER (at least be happy it will still be cheap)! The reason iPhones get free upgrades is that we pay monthly fees (ATT plan)... Hello!!! Do you think all these great developers at Apple work for free? Do you work at your job for free and expect people not to pay for the services you provide? DIDN"T THINK SO... now then... I'm excited because soon I will be able to pass my 4GB iPhone (2nd release) to my wife and I can get a 16GB 3G iPhone for less than I paid for my original iPhone last Christmas or original classic 3G iPod back in '03 (which is still running).

I love the IPod Touch I have but AT&T in my area $%^$'s. I wish Apple would have opened it up to all carriers in the US. I would so buy an IPhone today.. I'm stuck having to pay for IPod Touch updates.... :-( Come on APPLE you have GREAT products, let us ALL have the option of using them..

It really amazes me how Apple continues to outdo itself and stay years ahead of the current technological market. iPhone changed cell phones forever and now it's even better.

In response to iPod touch complainers - software updates are free for iPhone users because we don't ever stop paying to use the phone. We pay every month. It is most certainly fair that it is free for us. In addition to that, accounting was different for the iPhone and iPod touch. My understanding is that the accounting for Apple TV and the iPhone accounts for future upgrades in the original purchase price of the device. So technically updates aren't 'Free'. All future updates were paid for upfront when you bought the device. 

With the iPod Touch, Apple used its normal accounting method so any future updates would have to be paid for.

Besides, the 2.0 upgrade software upgrade is NOT the same as a mere upgrade to iTunes and Quicktime. This is not a bug fix upgrade. That's like saying Mac users should be allowed to upgrade from Tiger to Leopard for free.

All in all, the new updates are a triumph for Apple. Keep it coming Steve Jobs.

I really like the fact that apple is finaly putting the keynotes up in one place (rather than having to look for them all over itunes). They are really informative. I also want to respond to some of the comments posted here about the price of the ipod software updates. As much as I would like to see free updates for ipod (touch), at the same time as they come out for the iPhone, they cannot happen. Although giving the exact details why it can't, it might only make sense to people with business degrees, it has to do with the way apple accounts for both items. The iphone uses the subscription model, so updates are included in the price. The ipod is not accounted for the same way so any updates to already sold ipods must be charged. Its a pain, given that we see that iphones get it for free but think about this: When was the last time, you got the Panther to Tiger OR Tiger to Leopard update for free, you still had to pay to get the new features.

You iPod touch owners need to read the fine print. Both the AppleTV and iPhone had their prices amortized over a two-year period, meaning that any and all software upgrades (during said period) were covered in their initial price. The iPod touch has no such distinction, meaning that any and all software upgrades were NOT realized in their initial price and must, therefore, be assigned a cost for proper accounting.

That being said, bring on iPhone ver. 2!!!

Apple is smart to bring iPhone to the enterprise setting! When the iPhone came out on June 29th 2007. Apple made a big and bold step into the future, bringing multi-touch technology to a mobile device. Now there bringing that into the enterprise set. iPhone has a boat load of features, that would make the enterprise way better! Like 1 step to get work Email, Contacts, and Calendars pushed to the device in a blink of an eye! Most phones it takes 5 or 6 steps, and also costs a lot of money! With the iPhone it's fantastic! Apple also is bringing not just a great device but also a great user interface, making the processes so simple to get enterprise information!

I think this new software update is awesome for all iphone users. You get new apps for your iphone and you get to be all happy, blah blah blah... Well for us ipod touch users, will be totally bumed out. It costs $20 for the january software update for only two semi-useful gadgets. Well for the iphone its free. Well its simple $20 bucks for ONLY 4 apps, then its probably $200 for the new software update in June. Apple should not be so biased to the iphone and give ipod touch users a break. COME ON!!

Why do Apple touch owners have to pay for all their updates? If apple keeps making us touch owners pay for updates they might just loose some cusomers! It is bad enough we pay$300-$500 for their item, I guess that just isnt enough!

Well. I personally own an iPod touch and I am TOTALLY fine with buying all the upgrades. I think that it is totally fine for iPhone owners to get all the upgrades for free. They paid OVER 600 DOLLARS to purchase this phone. And what did we pay to get our iPods? 200. Big difference there, don't you suppose? It would take a couple many 20.00 upgrades to get up to 600 dollars. One of my closest friends has an iPhone, and although I do not want one, I must say that they are pretty cool.

I just want to thank Apple for making these events available for download through iTunes. It's been a number of years since I was able to make it to a MacWorld Keynote or another event, and it's great to be able to watch them in good resolution this way! Agree or disagree with some of the decisions they announce, it's nice to see it as the people in the audience saw it.

We want free apps for iPods!!!

Theres a lot of complaining going on out there about iTouch users having to pay for apps! I have an iPhone and it came with a monthly bill to pay! Maybe you people should have spent the extra $100!!!! BOO-HOO :(.... Quit your whining.......you're better than that!!!!

Since Apple went to real companies asking for their programing department to expeiriment with the new SDK beta, they went about it right. The games for this will be amazing, unlike the web app games that use buttons consuming screen space. The use of the accelometer is amazing. Apple really does hit perfection, and applications will be awesome. The great thing is, by the time the update for the iPhone and iPod touch come out, there will already be programs developed.

One day Apple will rule the world...... And it will be great.

by the way, for iPod touch owners, it's all about the accounting for the nominal fee, but I bet it's price is going to be lot lower than $20 upgrade in January, since it is going to be a minor update that will only add Exchange and the App store support....

I think I'm getting sick and tired of getting Cored by Apple because I bought the wrong product. Why can Microsoft (shudder) completely revamp the Zune for free and Apple has to stick it to us for buying thier product? I've been Cored! You heard it here first. What Apple does to it's customers.
