Andy has inspired me in so many ways. I have completed 75 hard twice and even when not strictly on the program the things that I learned in those 150 days are still ingrained in me. The CTI episodes are where I get my news because I have stopped watching/listening to any mainstream options. The guests he has had on have also been great! I love that there are NO adds!!! Honestly on other pods I listen to I just fast forward through them anyways.

I recently heard about 75 Hard & I decided I wanted to read more about the program. I went straight to Amazon to purchase the book. When I started reading it, I quickly discovered the most atrocious pieces of literature ever grammatically written. After further research, I discovered that some jackass took it upon themselves to infringe on Andy Frisella’s work. Luckily, Amazon has already taken it down and it is no longer available for purchase and have allowed me to return the book. If anybody else is interested in this book, I highly recommend that they go directly to the Andy Frisella’s website and or subscribe to Andy Frisella’s podcast.

Been in business since 2010 and I’ve never heard any business owner including my business coach say anything to the effect of hard conversations. Other than you have to have them, Andy explained how to have them in the sense that they are just conversations take the weight out of the conversation. Absolutely enjoyed his answer! Appreciate the raw answers. I’ve always kinda talked like this but thought I was the only one that talks like this!
