I don't think that this song is appropriate for preteens, because P!nk is using violence on a dude somewhere in this music video that was released 2 years ago in the fall. Now that she has a daughter named Willow Sage Hart, the violence has been toned down for her OTHER songs.

this is such a powerful and well done video it literally gave me the chills... its executed wonderfully... this shows her physical strength as well as her singing talent... cant say enough....

I must admit I never really listened to pink, don't know why (lame me right lol). However, I loved Pink in this, the artistic expression was fantastic, truly one of the best music videos out there, and great song. This is real music, real expression.

It is fun to see Pink mature and grow as a artist. While the video and song is about love and relationships it can easliy be about life in general because we get nowhere in life if we do not make the effort to "try". This is the best song and video that she has done yet.

I was drawn to buy the song the first time I heard the beat and melody on the radio. I listened to the song the whole way through after purchasing it and was compelled to look for a video. What I found was simply the most moving video I've ever seen. If anyone had ever been in love with someone and felt the myriad of emotions that come with it, this song and video illustrates them all to perfection. There are so many parts of the video that use physical depictions to replace words, it totally completes the story. Extremely well done.

This is the best video I have ever seen. The people that choreographed this video are awesome at what they do. They expressed love, lust, anger, pain, heartbreak, sexual tension, angst and many other emotions in a DANCE. Of course it takes great dancers to allow all that to come through in the dance and P!nk with the male dancer did that in spades. Also the idea of the colors on their bodies being the "burns" from a relationship that passionate was an absolutely genius way to express the eccentricity that is P!nk! Amazing video!

this is an amazing video, but nothing can top the actual performance on the AMA awards. She was on fire! Great song and inspirational backgroung to it.

This song was powerful and caught my attention the first time I heard it. And the video to me says that even though life and love knock you down. You must get up and "Try". You can't let life knock you down, you gotta get up and fight back! Like when he throws her down on the floor she says "you gotta get up and try" so she gets up and throws him onto the table (my favorite part). Overall this is a strong and moving video and I love the dancing and fighting mashed into one to make one powerful moving video.

I'd never watched this music video before until after the AMA awards. She performed this song almost exactly similar to what she did in this video, all the while singing( and not lip singing). I was wowed. Pink will truly be remebered through this music video. Cudos to you Pink!!

The whole music video is basically a ballet. It is absolutely beautiful, very well done artistic video. It isn't too often you have a classical art form such as ballet brought into modern pop culture. It just adds to the depth of the video. I highly recommend it.

The greatest video ever

Don't get me wrong, I wasn't a big fan of this song when I first heard it. Lyrically it was just so simplistic... but the music and the nice beat made up for it so I figured it wasn't that bad. When I found out that this song was chosen to be her 2nd single however, I was terribly disappointed. But man oh man! This video is a complete masterpiece and it showcases P!nk's amazing talent. The aggressiveness and delicacy of both P!nk and her male co-star were shown through their epic performance and this video proves that P!nk is phenomenal and at the very top of her game. I usually don't like a lot of music videos, I feel that they're too outrageous and have nothing to do with the song they represent. This video however, is flawless and it made me appreciate the song a whole lot more which, I believe, is what a music video is supposed to do. I actually bought this, and I hardly ever buy music videos. But this video was truly worth it.
