My son and I love watching the movie during this holiday season. After a few watches, I’ve realized this version is not the whole movie! There are several scenes missing which is disappointing.

A washed up over actor making 20 million a movie lib, looking like a fat dad in the ugliest makeup ever. Not just him, but the cast. The lightening in the movie is very clay like and dismal that it makes you want to shut it off.

The OG cartoon with Karloff was better but this movie and its stupid theme is so stupid. Was dumb back than and worse with this 20 year old fart festival.

Between this song, the Oompa Loompa song and let it go… Augh Americans can’t make any good music that’ll get stuck in your head for decades to come.

This waste of “talent” movie should never have been made. If I want to see a real grinch, I’ll watch Joe Biden trying to make a speech.

The live action Grinch is horrifying. Jim Carrey worked well in other movies, but when I first saw it, I had nightmares about it. I'm sure this isn't the first complaint you've had about a live action Grinch that terrified little kids, but this went too far! This type of horror should be saved for HORROR movies, not a Dr. Seuss movie! Please make a revised version in which the live action Grinch scenes are never seen. Ever. This movie is truly a perfect transfer to a non-animated version. To people who don’t like it for some reason, how could it have been done any better?!! Jim Carrey is at his absolute best! Carrey is simply brilliant in this role. No one could have done the Grinch better than Jim Carrey. And little Taylor Momsen (now a beautiful hard rock chick) is amazing. What is not to like? This is a classic. And let’s not forget the music. It’s wonderful. And “Where Are You Christmas?” by Faith Hill is one of my absolute favorite Christmas songs. I watch this movie every year along with “Christmas Vacation”, “Home Alone”, and “A Christmas Carol”.

Apparently the Grinch didn’t like XMas even before he got publicity humiliated. He was a baby and liked to smash XMas stuff, it’s just his style! Then people are like “Love Xmas or we’ll ostracize you!” Look if the guy doesn’t wanna play Xmas just leave him alone. This movie taught me the people of Whoville are intolerant of other people’s beliefs...shame.

I mean The Grinch Stole Christmas is a okay movie i won't call it a masterpiece i would call it a burt wonderstone good of a comedy because redoing the Grinch again is priceless i guess but the movie itself is brilliant. Maybe in a few years they will remake The Grinch again and this time they will make something different and something well-written and acted.

Not more than an hour ago, I was telling someone that there are a couple of directors that almost guarantee a movie to be a good watch.

This movie is the exception to the rule. I watched it with my wife and kids. Wife hated it. Kids found it annoying.

Watching this movie during the holiday season has become a tradition in my family. We all have to watch it on Christmas Eve, no matter we all are at the time. It is just a really fun version of a classic story. I love, love , love it.

I am a Gossip Girl-aholic and it was so weird to see Taylor when she was so young. She was so cute and had an adorable singing voice. It's great Christmas movie all in all. I recommend it to anybody.
