One thing I've never understood about America is how we made Bam Margera a star. The guy never does anything except torture his parents, and anytime he's asked to do anything that requires courage he always punks out or complains before, during, and after the ordeal. He also seems to laugh at his friends' pain more than anyone in the crew, which is ironic given that he, unlike say Steve-O or Knoxville, has not earned that right. For some reason he presents himself as a rockstar and is generally accepted as a badass, despite taking less physical punishment than any other member of the Jackass crew. For these reasons, Bam Margera is the one thing about Jackass I cannot stand. However, in this movie he gets what's coming to him. Some of the stunts in this movie are so bad it's obvious why they weren't put in the Jackass Number 2. Conversely, some are so good it makes you question why they weren't put in Jackass Number 2. But my point here is that if you hate Bam Margera as much as I do, buy this movie. Watching him finally take it in the rear end like the rest of the crew will put a smile on your face.
