We saw this on Xmas day and it was good we are harsh critics. I give film 1 an A-. I give film 2 a B+ we loved it. It was almost as good as the first they brought the cast back together in a way that didn’t feel off or bad sequelish. We liked that the wolf got her moment.

OK, so you may be asking why I recond you not renting tihs movie after giving it 5 stars? This movie is so good that you and your family will want to watch this movie over and over. so wait until it's available for purchase instead. I watched this movie in a theater, and invited many of the neighborhood, but due to Covid restrictions I could only take 8 at a time, which meant I would have to sit through a children’s movie twice, something I normally do not to do. But on this occasion I actually looked forward to the second viewing. So wait it out, you wont be sorry.

I’m reviewing the MOVIE which we saw at a theatre for a matinee for 6.00 each! It was spectacular and we can’t wait to see it again - I own the first one on blu ray and this one is even more amazing in so many ways. Bono, Halsey and Bobby Cannavalle are truly great additions as is the girl who plays the cat who helps Johnny (can’t remember her name she played Shuri in Black Panther) Speaking of Johnny I just adore him also Ash and Mina. So many great scenes. Too bad Seth Macfarlane is not in it but there’s just so much to take in they don’t need him! One of my favorite animated films and I have a massive library of them. $25.00 is a bit extreme for a one time rental and I won’t pay it - as I said two people saw this in a theatre for HALF OF THAT. I realize the studio sets the price and not Apple. Wait till you can own it you won’t regret it

It was DEFINITELY not as good as the first one. Some parts were really funny, but then-THE SINGING. Ok, when Johnny sang, it was good, until he got hyped up, and it sounded like he was screaming instead of singing.

Still, a very good voice. Second, when Clay Calloway sang, he sounded WAY, WAYYYY younger than he was, which was weird. Also, I would say that Alfonso was a pretty good character. I do feel like Suki shouldn’t have been added, though, and Jimmy Crystal? He was a decent villain. But my favorite part was DEFINITELY Ms. Crawly. Thankfully, this movie didn’t mess her up. Another problem I had was Ash. Her voice sort of sounded changed, and her personality was WAYYYYY different. But overall, it’s a good movie, but I would not recommend buying, or renting at the current price if you want to see it.

This movie took me by surprise. I didn’t expect it to be this great. I saw it in theatres, and I was blown away. The music, little messages, the humor. All there. The first one I enjoyed it was a good movie but this here is a great movie. I love everything about it. 12/10 will buy if apple bundles the first and second movie. I’d give this movie 6 stars if I could because I loved it that much.

Over all a great movie to enjoy as a family. For those complaining about a 25$ rental, you should have waited a few weeks longer when it goes down to $5.99. 25$ is not a bad price if watching as a family. Theater prices are much higher, $40 for a family of 4 and another $40 on snacks and another $40 on alcoholic drinks for those who enjoy a little wine. And don’t leave a bad review because you are having issues streaming the movie on your cricket wireless, review the movie not your competence on streaming.

Sing 2 is amazing and inspiring. It was heart touching, hilarious, inspirational, fun to watch, and the actors and actresses, have talent beyond amazing, and have really good potential. I love that they are putting on a sci-fi play, while trying to get this old singer/ guitar player to get in the play. Oh and also, did I mention the actors and actresses are beyond amazing?!
