Movie is slow and has little action going on. The ending makes no sense: he gets shot once and stabbed three times, then hitch a ride to send kid the family. Shouldn’t you go to a clinic and get patched up first? Duh.

Another stupid waste of my time for a completely unrealistic ridiculously stupid movie. My biggest question is how did these terrible Scripts get funding? How does this clown keep making movies about guns when he doesn’t like guns?

Liam Neeson is a good actor but even he can't carry a poor to middling supporting cast flailing around ineptly in a predictable storyline with stereotypical Mexican villains. I tried to give it a chance but lost patience after 20 minutes.

Liam Neeson needs to abandon movies with guns and violence. In the movie, he’s supposed to be a former Marine and doesn’t even know to grip a pistol. Shallow plot and unrealistic.

The movie could have been a lot better. The story was good, but the film makes no sense—2021 ruined action movies with less violence and no killing or blood to show. 😒

So movie was good story and action but sadly this is the second movie recently that I have seen, new releases, claiming there is no God and that heaven and God are all a lie.

Socialism/communism agenda can’t have you believing there is a heaven and creation other wise you won’t find the government able to be your god. Evolution is completely impossible because every time something would need to evolve to exist it has to start over from the beginning again, not even a single cell which is very complex could make it, without being created.

Outside of all that it was a pretty good movie with some action and bringing light to the boarder problems.

Liam Nielsen is a great actor who introduces us to the evolving character as he gets involved in Savin a little orphan. The movie is the story behind many of the inmigrantes fleeing from the violence in their countries.

Leim Neeson never disappoints.......however having said that, this movie is a "cookie cuter" story line, moral message where you can predict everything with the set ups. Example, when he is on the road and his radiator goes out and he only has time for a repair of the hole, you just know the car is going to act up in a pivitol scene of escape. Or when he takes his flag down from his front yard and happens to have it drapped on his shoulder to make the point that he is a hard working former Marine American that loose everything to unfortunate circumstances and greedy bankers. But amazed at how phyiscally in shape and still handsom Mr. Neeson is at 67 years old. Come on Leim, time to give up hero action movies. You need to be put out to pasture with Harrison Ford. PS: did anyone else think the little Mexican boy was a wooden actor? Shocked that was the best they could find. Geeze, PASS.

It’s as if Liam Neeson watched No Country for Old Men & Sicario and was convinced his career could have meaning if he followed their lead in a role as a pathetic old alcoholic. They have a pathetic story/script that deserves a lawsuit for plagiarism by the Coen brothers (NCfOM), poor direction, poor cinematography, and even poor casting. Jean Claude Van Damme made better action movies.

And yes, a moving Tahoe flipped into the air from 1 rifle shot... without any explosives. I’m not sure where to shoot a Tahoe to cause it to defy the laws of physics, but I’ve told my wife to be careful driving hers after watching this miserable excuse for a movie.

I think I watched The Marksman yesterday... Liam Neeson was in it. I can't remember much else about the film. Oh well ...

Not a great movie. The acting was weak with old repeats done poorly.

Problem is it just makes you cringe when you've seen all these things a million times.

Liam is awesome in so many movies but this isn't that Liam. He should stick to being good 'at that one special thing' -- killing people ruthlessly. This could have been great. I won't spoil it (can't really) but there is one spot where you just wish Liam would become Liam and make the 2 hour slog worth it all. But... it just gets worse, instead of better.

We are big fans of Liam Neeson and looked forward to the release of this movie. The acting was slow and predictable. The trite action of writers killing a person's dog to infuriate and attempt to engage the watching public is in poor taste and outdated. A disappointing movie that had potential but failed to deliver.

Not that much action for being a Liam movie. You can really start to see his age in throw one. Not bad but just okay.

I love Liam Neeson and Im sure this is possibly a well made film but I will not watch any media that depicts animal cruelty. That is just not entertainment, in my opinion.

Poor acting and unclimatic.

Since Taken, Liam Neeson action movies have been underwhelming. This movie does not continue that trend. The storyline is as predictable as you might expect, but with a delivery leaving the viewer wanting more .

Always good seeing Liam play the good guy/hero in movies. Enjoyed the story line without the need of sci-fi special effects and explicit dialogues as seen in most action movies.

Liam’s One Of Them...

I thought this was a good film with great acting and deeper character development than the critics gave it credit for. The messages were positive especially for an action film. Very much enjoyed it.

It was good acting but they could’ve done a lot better. The guy is supposed to be a former Marine but he doesn’t even put his own American flag away correctly. Former servicemen would not treat the American flag like it doesn’t mean much to them. Too many people died for it. It just tells you how Hollywood thinks about America.

Aside from being tired of old Liam coming to the rescue, there is nothing wrong with this movie, Why does Rotten Tomatos & Hollywood hate it? Because it shines light on the true problems we have at our Southern Boarder. Where are the Hollywood "eliets," when it comes to giving these a place to stay. They run thier mouths but avoid the real problems.
