How can politicians, big “Pharma”, and EVERY American see this and not be ashamed of what our country (and other countries) has created. I hope everyone sees this, but also takes it seriously instead of feeling like there’s nothing we can do about it, or just watch it for pure entertainment. It IS worth seeing for pure entertainment; it’s that good of a cast, acting, and full of drama. But my God, it just left a sick feeling in my gut. When will the “powers that be” regain a conscience?

Another generic, boring movie. There has been a lot of garbage released the past year, this is just the latest addition to the pile.

Beautifully shot, solid cast

Just watched. A perfect thriller, and a brilliant all around film. Oldman and Lilly both deliver performances you’ve never seen from either of them. The way the separate storylines come together absolutely took my breath away. Can’t wait to watch it again!

All of the actors are excellent, especially Oldman and Evangeline Lilly, in this gripping and heartfelt film about the abuses of corporate power that led to the opioid disaster. The film moves very quickly and is filled with tension. We were on the edge of our seats waiting to see if these characters would get out of their problems - it comes together in surprising ways and the music and picture are top quality, a real thriller that you don't see so often anymore. Check it out you will not be disappointed!

Great story and sharp script combined with stellar ensemble acting makes for a captivating movie that is as important as it is exciting. Gary Oldman and Greg Kinnear in particular shine, and the movie itself is totally absorbing and timely. Highly recommend!

What a captivating film from start to finish. Completely blown away by this pertinent and timely film. Finally, someone is tackling the problem of the modern day drug cartel - aka the pharmaceutical companies - taking advantage of our fellow peers just to make a buck. Thank you for the integrity, Bravo! Great performances by all leads, especially Gary Oldman and Greg Kinnear.

This smart, gritty, thriller has beautiful visuals and outstanding performances from a great array of talented actors who inhabit their characters on the edge. It moves quickly and leaves you wanting more - more action against corruption, more attention paid to the devastating epidemic the film captures. As a movie it's exciting and filled with energy. Oldman is superb as a conflicted professor and Evangeline Lilly does her best work to date, inhabiting a dangerous woman on the edge. The conclusion is highly satisfying in ways you wouldn't expect. Nothing is perfect, nothing is easy, but the struggle is what is important.
