One day long ago you little me was bored. searching through Netflix he found the first one, He got it and watched it, when it was over he ran to his laptop searching up “Maze Runner” My heart almost fell out of my body when I was soo happy to see that there was a new one coming out. I was already wadoozeled (in a good way) about the movie and wanted to watch it over and over again, then boom, The Scorch trails - Released I ran to my moms phone went to the movie theater website ran to my mom and I said the most important thing ever. You must let me watch this movie. On the iPhone screen it said “Buy Maze Runner: The Scorch Trails Tickets Today. She raised her eyebrows and said, “Ok we can watch it” She bought tickets and the next day bam bam bam I was in the car my brain floating out of my head and my heart replacing it, We arrived at the movie theater Getting Ready For an amazing movie. It started playing and when it was done I couldn’t move And ever since then, I’ve been a maze runner fan! Can’t wait for The death cure to be out to watch on IOS!

I absolutely loved all three movies. Have not read the books but I definitely give this franchise 5 stars no problem. A must watch without a doubt. After seeing The Death Cure, I immediately pre-ordered it on iTunes.

This is the worst movie ever, cannot believe that I watched the whole thing. May I suggest that if you don’t want to be disappointed do not rent. Your'welcome.

I was a huge fan of the books, and I finally took it upon myself and watched the Scorch Trials. If it wasn't based off a book it would be a great addition to the first movie, The Maze Runner. The movie involved a lot of running, but anyone who knows the books understands that the majority of the Scorch Trials is running. This includes running from Cranks, lightning storms and trying to survive. The cast fits the characters, and since the author was involved, I can live with the result of the movie. Getting to the point of relation to the book, they added new characters invloved in the book into the movie but they were not as strong as they were in the book. The Scorch Trials had ideas from the third book but very few from the second.

Anyways, this movie doesn't deserve a rotten tomato rating; it was a great movie and if you liked the first movie I highly suggest that you watch the Scorch Trials.

I'm taking a star away only because of those dogs in the beginning. I have no idea if they were treated good behind set. But other than that I'm a shank and I love Minho😻

This movie was fantastic! Not as good as the first, but I still LOVED IT! A worthy successor! It was so good. The special effects were amazing, the acting was really good, and the story was way different from the book BUT THAT'S OK BECAUSE IT IS STILL AWESOME!

1 the idea was not stolen from the hunger games the hunger games was published two months before the maze runner and it says in the ebook dediation it took James Dashner three years to write. Suzanne Collins probaly wrote the hunger games in half that time, maning JD started writing his book first.

2 it didn't follow the book, which was disappointing, but it was still a good movie

3 i have read all five books and the scorch trials might be my favorite and i've read it twice. therefore, i know that an exact replica on screen would have been totally weird. some of the changs were necessary, though ot all of them. because that didn't hapen in the book.

4 *SPOILERS* in the book of the death cure newt gets the flare. since the scorch trials didn't follow the book i am hoping that in the death cure newt doesn't get sick.

I don't understand why people get so concerned that it is not like the book. I personally think it was awesome. You should make the third movie. I'm so sad that people despise this art. They should read the description, which tells a bit of the story, instead of buying it first.

WOW that was awesome.

Having read all three books, I went into the theater expecting this to be exactly like the book, but left feeling disappointed. After watching it a second time, and changning my expectations, I can honestly say that this movie, while diverting from the books, is actually very well done. Albeit the story is different from what I expected, it is still a good story, and overall made for a very entertaining movie.

This is the best series ever!!! Loved this movie! I understand why some people don't like this movie because it's not really like the book but that doesn't bother me so I love it!! Can't wait for the death cure!! I also can't wait for the fever code(book)!!!! I hope O'Brian gets better so maze runner fans can FINALLY see the next movie!!! Huge fan 😍😍

The movie was good, but did not correspond to the book whatsoever.

You call a movie the scorch trials after the book people are gonna expect something similar. The "scorch trials" movie had as many similarities as I have fingers and they were minor aspects of the movie. This movie does NOT deserve the name scorch trials it does the book injustice if it was named something else I would've loved the movie but I was expecting was more than what I got

I have read the books and they were good. I was really excited to see this movie when I rented it and it was such a flop to me. Very disappointed with the producers and writers for doing this movie and labeling it as Maze Runner: Scorch Trials. It's more like Maze Runner: alternative take from Hollywood

Completely predictable. Utterly forumulaic. Another stupid zombie fest with absolutely nothing of interest to add to the genre. Really, reaaaaaly boring.

Ok, honestly I didn't have high hopes for this movie after the maze runner movie, but i was on the edge of my seat the a tire time. This movie was outstanding, while different from the book.

Though I did have some complaints

1. The ending, Thomas was supposed to get taken by wicked and locked in that white room. Instead he doesn't get taken by wicked, and plans revenge with the other graders to get Minho back.

2. Teresa is supposed to talk about her and arises romance, lock Thomas in a gas chamber, then admit everything was a plan. Instead: Teresa tells wicked where they are and wicked attacks the right arm base and takes Minho.

3. The right arm isn't supposed to come unit the death cure

4. I was looking forward to seeing Thomas get shot and taken to WICKED, but no.

Now if you gave this a 5 five star chances are, you are just another one of the people that didn't ever read the book. Now if you read the book, you would understand it was nothing at all like the book. I mean Teresa was with them the whole time. And it wasn't even a trial. If you read the book you probably hated it like me. And Winston never shot himself. There was no flat trans. And did Teresa and Thomas ever communicate through their heads?! And what! In this book Brenda and Jorge were not immune to the flare. I just hated it. If you disagree you probably didn't read the book if you did, chances are you read the book. I hope the next movie is better if that's possible after they changed the story so much but we'll have to see.

I can't watch it, I tried renting it but it will not download, I found it in my video app and can't watch it. I have great wifi and even on my AT&T data it's not working. All around I've seen it in theaters I just wanted to see it one more time great moive.

It was a pretty good movie and

although it had the same basic ideas of the book some key details were very different.

It took FOREVER to download from iTunes! I wanted to watch it on the plane, my flight was delayed 3 times and the movie still wasn't completely downloaded! Then when I got home I decided to watch it then I paused it and got a snack, came back and the movie would not play! Like at all! It kept closing every time I tried to open it so I'm never renting/buying a movie from iTunes again! Thanks a lot for letting me waste my $5

It is sooooo different from the book I can't even !!! What the heak were they thinking when they makes this movie??? I mean come on !

I loved the movie and I do agree it was a little different from the book but then again all movies are usually different from their books and the one thing I did not like about scorch trails the only thing I mean was that they left you want to meet your head cliffhanger at the very end and to be honest I thought only thought they could do that on episodes of a tv show but other words other than the cliffhanger it was a very good movie I liked it just a suggestion to everyone who liked the maze Runner this gives so much more detail then Iny other movie that I've And ignore everyone who did not like the video in my opinion if you're going to watch this I would suggest renting it first but I love the movie so I'm pretty sure if you liked the maze Runner then you will like this

Unlike the first film this was a little slow at some points but then the action came and the ending got me pumped for the third film, I just hope it won't be a part 1 part 2 thing 8.6/10 B

I cannot fathom why a studio would choose to adapt a book, and then not keep even a single scene from said book. Why even keep the book’s title? If they wanted a duck and run zombie movie, they didn’t need the Maze Runner series to create one. This movie is a horrible apocalyptic zombie mess, based off of a book that didn’t even have zombies, and finished off with a random anticlimactic battle. I have never been so disappointed with a movie adaption in my life.

Best movie ever I watched it 5 times in 24 hours

In this episode by the runners trying to say away from zombies, it seems to me they were safer in the maze in the first episode or in the custody of the science experiments in this second episode. It’s like Thomas is running from everyone in this episode; making him schizophrenic.

My sister and I decided that the cranks are exactly like World War Z zombies..don’t get me wrong I like that movie, but the cranks are not like that at all in the book. In fact other than getting the names of the new characters right, the movie is completely different. I don’t even know how it can claim to be based off the novel because the directors completely threw out the entire plot. I tried to keep an open mind, honestly,but this movie is awful. Acting and special effects were all fine but none of that mattered when 10 minutes in I realized the entire movie was going to be a disappointment. I know movies can’t be exactly like the books, I get that but when the plot isn’t even the same? really? its a shame and a disgrace to the books and the author.

If Transformers is about as intellectually stimulating as you want a movie to be, then by all means, support this piss-poor franchise!

Did not read the books, watched the first movie and I enjoyed it. This second installment was just a big mess. Where are the scorching trials? No trials scorching, people partying? what the heck did I watched?

Did care who lived, died or got captured at the end. This installment was horrible.

This is a great movie!

I thought the first movie was decent enough to try the sequel... Oops. This is a just a bad cliche zombie movie. At one point I thought to myself... This could only get worse if they end up in a mall! Then guess what, a mall appears in the desert, I mean "Scorch". I usually really enjoy the bizarre sci-fi movies. This movie literally put me to sleep!

The scorch trials was good very good I mean but the ending was kind of questionable but still the movie was good I'm just saying that maybe they should've change the ending.

So much so that I liked it just as much as the first Maze Runner. It’s an awesome movie that will leave you breathless with excitement. So much action and so much depth to these movies that a lot of other YA book based movies seem to lack these days. It’s an intense thrill ride and nonstop action that you won’t soon forget. I love this movie, and I hope you will too!

I am a huge Maze Runner fan giving this movie three stars. If I had never read the books I would give this movie five stars, but they ruined almost every good part of the movie. I was expecting the movie to be a lot better. If you are going to watch the movie just be prepared for it to ruin every good part in the books.

Me and my friends all went and saw this we ended up leaving and going home after paying for the movie i was not happy with this movie at all
