I enjoyed it last night with mom and it was an awesome musical movie. I even saw the first pitch perfect 2 years ago. They were great.

It was a great movie!!!!! I liked the way they put some romance in the movie, it made it very interesting. The end was a great way to end the movie.

This is my favorite movie ever and so worth the money. I laughed so hard at almost everything.

Love this movie

Pitch Perfect 2 was the most awesome movie ever!! It was thoughtful and hearted. The first movie was just on having the Bella's come together. But the second, the performances are better and they are bigger. Now that the Bella's are graduating, Emily comes in.And I think her coming in makes the Bella's better! The group is having the final year before graduation. I think Benngie and Emily make a really cute couple! There both silly and both kind-hearted!

With all the hype this film got, I was really looking forward to seeing it. It sucked so bad, I couldn't make it through more than half-way before deleting it. And that even with Keegan-Michael Key in it, who's great, but it's just not enough to carry the movie. I reiterate: Ug.

This movie is not only hilarious but heartwarming as well! It is even better than the first!!! For me it's a definite must see although the storyline needs some work😔 But overall I give it a 100% must see!!!

The movie is amazing. However, I feel viewers should be able to rent the movie. To be honest no one really wants to pay $15. Most people would rather rent it for maybe $5. If u could make that happen that would be wonderful. Thank u! 😄

I've watched this movie like 50 times and I never get bored. Fat Amy makes it funny!!!!

But really, it's not. between the cracks at the Hispanic character to the Germans mocking Iwo Jima in their performance this movie fell flat... Both musically and movie wise. don't waste your time.

The first movie was one of my favorite movies ever! It was funny, I loved the Bella's and the Trebles! And they stepped it up this time, I left the theater feeling just as good as the first one. I will forever love the Pitch Perfect Series and I am overjoyed and can't wait for the third one!!!

it wasn't very funny in my opinion. I didn't laugh once unlike the first one. It's got great acting though. I wouldn't recommend buying this but I'd say just rent it if you're considering watching it.

I got problems about my rent that I did one in Apple TV and another at Mac. But iTunes support helped so I could watch the movie. It is too light and was wondering the movie will be funny emotion as like the movie one. But, still be good movie to watch with family being light movie. Is ok.

I rented this movie to watch it finally, and iTunes took my money and then won't let me play the movie. It never had the play button there once I had downloaded it. I'm so mad.

This is one of the most disappointing sequels to one of the best movies out there. It tainted the original it was so bad.

That was embarrassing for all involved. The first movie was funny, sweet, absurd, wacky, but this one was a train wreck. The “humor” was crude and casually racist for no reason other than shock value. It fell completely flat. I’ll never understand how something so wrong can get through so many levels of writers, actors, producers, etc and not a single person with the balls or brains to say, “hey guys, maybe we should rethink that line because racism isn’t funny."

Blech. The storyline was horrible, the songs were tired and uninspiring, and worst of all... they seriously wanted us to believe that they would have beat the German team?! Come on! No audience member is that stupid! Because they wanted to quickly cash in on the success of the first movie, Pitch Perfect, they pulled together a script much too quickly and ended up with a piece of crap. Better to have waited until you had a clear idea what you wanted to do and hired a much better writing team.

Watch it if you liked the first one.... but be prepared to be seroiusly disappointed. Total sad face.

I am not sure why we watched the whole thing. If you liked Pitch Perfect, don’t assume you will like this sequel. If you like “Songs about Butts” (an actual song motif here) and fart jokes, you might like this. I expected something sweeter and lighter. The only song that was worth listening to was the final one when the girls “find their voice” once again.

i loved pitch perfect 1 and this movie gave me all the same feels. i felt pitch perfect 1 was a bit better in terms of the story line and the plot but i would still recommend to watch the movie if you loved the first movie. can’t wait for pitch perfect 3!!

Trying to hard to recreate the first films uncanny ways. This was a complete let down and I wish I never saw it. Some great films are killed by the unfortunate sequel.

I loved this movie! It has comedy and creative characters. I don't know wether I like Pitch Perfect 1 or 2 better, they are both amazing movies with amazing content. This is one of the many movies that inspires me to want to be an actress. ;)😉

This movie is honestly the most hilarious movie I've ever seen. I had to go back and see it again!! I loved it!! I honestly think it's better than the first one. You won't regret watching it.

The title says it all. The story line seemed dragged out and predictable. I hardly laughed during this movie. I regret purchasing it. :(

Because it's exactly a step up movie but in singing way

I am a big fan of the first one. They opened with one hysterically funny scene and that was it. It became hard to watch — this falls into that large pile of sequels that shouldn’t have been. No real story, music wasn’t half as good as the first and the laughs were very few and very far between.

I loved the first film, and have watched it probably about 20 times. But this one was … mediocre at best. In fact, I had pre-ordered it and bought the soundtrack, but cancelled it after seeing it in the theatres.

Basically, the script is terrible. None of the girls have any kind of storyline, except for Becca and Amy, and maybe Hailee Stenfeld for some reason, who is forced into the story as a new Bella. In fact, most of the story is forced.

We learn nothing at all about Lilly or Cynthia Rose, they’re just kind of there, Lilly saying strange things. In fact, she had more of an arc in the first movie, where at least she broke out of her shell and rapped at the end. In this one, she’s just weird, and Cynthia Rose is just brought on to sing. There is a Latina character who … it’s almost offensive, the way she is portrayed. Everything is this ridiculous stereotype of her getting into the country and being deported, and being traded for a chicken “back in my country.” Watching it literally made me sour a bit on Elizabeth Banks, that she could have let this garbage hit the screen, as producer and director. And star, who has to put up with more offensive lines from her Acapella fellow announcer, who is way worse than in the first film.

Oh, and the boys are just shoehorned in, and have accepted their roles as Acca-second bananas to the Bellas. Benji has a sort of romance with Hailee Steinfeld that borders on the creepy, not helped by the fact that he no longer looks boyish, while she plays young.

So the good? Becca’s storyline as an intern is okay, and Amy gets a real romance with bumper. The final performance is okay.

In a nutshell, I’ll probably never watch it again, and I’m not sure I’m hoping for part 3, only if it recaptures the magic.

Incredibly funny,Fat Amy REALLY DID come in like a wrecking ball!

It’s not as memorable as the first, but it was outrageously funny! The music performances were spot on and the relationship between Fat Amy and Bumper was the best! Great Movie! Even if it fails to surpass the first.

I saw this and I was blown away, by the end of the movie I was actually crying a little. The music is 100 times better than the first movie.

I love the seen when fat Amy said: "this place is filled with booby traps and boobs should never be trapped" I cracked up when I saw it

This movie is absolutely awesome. I loved the first one and I thought that there was no way the second could be equal to that, but I was wrong. It's phenomenal, I loved every second of it. Maybe I liked the final performance more in the first movie, but still this movie is amazing Aca-Believe It!!!

One element that distinguishes the sequel from the first was the amount of humor. There were some great moments in the first movie, but this movie left me breathless from its hilarity. The performances were very well done and the song choice were excellent-ranging from modern pop to nostalgic 80's tunes. Highly recommended if you were a fan of the first movie!

this movie was soo great! i saw it tonight, when it came out and i thought it was soo cute! a little more cheesier than the first one.... but definitely a must see movie. soo many funny jokes and just perfect to see with your friends. but if i must critique one thing, the ending was VERY...EXTREMELY abrupt :(

They did a great job doing another go round. Some sequels aren't very good but they did a nice job ! Hilarious, entertaining, great music. Kids loved it. Can't wait to add it to my library of favorites to watch.

I was a little worried going in because of how much I loved the first one. No need, Kay Cannon did an even better job the second time around which I didn't know was possible. Elizabeth Banks also did a phenomenal job. The musical numbers were still good with a lot of great surprise cameos but those were probably the only thing I thought were better in the original.
