Frees up space but still will be charged

So I had 8 GB of memory left and decided to rent ,before the rent would clean up but fail.Now it appears it will clean cache and then download.Totally worth it as after deleting the download,I had 20 GB of space.Then deleted some big apps (you can download big apps to get under movie size ,then delete Night Sky is good one) and have 23 GB now!Movie is okay,I watch it on Apple TV ,for $4 my phone is way better and no app really works as good as this trick.

Awesomely magnificent. I never thought Joseph L. Mankiewicz would do an motion picture really awesome like this. Starring one of the greatest screen legends of all time Richard Burton. The Queen of Egypt (Elizabeth Taylor) loves a Roman citizen (Richard Burton) and a good friend (Rex Harrison).

Perhaps it plays fast and loose with some aspects of history but that's not the real point - it's very entertaining and reasonably accurate with the known facts. I strongly recommend it.

Awesome! Nothing can top this spectacular epic. Never get tired of watching it, not only for the quality of the production but the acting muscle of Harrison and Burton, and the extra bonus of watching the breathtaking beauty of its star, ELizabeth Taylor. Wyneth Paltrow the most beautiful woman in the world? Come on, anyone who has seen Taylor in a film will agree she is the most beautiful screen star of all time.

Yes, Elizabeth Taylor is a legend. Yes, Rex Harrison is a superb actor. Yes, Richard Burton is wonderful. But put them altogether in costumes and three hours of talk and sex and more talking, it gets pretty boring.

I'm a twelve year with ADHD. I never imagine I would say one of my favorite movie is a 4 hour long movie that is about 50 year old and as old as my parents. For a movie about anciet Rome and Eygpt it not as action pack as I thought i would be but I thought it was well done.IHey, It's a clasic hollywood blockbuster . You got to love it.

Don't get me wrong this is a wonderful movie but I wish iTunes had the version with Timothy Dalton, Billy Zane and Leonor Varela. The 1999 version of this movie is incredibly well done and just the right length. If you haven't seen it I highly recommend it. Elizabeth Taylor will be missed. This is a great film worthy of a great actress and a great Pharaoh.

Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton are quite amazing in this picture. You can truly see their on-set and off-set romance building throughout the film. The sets and design are phenomenal for their time. Whether the history is accurate or not - eh - chalk it up to poetic license. This is an outstanding picture and worthy or your time. Take my advice.....see the movie...a movie with real stars like movies used to be.

I'm sorry i never took to the time to see her movies when she was alive, but with all the press about her today and the descriptions of her past films, I want to see them all. The sound much better than anything that the studios are putting out today. The sound like real stories with real star Elizabeth Taylor I cant wait to see them all !!!!

Liz Taylor in here prime, what a sight, beautiful woman. The story a bit of Shakespeare meets epic production. Too bad about the gaudy lighting, it would be hard to tell the story of Liz great beauty without great lighting.

There is a major "making of" documentary about "Cleopatra", outlining in great detail this "quick drama to make a few needed bucks that became a monster that destroyed a studio". Walter Wanger's dream became Fox's nightmare. Still it produced a pleasant diversion to while away half a day with.

Like "Heaven's Gate" it isn't nearly as lousy as its reputation might suggest. It simply didn't measure up to the hype at the time and for that it has been smeared mercilessly. I hope someday they will release the original version Joseph Mankeiwicz envisioned... two separate films each three hours long... that's two more hours of footage I would like to see. Will it make the experience any better? Probably not. There are enough problems with the dialogue, plot and admittedly overblown performances to keep it from ever rising to the state of a true epic masterpiece.

All of his movies were the best ever! But I am wondering when we will ever get to see him with Julie Andrews and Robert Goulet in Camelot. That was also a great work of his....

And yes, Hollywood doesn't make great movies like this any more! What a great era for movies, and what a marvelous cast! This movie is a great example of what happens when the best of the best play in a well written movie backed up by a great director!

this was one of the first movies i ever saw that was longer than 90 minutes when i was younger. i thought the entire spectacle of the movie from the opening scenes to cleopatra's entrance into rome was one the most beautiful i had ever seen. it's true they don't make them like this anymore. you can feel the chemistry between taylor and burton. this movie is one of my fav's.

This movie is definitely not for the weak, and by weak, I mean one has to be strong enough to sit through 4 hours of over the top fluff. Sure it's long, and the script could have been put better, but hey, this is the first film for cinema super couple Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton. Regardless of its flaws, I love this movie, though i can definitely see why some people don't. Watch it and decide.
