Hello so I just wanna appreciate how much work they literally worked on this movie because I am a big fan of Harry Potter I watched all the movies and I know sometimes it was hard to film so I appreciate it that even though if it was hard they had to do it they were so brave to make this movie and my favorite movie I would have to say is the second one is because it’s really good and I just love how you guys really came up with the best idea of Harry Potter I started it knowing it last year and since I went to Universal I thought oh I love the rides I want to see if I can see the movie so I love the sorcerer Stone I love how Daniel Radcliffe Emma Waston and rupert grint work so hard for this movie oh and I would like to tell you a few questions so for this movie I really thought at first that it was really good when harryDoes the thing when he saves someone had forgotten for Harry Potter is a really nice character he does really say people so I love this movie.

This is really an amazing movie. While I don’t think this movie has as good special effects as the others and while it now looks a bit dated, it’s still amazing and definitely not the worst Harry Potter film(they’re all amazing though).

Harry Potter is my favorite book and movie series (even though I haven’t even seen all the movies :3). The only reason why I’m giving it 4-5 stars is because the editing isn’t that good.. I mean, people, LOOK AT THE TROLL!!!At least that’s my opinion.

Harry Potter is by far the best series in the world I love all theories and the books. J.K. Rowling comes up with the best character names ever. Rubious Hagrid, Severus Snape, Albus Dumbledore, Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley, Minivra McGunaglle Fred George Bob Ginny Author Molly Percy and Bill Weasley Tom Riddle (Voldemort) Bellatrix Lastrange and Dobby!!!!!

I absolutely LOVE Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone! Unlike a few of the other movies, this one stays true to the original JK Rowling storyline. There aren't many mistakes... At least not noticeable ones. The world of witchcraft and wizardry is brought to life wonderfully, and the actors both look and act like their book counterparts. This is definitely in my Top 5 Movies, and it should be in yours too. :D

But why'd ITunes take off the 8th movie? I was gonna buy that...

For those of us who spent $14.99 on each of these movies as they were released on iTunes (before the extras were available), I think we should have the option of adding the extras without having to repurchase the movie for another $6.99 now that you've added extras to them. Just saying.

I love the movie!!!!! :) But it's WAY funnier to watch after watching A Very Potter Musical and A Very Potter Sequel. You just gotta love J.K. Rowling. What would we do without Hogwarts?

This movie is amazing. It changed my life. It may sound silly, but it did. Harry thought he was nothing. Just some boy who lived under the stairs, and no one loved him. He turns out not only to be a wizard, but the most important one of all. His destiny was greater than anyone else's. It helped me understand, that even in the worst of times, things can get better. And even if you think you're worth nothing, you may just be worth it all.

I didnt really take interest in ''harry potter'' until now so i rented 3 movies and bought 2 and i've got to say if u have read the books first then watched just the 5 movies ( 6 & 7 isn't on itunes) its almost a complete disappointment. They leave out key parts that was in the books so its kinda patchy the best one was the 2nd move. 4 movie i think. Im surprised they put the yule ball un there!! They could've done way better than this

I love this movie! I think this is the movie that stayed true to the book the most. I also think that Daniel Radcliffe is the PERFECT Harry Potter! He is an AMAZING actor and yes, very hot! I also love the other movies but I think this is the most magical one! In the later movies Dumbledore begins to look like a hippie and they make the atemosphere way darker. But if you are on the fence about buying this movie, BUY IT! You won't regret it and this is a really good price for a movie and cheaper than almost all movie stores.

I wish there were more of the Harry Potter movies on here! The first 2 are good but they're also the ones i've seen the most. The 3rd one is my favorite but they all are good. I want the 3rd, 4th and 5th for my i-pod, but can't get them. It's only encouraging illegal downloads of these movies if they are not made available legally.

I first saw this when I was six years old. My parents had just finished reading me the 1st book, and more than anything, I wanted to be part of Harry Potter's world.

This movie, with it's flawless effects, amazing cast members, and creative twinkle, brings Rowling's magical world to life whenever I see it.

But I was just wondering why this movie doesn't have movie chapters--you have to fast forward and rewind instead of being able to skip through scenes. Anyone else have that problem or is it just me?

Just finished reading the first book and loved it, so bought the movie off iTunes, and LOVED it as well!

Have already started reading the second book and will also purchase the next movie off iTunes. Hoping iTunes will soon have all the Harry Potter movies. Keep them coming!!!

I prefer Columbus's films far more than the most recent releases. Columbus had two films that were faithful to the source material, very character engaging, and a nice visual style to boot.

The acting here is all well done. Radcliffe and the other child stars are impressive -- more so than in The Goblet of Fire and The Order of the Phoenix.

The special-effects are okay. Fluffy's not very believable at some angles, and the Quidditch match could've used a few tough ups.

The writing is great. The story does tend to drag near the second act, but Columbus intrigues us with the various backstories, and a fine job at introducing us into the fascinating world.

Overall, The Sorcerer's Stone and The Chamber of Secrets surpass the next three films -- well, Cuaron's vision is far more "magical". This is a definite buy and rent.

it took iTunes THAT long to post the movies... they already have the trailers for all 6, but how come they cAnt post the REAl movies?

I remember going to see this movie at the theater ande dreading how "someone" was going to totally make a mess of it. It wasn't long until I was smiling and felt like a beaming 11 year old who just found out she was going to Hogwarts. A+

I am so very pleased that ITunes has finally added the first in the series of Harry Potter. These movies are loved by not only children but adults as well. I think it is great to have the first two here but please add 3-5 preferably before the release of the sixth one in theatres this November. Thank you ITunes for listening.

These are great movies that do a solid job doing justice to the books. So let us rent them already! We should not have to but them just to watch them once and them forget about them.

Great movie and lots of fun .... it is holding up well. iTunes, you put it up without any fanfare ...... very clever.... we have to keep checking the site to see if our favorites are available. Anyway, I do hope we get the other Harry Potter's someday. This movie is good for kids ..... not as dark as the others and some good lessons in friendship, loyalty and having fun.

i loved this movie. its seems like such a long time ago that this movie was made. harry, hermoine, ron and the gang look all so young and i think its very special that the audience has got to know and grow up with these talented actors.

Apple pleased many HP fans by temporarily releasing Order of the Phoenix. However, it was removed from the store and replaced with Chamber of Secrets. And although Order of the Phoenix was great, the 2nd movie was better. Now you have wowed us by releasing the blockbuster hit, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, the first film adaptation of the classic book series by J.K. Rowling. This is probably the most special film of the series, because it is the first of course. It may not be the best movie in the series (HP2 is), but it is still special.
