So so good

One of my favorite marvel movies.

Love the movie so much. One of my faves is the aunt because she is a boss and she is awsome

Typical Asian fighting scenes.

Representation matters

Every detail of this film was marvelous, from the cinematography and visual effects to the storyline, action scenes and good well timed humor; without being corny/patronizing the audience with lazy jokes. Only problem I saw was not enough screen presence/storyline of Xu Xialing, but apart from that I think the studio did an amazing job with the whole cast and crew. I hope this is the first of (fingers crossed) many series to come! Definitely a must see:)

What a way to open up phase 4 of the MCU! This movie was just good in so many ways! Could say it’s one of my favorite MCU movies yup it’s up there! That being said I can’t wait for the next steps Marvel takes from here on out. It’s gonna be so different from now on and we’re in for another ride guys!

It was a decent popcorn movie, but the dialogue in the script leaves much to be desired, and the story feels choppy at best. Im sorry, but Awkwafina, or however you spell it, is as bad at acting as she is at picking a cool stage name...whoa what a disaster. I felt bad for Simu Liu, because he did a pretty good job, but "fine water" turned out to bemore like "raw sewage". The very idea that critics compared this movie to anything in te MCU other than maybe Tobey Mac spiderman is downright criminal.

Amazing visuals and cool representation of Chinese mystic lore. Funny and great action sequences.

My favorite part the beginning fight with Shang Chi’s Mom and Dad. So stylistic.

People that have problems with this movie are basically telling on themselves. Go ahead and say the quiet part out loud… 🙄

Instantly one of my Top 5 Marvel movies ever💯🔥 Different and refreshing. The choreography, the music, the fantasy, the comedy, the characters. Just a phenomenally enjoyable and beautiful movie. A great Marvel movie you’ve never seen before, Big Trouble in Little China, and Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon all rolled into one!! If you don’t like this movie, I’m sorry, but you have zero taste.

I had been looking forward to this since it was announced. I was really hoping they wouldn’t skimp on the martial arts scenes and be respectful of the cultural aspects at the same time, and it didn’t disappoint. Anyone who likes Marvel movies, great fight scenes, beautifully choreographed martial arts, a great story complete with comedy and mythical creatures, then this is for you. My only complaint was it was too short, lol. I wanted more right away. I really look forward to more with these characters and seeing them merge with the new Marvel Universe in the future. The way they tied in the Universes in this one was very smooth, and comical at the same time. I definitely want to see Shang Chi teaming up with other Marvel Superheroes soon.

Shang-Chi seems like it could be a cool movie, but unfortunately what we got is not that movie. Beyond mildly-exciting (but otherwise empty) action scenes, the movie is a mess of stitched-together plot lines that resemble a Frankenstein of a plot rather than an actual plot. Nothing is set up very well, and what is set up gets confusing, or unsatisfying pay offs. It almost seems as if being a part of the MCU held this movie back from being visually, or emotionally interesting. What we’re left with is a bland, out of focus (most of the backgrounds are literally out of focus most of the movie), frustrating misfire.

It was an alright movie. I prefer Jackie Chan for martial arts. The humor was funny, but it was not on par with other films. Not a bad movie for a beginning, but it needs work. Basically a bland black Panther.

The storyline and characters were compelling and the CGI and scenery was beautiful. Definitely a winner for Marvel and Disney. The whole cast rocked it!

this movie was action packed, hilarious, had great character development, and the performance was great! it was definitely entertaining from start to finish and it’s a 10/10. it’s a MUST watch.

Yet again another great marvel movie. Marvel never seems to let us down

Ok, as a 41 yr old male, real big MCU fan, have seen em all, and I must say, I went into see this figuring it would be ok, and i would see it just tk get familiar with the characters for the future movies he'll be in, but I must say, I was in awe! The movie explained a ton for someone who wasnt familiar with the story, it had easter eggs, it had humor, and the CGI was absolutely amazing. Its on Disney+ as of two days ago, but this is gonna be one that i'll buy. Very very good!!

Absolutely breathtaking!!! The ability to combine Chinese ancient martial arts, and there mythical creatures; this was done very well. This is one of the best marvel films so far.

Marvel isn’t going anywhere! I mean, with this movie adding so much momentum to an already stellar slate if you haven’t jumped on yet, you best get to it!

This movie is like KRATE KID ON steroids! I have never thought in my life that I would be so amazed by Shang Chi.

I must warn you: the intro and a quarter of the beginning of the movie speaks in a foreign language. But it gets to English later on. I find it very fascinating to listen to other cultures language and way of living

This movie was better than I expected. I think iTunes is giving out the Russian version, the title just before the end credits is written in Russian.

It has almost everything you’d want from an Asian and Marvel movie. Sadly, only Stan Lee was missing.
