You would think a multi billion dollar business could hack together a decent app so I can watch my redzone on the road. But no this is so glitchy it’s been 40 minutes I have not been able to log in yet. Get it together please seriously. So shameful.

So I own red zone on cable, but I don’t have authorization on the app? What? I mean honestly why try to stream legally when nothing ever works, when streaming illegally always works 100% of the time?
They still don’t have Comcast as an option.

When a Monopoly exists, the customers get screwed. This is absolutely the case here. The reason this app hasn’t improved over time is that the NFL doesn’t care about its fans. We, the fans, do have the power to fix this very quickly. The ONLY thing the NFL cares about is MONEY. And the tremendous greed of the owners, league and players has created an exposed weakness in their financial structure. The NFL can’t withstand a significant drop in revenue for even a few months. The NFL doesn’t hear the complaints of its fans because we aren’t communicating in a language they can hear. The NFL can only communicate in one language - the language of MONEY. Fans need to boycott the NFL for only a few weeks to start the process of real change. But if the fans don’t come together and speak in a single voice then we will continue to get the treatment we get now.

Obviously this app is garbage and they don’t care. For me I can’t get the Verizon sign in to load. I click Verizon and it just loads and loads without ever loading. Have never been able to get to the sign in screen. PATHETIC APP.

The streaming quality of this app is absolutely terrible!! I have direct tv, and sign in to my fire stick or in my iPad through the app, and every five minutes the stream buffers and the picture quality is absolutely horrendous!!!!! I have no issues with any of my other apps steaming video or the games on other networks. Really wish the NFL would consider another network for Thursday night games!!!!!

App worked great before. Could choose nfl network or redzone, full screen option, even video quality settings. After this update, I can't choose video quality or full screen cause the nfl network schedule stays on screen. Couldn't even choose redzone week 1. Garbage update, why break something that didn't need fixing?

Have the complete sports pkg with my cable provider. RedZone works great on FireTV (hint hint) but this app says my cable provider doesn’t have access. Business as usual for the NFL and NFL Network.

Cannot turn closed captioning off at all. Screen w actual game footage is smaller due to score ticker and box placed for ads. And Frontier Communications log in is failing. Welcome to Week 1!

I can watch Red Zone, but it has constant subtitles that I can’t turn off, there’s no way to even make it full screen on the iPad for some reason, and you can’t AirPlay or Cast it to another device... which wouldn’t be a huge problem, but authenticating on the Apple TV app is broken right now also, so I can’t watch on the TV. Terrible work all around.

We don’t have access to any of your cable providers. We can’t get satellite providers. NFL Network should simply stream live content directly. Would expect to pay for the stream, but we simply can’t receive it.

There is a toggle switch in the settings to turn closed captioning on/off. It does not work. Please fix this so I don’t have to read what I’m already hearing on a quarter of the screen

The iPad version doesn’t play in full screen and doesn’t offer the ability to enlarge to full screen at all. The bottom of the screen is taken up by buttons to switch between NFL Network and Redzone that don’t disappear. There’s a scores panel at the bottom when on the Redzone channel that doesn’t populate any scores. Terrible!

I can’t use this app because you won’t allow Xfinity customers. Shame with how much time I invest in your sport that I cannot use this app. Same goes for forcing us to only having to watch our teams out of state to only have the option of the crap Direct TV dish and them charging outrageous bills because we’re locked into a contract. The NFL doesn’t care at all about it fans just about taking every cent they can get from us!

Worked all week, authenticated to my cable provider just fine. Even paid the $80 for redzone for the whole season with my provider too. Now, when I’m away on a Sunday and want to watch, it says I’m not authorized. So I delete the app, restart my phone, and login to the same unauthorized message. What is going on? It worked ALL week. But when it’s time to actually need to use it, nothing. Fix your app!

Usually you can just buy red zone through your phone and you’re good to go, but now you need an internet tv provider before you get anywhere in the app. Also, if you have Comcast, att, or any other major provider you can’t watch. I assume because these companies don’t have contracts with NFL. I’m trying to give you money for red zone you greedy greedy pigs.

This app works great, however there should be a disclaimer that the NFL requires you to subscribe to both NFL network and Redzone in order to stream Redzone. I subscribe to Redzone through cable and due to restrictions by the NFL I am unable to stream Redzone because I do not have NFL network. Very poorly described and it’s disappointing.

Every season I hope the app has been improved. Every season I’m disappointed. I spend more time trying to get RedZone to load and stream consistently than I do actually getting to watch it. Extremely frustrating. You’d think for as much money as the NFL Network pumps into covering every minute detail of the players and the sport that they’d put some development resources into building an app that works well and consistently and that their fans could enjoy.

I can’t believe an organization like the NFL, one which thrives on profit, could screw up an app thus badly. It’s a constant circle of logging in, verifying my carrier, then getting the same message over and over again (that my cable provider downer support NHL network, even though it does) then finally after missing the entire show, getting logged in. Terrible.
