Tremor , thirsting for revenge against the man who ruined his life and killed his family , picks off Twistelli's hit men. Twistelli saves his own life by telling Tremor that his brother still lives. Tremor seeks Spawn's help. Spawn at first refuses , but changes his mind when Tremor brings back one of Twistelli's hit men who's willing to talk. Meanwhile , Terry's illness is getting worse.
