Great for Kids

This book is great for kids. It gives fun, educational examples of all of the things engieneers can do, yet still makes it easy to understand. It teaches kids that there are so many more things they can be when they grow up other than a doctor or lawyer. The illustrations are vibrant and detailed. But the videos really make the book. It’s so nice to have a more in depth component to go along with the story.

Videos are a great touch!

Wonderful book to help children learn what engineers do. The videos make it a book for all ages. My 12 year old son and I LOVED the bridge implosion video - if you look close, you will see the 2nd bridge. We were amazed that engineers could implode one bridge and not damage the bridge next to it.

Worth Reading & Re-reading

This was the first children's iBook we've ever downloaded and we are so happy we did. Our whole family loved the book! It was informative and engaging. We looked forward to each page. The visuals seemed to add just the right amount of stimulation to help keep the kids connected to the content. It's worth a few re-reads too!

This book is an important addition to every child's bookshelf. It's inspiring and engaging and I hope it succeeds in creating a new, and much needed, generation of engineers.

Puts the TE in STEM Education!

Teacher Alert! This digital book is a "must have" for every elementary education classroom! A great book to put the TE in STEM Education!

Unique multimedia content

What makes this book unique is it's multimedia content. My kids love being able to touch and flip through the photos and play the videos on each page.

Great intro to engineering for kids!

My son was able to read through the book and loved how interactive it was. He was surprised at how engineers are involved in building so much. It was a great introduction for him!
