Description

The price of fame . . . is terror.
Porn star Raven Lane is one of the most lusted after women in America. But when a headless corpse turns up in the trunk of her car, she realizes that fame carries a terrible price.
Fearing for her life, and with the police seemingly unable to protect her, Raven turns to former military bodyguard Ryan Lock for help. As events spiral out of control, Lock is drawn into a dangerous world where money rules, sex is a commodity to be bought and sold, and no one can be trusted, least of all his beautiful new client...

Gridlock

I am a retired LEO from a very large city. Cops are not as inept as portrayed in this book. At least not in my fly over state. However, this is an excellent read with unexpected, but interesting, twists and turns

Good story line. Worst editing I have ever seen. Keep the author but get rid of your proof readers.

Cheesy

I have read other books in this series and overall I have to say they are cheesy at best. The author is British attempting to write an American novel. The crossover of language, spelling and sentence structure at times is poor. Very poor. The plot and characters are interesting but it falls flat in basic writing skills.
