Great story!

I really enjoyed this book. I used the "read alone" feature which was animated with music. The narrator did a terrific job. One laughs with Olivia. She is funny and restless. This is a great version to enjoy with the kids. I recommend it.

The real book is easier to read

A cute book, but I don't recommend this book for reading electronically. It is designed for reading across page spreads since many scenes involve art that crosses over both pages. The book loses its flavor for children when one needs to constantly zoom in to read or continuously reorient the tablet to see to see both pages as they were intended to be viewed. It becomes an awkward read and flow of the story is destroyed.

Great!

It kept my 4 year olds attention. I love the audio. Could be better formatted for the ipad mini.

Overpriced collection

My daughter loves the Olivia stories so I thought I might be able to get a few on my iPad. I am disappointed to see that customers are being ripped off... And in the children's section. Sigh
I have the paper version of this book. It's a cute little story perfect for a 3 year old. My dead tree version cost $7.99 (US). $13 for the same book in a digital version is laughable.
Digital copies of paper books should be cheaper. No shipping costs, no printing costs, no workers to pay to load up boxes of books and no need to try and guess how many copies to print.

What a fun way to intro this book to my kids!

The book is so charming in and of itself, but Dame Edna's reading and the piano accompaniment really made a great first impression on my 2 primarily Japanese-speaking kids.
$12.99 is a fair price for a really fun experience with a fun story.

Overpriced

Few pages, few words on each page. $13 for the book is about $10 too much.
