Great book! ❤️

I initially thought I wasn’t going to enjoy this book. But the more I read it the more that I found myself not putting the book down. It was so good that I took me 3 complete days to finish it all. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Really good

I really enjoyed reading this book. I read Jane Eyre some years back and it instantly became my favorite book ever. This is the first story I've read that is based on that book and I have to say it is really good. I love Jane's determination and strength, I love the idea of Mr.Rochester being a rock star and mostly I loved the fact that the similarities with Jane Eyre are there but the writer makes things fit in our times and I bet that was a challenge for the author. I admire the author's creativity.

My new favorite book!

I loved this book. I read it in less than a day and want it to keep going. Mr. Rathburn is my new fictional crush and this book is a must read. I just love it!

Almost as Good as the Original

Jane Eyre is my absolute favorite book of all-time! So when I heard about this adaptation, I knew I had to read it.
I was skeptical at first. But I can honestly say that I love this book. This book contains the same elements as Jane Eyre: a story of struggle, romance, mystery, suspense, and self-discovery---- all of which I love about Jane Eyre. The only difference is that this book is a modern version.
I would recommend people to read Jane Eyre first before reading Jane. Jane is good but it's just not as fabulous as the original.
Random Rants:
- Although I loved the ending of Jane Eyre, I was sad that Bronte never mentions what happens to Adele. In this book, I am happy to hear of Jane missing her and about her desire to bring her back home.
- Modern Mr. Rochester is a rockstar. I found that to be corny. Sure he is rich in the original novel. But seriously, why chose to portray him as a rockstar in modern times. Because of that, I didn't find Rathburn as appealing as Rochester.

Loved it!

Jane Eyre has always been one of my favorite novels. This was genius to update the story. I hope that it inspires readers to go back and read the original.

Great rewrite!

As an adult whose favorite book is Jane Eyre I was skeptical, but I was pleasantly surprised! The story is a wonderfully modern version of a beloved classic! An easy, fun, and engaging read!
