As always, Anderson has blown me out of the water with another amazing book. She's definitely under appreciated in my opinion. An amazing read.

Kids book???
Ummm sorry to say this is most definitely not a kids book. I feel that the 12 and up limit is still much to young and suggest that it have an age limit of about 15 and up. The book is great but not appropriate for those in the 12 year range especially if they are an immature 12. Over all though the book is very good and it's definitely a book where once you start you can't put it down. Totally recommend this book.

Good cliché book
I really liked the book. The beginning was amazing an his difficulties with his family and his crush. And the ending where it leaves you hanging(kinda irritates me) but you can make up your ending(kinda coollol) and its wonderful how she keeps it realistic.

Truly Amazing.
There are very few books that I can read that will put good imagery into my head, yes almost every book puts a movie into your head but if your like me and you've seen more than a few movies and watch tv, the image you get in your head is just rehashed from all the movies and tv shows you've seen. This is one of the few that I have actually gotten original imagery from, and due to that I could probably read this book again. (Also considering that I read it in about 12 hours)
But all joking aside I am 17 (almost 18) years old and I feel as though I can relate to this book because as a member of society we can all relate because we've all fine through the social experiment/ sifter known is the education system.
This is a book that I could see being a great movie but at the same time wouldn't want to see it because the imagery that I got from the book was already more than perfect.

Connection
This boom is amazing and I find it to be so because at times I tend to think like the main character. The whole idea of incorporating the game his life to the game he played was genius. I honestly wish there were more books like this out there.

A "must read!"
Laurie Halse Anderson is an amazingly talented writer, the way she writes gives me the chills. She words all of her books in a unique way so you are completely oblivious to what's going on around you. I also suggest her books "Speak" and "Wintergirls" if you don't like this book the. I don't like you. I love how she dismisses almost all of her stories with that cliff-hanger like ending.

I love this book. I read it in just two days! That is amazing for me. I love reading, but it's difficult for me to digest a whole book in one sitting. But I couldn't stop reading Twisted. Laurie Halse Anderson is a very talented and gifted author, her books have such a real and down to earth feeling to it. I felt like I was in Tyler's mind the whole time even though I am a girl. This is a book I would read over and over again - possibly even a few times a week!
I loved Speak and Twisted is another great work from Laurie. I hope she continues to write more - maybe even make a series out of Twisted. I'd tune in for sure. But, yeah, I wouldn't recommend it to people 13 and younger.

The book is really worth reading but the end tells you very little about the him and his friend/girl it ends in a stupid way IMHO but still fun to read and it was worth it
