PsychoGibberish

This is banal nonsense. A string of buzzwords that is at times almost incomprehensible and disorganized. I finish every book I start, but had to throw this one down.

Good buy

As always good book from Deepak. Interesting read, but a very long ling intro into the actual meat of the story.

Enlightening

This was a fantastic read. I'll say my caveat: I didn't find a specific "recipe" to "handle" my shadow self in here. What I received in reading it was motivation to accept myself as I am. I understood why I act as I do; and, in understanding myself, other people's shadow-selves appear glaring to me. A review ahead of me stated this book saves you money; I say it saves you vital emotional strength: through reading and being open to the messages herein, one can begin taking steps to wholeness one didn't realize was there (or, more aptly, didn't realize wasn't there and should have been...).

Shrink yourself...

This book can easily save you thousands of dollars in psychoanalysis, not to mention it's fascinating!
