Description

Welcome to Ethan, book 5 in Farraday Country, a twist on the favorite 7 Brides for 7 Brothers theme set in cattle-ranching west Texas, with all the friends, family and fun that fans have come to expect from USA TODAY Bestselling author Chris Keniston.
The maverick brother in a family of Texas ranchers, Ethan Farraday found happiness in the cockpit of a Marine helicopter. When his career choice is threatened by a recent injury and the unexpected discovery of a baby daughter, the last thing he needs is to lock horns with a feisty woman hell-bent on turning what's left of his world upside down.
The middle of the Amazon is no place to discover your free-spirited sister has left her baby on someone else's doorstep. Determined to correct her sister's wrong, Dr. Allison Monroe follows the trail to Tuckers Bluff and comes toe to toe with a six foot dreamy cowboy and his arsenal of helpful relatives eager to make love not war.

A Father and a Warrior

Ethan fights to recover from a copter crash while coming to terms with getting to know his son. Finding love along the way the inner and external wounds.
This resonates with what our veterans are going thru.

Another wonderful addition to the Farrady clan, Ethan. I have enjoyed visiting with the Farrady family and the town of Tuckers Bluff. Would love to live in a town where neighbor helps neighbor and everyon knows everyone.

A Slow Read

I loved the first 4 books in this series. This one, not so much. I expected to learn more about Ethan's life journey. Instead there was more background on Allison (his eventual love) which was helpful, however, the title of the book is Ethan. I was very disappointed that there was no closure on the disappearance of Ethan's baby mama, the readers are left hanging after a couple of mysterious text messages.
Finally, the undying love expressed between Ethan and Allison was very contrived. They kissed once or twice during the book. There was little to no romantic interaction, not even a date - just not credible.

Another their winner!

Enjoyed this next installment into the wonderful Farraday family. Ethan was elusive before so it was good to finally hear his story. Can't wait for Finn's book. Each book makes you love him more. Thank you Chris for sharing your talents.

Excellent Farraday series continues

Chris Keniston's series about the Farraday family continues with the story about Ethan who is a military helicopter pilot who returns home to meet his baby girl and get a crash course in parenthood. Allison is a doctor who also has a vested interested in the baby but wants to take her away. Once again, a mysterious dog seems to point a Farraday to unlikely love. Interesting characters make you want to move to West Texas.

Another great book in the Series

After the last book I didn't know if I would like Ethan. However with Chris's writing I found myself liking him more and more. Chris is fabulous about writing about true heroes. Pick up any of the books in this series and you won't be disappointed!

Ethan

Another great read for this wonderful series about the Farraday brothers. Ethan, a helicopter pilot who suffers a hard landing with some injuries and lots of decisions to make. What better place to decide than home to meet his daughter he just found out about. Enter "the dog" and a beautiful doctor an things get interesting.
