Please update the book and send the index

Great daily reader for those who find it hard to control others!

Love being able to have access to the book on the phone. Will be able to keep up on readings much better. Agree with rest of comments, the index page needs to be added!!!

As a tech guy having this resource always at my fingertips is truly a blessing. IPad, iPhone. Although the notes are a nice option. (My hardcovers have numerous notes scribbled in the margins). I am a bit disappointed there is no index. (No resentment there of course)

Hard to comprehend why the index - such an amazing resource - was left out. This after being so late to the game with an ebook version in the first place - c'mon folks!

I hope they do the right thing and send a corrected version to all who have purchased.

Add the index and I will buy this!!!

Where is the topic index? It is a very important part of the book. It would get a 5 star rating if the index was added!

I really love this book and want to put it on my phone. But I need the topic index. Please let me know when you add that to the iPhone app. Thanks.

I love this book and never travel without it. I am so happy that it is now available as an iBook (one less printed book to carry around). I miss the topic index that appears in the back of the printed copies of this book. Perhaps it will be added if enough people realize that it is not included in the eBook?

I love this book and super excited it is available as download on my phone. Extremely disappointed that the Index was not included...FAIL!!!

This daily reader is my go to book. I can't imagine my recovery without it.
