The only thing I don't like is the login. Please enhance the app to use fingerprint logins.

Worst piece of garbage I've ever seen
This app is completely useless. I can't login, can't see my reservation, and it constantly crashes. Every page says "the page you are trying to access doesn't exist". Don't waste your time with this app.

Frustrating
This app is great for setting up an account and scheduling dates and stuff but not for anything else. I was supposed to "skip the line" and self pick up. I should have known that was a lie. I opened the app that never remembers my log in and I click "pick up truck" and it flagged me to go inside as the first step! where you have to wait 20 minutes and listen to a guy wearing a gold chain try to sell you dollies and other moving equipment. It was just such a frustrating and time consuming experience since my order already said I didn't want any extras. Don't recommend the app at all. It doesn't make anything simpler or quicker.

Self check-out is terrible
The app claims that you can "skip the line" and quickly pick up a rented vehicle, but that's a lie. Even if you use the "self pick up" via the app you still have to wait in line to get the keys, so the whole process only takes longer then if you don't use the app at all.

Login over and over
The app never remembers my credentials. It's so annoying logging in at every app launch. At least allow us to login by fingerprint.

The Future is here
After several updates, this app works flawlessly now. We all want things to be more convenient and faster. This app does exactly that if you are renting from U-Haul. Plain and Simple.

Teribble
Horrible app. Hard to navigate through. Loving in to pay your bill takes too many unnecessary steps. And then the info is very misleading, telling you you have a zero balance due, even on the day your bill is do.
I'd give zero stars if possible

Great App
This App is all the way 5 Stars. I reserved my U-Haul, checked in using the App, picked up my truck on time at the location, returned the truck and checked out. No issues at all. Use it and enjoy the experience.

No Vehicle Assigned
Logged into my account, checked in for my reservation (during non business hours it says you need to use the app to check in) and no vehicle was assigned to my reservation even though I've received confirmation emails and had a reservation number...

Waste of time. Not user friendly at all. Much easier to just call U-Haul or drive over to tell them what you need.

Horrible app - not usable
Does not recognize Hyundai 2011 vehicles in selecting lists for towing. Stored vehicles cannot be selected when selecting trailers- all info must be re-entered each time. Some items are "not available for your move" on the app but are available from stores in my selected pick up and drop off zip code. This app is junk, which surprises me given the positive experiences I've had with u-haul stores.

What goin on
Wont let me pay my storage rent on the new website so I downloaded the app. Not when I go to sign in it says they don't have an account that matches my email. Same email I've been using and same email I used to successfully log on to the website moments before. Very frustrating at I need to make my payment.

Adds insurance coverage and will not remove it when I try to remove it from the cart.

Won't Load
Just downloaded the app. All you get is a spinning wheel... no functionality whatsoever. And I'm on an iPhone 7+ so I don't think it's my hardware.

It's ok...
Never done a reservation through the app; I prefer a desktop browser to do that. But it works to login and view my orders at least. Seems it doesn't have offline viewing of orders which may be an issue where cellular data signal is weak.
Big missing of Apple Wallet support for truck reservations which would be ideal for quick access, hopefully with geolocation so it shows the card in the lockscreen when you arrive to pick up location.

Worst app and company ever!!
I rented a truck from Uhaul and the tire blew out 35 miles away leaving me on the side of the highway in the 95 degree heat for 2 hours . Thanks Uhaul!!!

Bad app
Awful app, after reservation they send me a confirmation to pick up on a different location. Doesn't show a map of locations or hours. Completely wasted my time.

Do not use this app!
After entering my pickup and drop off locations in this app the uhaul system assigned other locations for both pickup and drop off based on availability. Pickup was an hour away in traffic and drop off was 60 miles away over a mountain pass. I ended up having to return the trailer to the pickup location days later. I didn't know they assigned different locations until I went to pick it up. This was a huge hassle. Read the email confirmation very carefully. I recommend calling uhaul.

A waste of time!
This is a colossal waste of time. It's easier just to call. It keeps telling me that my email address is invalid. With no updates, it's obvious that they have no interest in improving the app.

Bad app...
I can't even get to the point of making the reservation. When I select the trailer it won't allow be to go any further. It just says enter your towing vehicle info which is what I had already entered to get to that point. If it's my error in that I'm doing something incorrectly then this app is even worse because no app should allow the customer to do it wrong. Bad app!

Can't access my account...
Maybe this is an unfair review of this app, but it's already a bad sign when I can't even log on to my existing account from it. I haven't used any of the other features on the app, but if I can't even access my existing account from it then I'm no longer invested.

Not helpful
A bad app. You can't put in the correct information, you have to charge what they want. This app added at least $400 to what it should have charged. We'll have the call or go in to get correct information. Not helpful.

Failed over and over and over...
I tried to use it to return my rental and it kept going blank on me after I took a picture. I would try the back button and I would have to start all over. Re-put all my information, take the picture, worked on that page then failed on the next one. Gave up after about 20 minutes of repopulating the forms over and over.

Still around for a reason
U-Haul is awesome. I am in the middle of a complicated move between three homes and they have been so easy to work with. The app, mobile site, and phone support have all been great. I am very impressed with their pricing as well. Keep up the great work, U-Haul.

Zero functionality
This app displays only the merest relevant thought about U-Haul: it has the branding in a banner across the top of the screen. The menu button does nothing, the search button pops up a search field that does nothing, and tapping the logo ... brings up the same non-functional screen. The rest of the screen is a blank white page.
