Cloud Service Subscription Service Description

1. We offer two types of Cloud Service :

Premium Cloud $4.99/month ($49.99/year)

Platinum Cloud $9.99/month ($99.99/ year)

*Prices displayed are for one device, the package price depends on the quantity of devices.

2. Subscribing to Cloud Service will be paid directly through the iTunes account.

3. 24 hours before the subscription service expires, the system will automatically renew and deduct the corresponding fees according to the plan type.

4. If you need to unsubscribe, please do so at least 24 hours before renewal date in the "Account Settings".

No sound alert

Cameras are virtually useless without a sound alert when someone walks past the cameras. Called support twice. Checked settings and phone settings dozens of times. Reinstalled app, restarted phone,.... nothing, no sound alert!!! Sending cameras back!

Ever since the last update I no longer can view the motion alerts on my phone.

Can’t view alerts

I receive the alert notifications, but when I open the app I can’t view the alert... this has been happening since the last update, I was hoping this update would fix the issue, but it didn’t. Frustrating!

Garbage

The alerts only worked intermittently but I was getting them. This last update killed that. Only thing that works is live view. This app / company stinks. It’s too bad since the hardware had held up but the software turns it into a heap of useless garbage.

Update : I’ve been emailing with customer service now going on two weeks - back and forth. They are phasing our support for all but their newest products so basically I’ve got a pricy paperweight and they really don’t seem to care. So if you are considering a new Zmodo product - don’t. Unless you need a half baked product you only need to be functional for one or two years.

Another update : months now and no resolution from customer service. Seems that are now buying fake reviews in the iStore to boost the rating. Sort by date of review and you’ll see what I mean!

Safe

I bought the meShare with 2 cams. It works fantastic...I can see what’s happening in my home anywhere and anytime, they keep my home safe. Also I can share them to my wife so we can see the things together. Feel much more safe now. Thanks a lot!!!
