Really like it...
This is what I've been looking for.. but.... it would be nice if you could add a background photo from your camera roll instead of using the solid colors... I would recommend this app to others..

Make your photos circular
Select your photo from device photo gallery and create a beautiful round picture of any part of it.
While saving the image, you can choose "JPG" or "PNG" formats to include background color for outside of circle.
Advanced:
When saving the image, you can choose "Transparent PNG" format in which the outside of circle will be fully transparent (mostly for web pages, as noted at end of this text).

This image format is mostly used for web pages. It's less supported on operating systems (such as iOS) and various apps.
The iOS Photos app normally displays the transparent pixels as white or black. Sometimes by touching the "EDIT" button, a color change would be visible on transparent pixels.
In photo gallery of your device, you can find the transparency only when you are playing (finger-zooming) the thumbnail. Although this method doesn't work for small pictures.
Another way to find transparency is to open the picture in "Circle Crop app" and then zoom-out with two fingers to view any transparent area.
However, these images are fine when used in web-sites / inside a few iOS apps (including Apple "Pages" app) / desktop photo editor softwares / or submitting avatar pictures on web.
