Description

UNDOK™ is the companion app for your compatible SmartRadio or connected speaker. Use UNDOK to connect your product to your wireless network, set it up and add more products to your home in the future.
UNDOK™ allows you to control key functionality of your device including turning on/off, selecting the audio source, selecting the audio content, playing/pausing, setting the volume and accessing pre-sets.
Supported audio sources include Line Input, DAB, Internet Radio, Podcasts, FM Radio, Bluetooth, Amazon Music, Deezer, Tidal, Qobuz, Napster. The sources displayed in UNDOK will depend on the functionality enabled in your audio device.
UNDOK™ is also compatible with Spotify Connect so you can play your music directly from your Spotify app into your device. See www.spotify.com/connect for more details.

Como Radio second life

After Como Duetto radio was abandoned by the developers there was no longer any technical support. Shortly after the app for controlling the radio via iPhone was removed from Apple. So at that point I only had the radio’s onscreen menu to operate the unit. That was until the screen failed and I could no longer see the menu to navigate inputs and stations. I found Undok during a google search and gave it a try. I recognized the Duetto and I was again able to navigate menu items via my phone giving the radio a second life and keeping it out of the landfill.

Efficient & Looks Nice

This app allows easy control of radios using Frontier Silicon. Stations can be changed, volume is controllable & song titles are displayed when available. I have had no crashes on my iOS device.

Great radio. Horrible app

Love my Roberts radio. This app is complete garbage. Will not recognize the radio even on the same network. Constantly reinstall the app. I wish there was something I could use because this is a horrible UI and generally bad all around

An app that works

It’s always nice to find a new app that works exactly as it’s supposed to and performs the tasks you want with a minimum of fuss. I’m using it to control all the features on the amazing Boombocs portable speaker. Internet radio, Spotify, search capabilities, eq settings and much more, all easily accessible. The five stars are thoroughly deserved.

Great Interface & Functionality!!!

I use this app with two LeMega M5+ Music Systems. It allows control of all the primary functions of the Smart Radio System. I especially like the functionality of searching for and adding stations to the presets. The setup really isn’t that complicated IMO. Great job with the app in relation to my particular music system.

Worked fine until iOS 14.6. Doesn’t work now

UNDOK was fine with my Sangean internet radio until I upgraded to iOS 14.6. It doesn’t work now. Please fix.

Intermittent

When it works it’s great, especially the Alexa connection, but then it the radios stop “respondingl and it’s an endless round of Nuvola account unlinking and reconnecting, Undok the same then finally Alexa. Sometimes that works....... but often not until you’ve done it a few times.

WiFi drop out

Generally works ok, but if searching and entering a number stations, wifi connection drops out and has to be reset. Radio is Roberts 94i
This bug needs to be sorted as this is the only app that you can get on Apple that will do this job

Works Great

It’s hard to write because it’s only occasionally I need to go in. The radio is delivering to distributed audio system in my house. Just once in a while it goes to sleep and the app is needed to wake it.

Doesn't Connect; simplistic; uninformative

Won't connect with my iPhone 7+ even though they they are on the same WiFi network and gives no indication why. There seems to be maybe two pages on the app and they don't do anything. Useless.

Wow... actually works now

This app used to NEVER be able to locate my Sangean Internet radio, but as of December, it’s been able to sync every time. App is a little better- ALTHOUGH my one big ask is that you improve the menus:
Once I access my “Favorites” > Custom stations... when I temporary leave the app to surf and return to switch a stations (in my favorites), the app places you back at the beginning menu where you have to then AGAIN select Favorites > Custom Stations > my selected station. It’s maddening that the app makes you repeat this process over and over- each time it takes 5-6 seconds and 2-3 clicks just to get back to your sub-menu.
For example, imagine if you were listening to a specific playlist on Spotify and every time you temporarily opened a different app, when you returned to Spotify, you were placed back at the opening screen, having to then re-search the playlist you’re listening to in order to select a different song. It’s an unnecessary time-waste that can be fixed easily: The app should never snap back to the opening menu, it should just remain on the sub-menu where you are, regardless of whether you open a different app or not. This is the basic way all apps function now. I don’t get why UNDOK doesn’t? PLZ, please fix this..

Yup. As usual: an update to allow for features I don’t use has messed the whole set-up. Can’t use my internet radio anymore. They should really warn you if an update will oblige you to do set-up again. Oh well. I survived without this app before.

No Longer Finds My Roberts Radio

I’ve used this app for a few years. It used to work fine with my Roberts Radio. It no longer finds it. Yes, I’m on the same WiFi network. Also, not easy to find customer support so I’ve got to leave a review. Such a shame because the app is really top notch when it works. I’ll update this if it starts working again.

Works Great

Works great on my new Sangean WFR 28. Had been using the new radio for a few days, got my account set up on Frontier (no cost) and decided to try this app. It worked instantly. It immediately saw my radio and I pushed the button to select it and all my favorites that I had selected on Frontier website were there. It's nice when things just work.
