Played the game for a couple weeks. This game has been around for years. Has players who are vastly more powerful. Due to paying. They grief new players. I was about to make my first purchase instead I will tell everyone don't play this game. In particular clan b2b player xdeathrowx was attacking people level 5 when he is 30+ but talking around I found this is normal to farm new players. Buyers beware if you are new you will just be feeder to people vastly more powerful then you unless you spend 20 thousand usd

Addictive. Can't stop playing and fun meeting people from all over the world. But it cost more and more just to keep playing competitively.

Very popular game however the vast majority of players do not play at a competitive level. They stay under a protective shield which means they don't actually play. The game requires a significant amount of in app purchases to play at at a competitive level. The number one complaint of players is that pricy, in app purchased items are usually outdated within several days of purchase. Often, in app purchases require hours and hours of button pushing (not playing) to initiate the effects of said purchases (research). By the time the research is completed, another in app sales offer is out hereby rendering your most recent purchase obsolete. The number two complaint of players is that the game has many, many glitches which the developers never get around to fixing because they are too busy releasing new items for sale. This pattern repeats itself and has been doing so for the last eight months. STAY AWAY from this game. The game is nothing like the television commercials, not even close. You've been warned.

It's an awesome game, that continues to keep me pulled in. I've gotten on the game multiple times a day every day since I downloaded it.

I will admit this game is fun to play. However, the developers have put a terrible product together and rely on your addictions to the game to make money.

1. Pricing - The new releases are extremely quick and require purchases to stay competitive. Do not bother playing if you are not willing for this game to be an investment and are not ready to include MS as a significant portion of your monthly budget.

2. Glitches - Instead of spending time perfecting what they have, the releases come out extremely glitchy resulting in horrible gameplay. Shields fail frequently leaving you completely wiped out when you expected to be safe. Frequently, you do not get what you pay for in the packs. There is so much in the packs that it is extremely hard to tell when you haven't received everything purchased. Knowing how much I caught that was incorrect, I can only imagine what I didn't catch.

3. False Advertising - A number of times, new releases came out with much more power than normal prompting you to buy more packs. Then, they will follow up saying that the increased power was a glitch in the release and will take the power back making all the packs you just bought worth a fraction of what you believed you were receiving. What's more is that they will not rectify the situation via refunds or even future credits.

4. Horrible Support - Finally (just for the sake of time), the worst is the extremely poor support. Writing a complaint or submitting a ticket more often than not does not get a response. When responses do come, they are generic and do not resolve the issue.

The concept of this game is great. However, the pricing, glitches, false advertising, and poor support make this game an awful experience.

You can't keep up this game, almost every week there's something new to wipeout your enemies or yourself so, you can spend more money. The package are not cheap. Good luck out there if you decided to play this expensive game.

Definitely keeps changing, and is interesting, but not free if you try to be competitive. A game that is about the money in the end, which wouldn't be so bad if you still had a chance to be competitive for free. I have met some good people while playing.

After spending money and growing your base to the point you can actually battle you find out the game platform can not handle the data and crashes constantly.

If you are in the middle of growing your base, stop. You will never be able to use your strength because the game will crash every time you try.

I played the game for over a year and could only reach a level 22 base without purchasing a pack. It was fun at first but soon new stuff was added that you had to purchase to advance. I would contact mobile strike support. I soon found out I was getting a standard answer. Support would say "You can get the things you need by killing rebel targets, competing in challenges, or purchasing items in the black market.'' What a joke. Don't waste your time unless you have $1000.00 dollars a week to spend on packs and a degree in mathematics to figure out all the percentages of items for attack and defense.

Overall a great game, if you spent 5$ you get to pretty far.

I miss a few things, in order to make each Alliance cooperate on a more joint effort. I have seen these issued solved in Game of War, that runs on the same software engine.

I love this game. Absolutely addicted. There's so much to do, learn, and explore. I like the chat, I meet good friends on the game & I love chatting with everyone. What I hate about it is, it's not really a free game. If you actually enjoy the game & wish to continue playing, you're going to have to spend money. It's more of a free demo. One thing mobile strike could improve on is allow a "fair play" or "farmer" state. It's hard to get resources when you're constantly losing them BC other players are killing your troops everytime you gather. It's a struggle to get resources when you need them.

The game does crash and glitch ALOT. Many times I'll be attacking someone and my game will crash and I'll lose all my stuff. I've bought two packs & not gotten what I was supposed to get in the pack. They never reimbursed my loss. But, I like the game so I continue playing.

Final thoughts, no one should have to spend $100 on a game. Thats too much at one time. Stick with the $20 packs.

This game started out really fun, I made some new friends and was having fun. Sure it was a bit annoying that I had to make sure I had a shield on or else I would be zeroed by a big spender, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Great, I thought, I'll buy a pack or 2 so I can play more and be more competitive. $800 later and I finally had a respectable base. Well that only lasted about 2 days and then a new update came out costing another $100 to stay competitive. And almost every day since then. Sometimes they put out more than one update a day. And all cost about $100. Didn't take long for me to realize there is no way to keep up unless you are extremely wealthy. The worst part is the more updates they put out the more glitches develop. Not just annoying glitches but glitches that can get your base destroyed because you can't shield. And EW just responds with sorry, we are working on it. Nothing gets fixed though. Most of the alliances in the game have gone on strike to protest. Do not download this game you will regret it. I do.

Wow. Man I love this game, I love the people that I met through this app and I love the concept. Unfortunately, I'm just a college kid and I can't afford to dump hundreds or even thousands of dollars into my base so that I can keep up with the relentless updates (seriously it's like every 3 days now) that make everything you've ever spent on the game obsolete. What's worse is that Mobile Strike never lets players know when they're going to update, or even what they're going to update and we always end up beta testing it because there are so many glitches that I don't see how it was tested at all before put into active gameplay. Not only that but after level 22, you cannot advance without paying money. Combine that with the many useless features and outdated prizes for challenges and Mobile Strike makes it difficult to keep playing. My advice? Stay at level 14 or don't download at all unless you want to go ahead and waste the money you could use for a vacation, food, a car, a drug addiction + rehab, literally anything. Don't download this game. Try another version.

As a long time Alliance Leader and advocate of Mobile Strike, I am sad to be announcing that almost every paying player is currently on strike of the game. Mobile Strike listens very little to the guys who are PAYING them and does many things that do not make sense. The old "Play For Free in the App Store" they advertise is misleading. Most every moderate size base and above have spent several thousand dollars on the game and there are bases that have spent tens of thousands of dollars. A new player could literally spend a thousand dollars to catch up and be a huge well equipped base and a week later something comes out that makes their base horrible and no better than a small base that just bought the deal of the day. They don't listen to what the paying players need and want. As we speak, nearly every major alliance in every state and even small players and alliances are boycotting the game and not fighting or spending any money. In the states we have started a huge gathering at 1:1 in each state and building out in all directions. In some states it looks like thousands of players are participating. Until Mobile Strike gets their stuff together, it's a waste of money. They ruined one of the best games ever made.

Money talks in this game. I've probably spent upwards of $1600 USD in a span of 9 months. Took a week off from the game and returned to find out my base was outdated and would cost me another $300 USD to bring it up to speed which was no big deal until 5 days later and another update and another $300 later. His pattern kept repeating itself for the next few months and much more often.

This game was fun when it had the occasional updates and when the developers were not greedy. Now it's ridiculously expensive to play as updates are released every 2-3 days. With the updates comes the packs needed to keep your base impenetrable by other players. If you forget to put a shield on even once, there goes all that money spent...down the tube.

As of late, I feel that I spend more time "researching" and hitting the same button repetitively for hours on end instead of actually playing the game. As soon as you're all updated and ready to play, another update rolls out which will cost you even more money. Viscous cycle.

Don't get sucked in...the game is not as fun as it used to be. Enjoy up to level 21 as most things are free, but after that it could cost you a lot of money and wasted time. You are better off buying a different game or an existing account and there are tons out there for sale ever since the more frequent price gouging daily updates.

This game starts out fun but then requires you to spend REAL MONEY on packs repeatedly or else you can never grow your base! In addition, research & building require millions of days, without massive speed ups, they are impossible to complete & guess what? The speed ups are ONLY available in the packs! Also, there are certain items required for building or research that, you guessed it, are ONLY available in packs!!

Once you have the "gifting" ability (available ONLY with a pack), you still can't gift speed ups greater than 7 days or any of your extra materials (that came in your packs) to fellow alliance members. If you have some great armor that no longer suits your needs you cannot gift that either! When "gifting" one has to use large amounts of their own gold to give anything worthwhile & certain items can only be given one at a time, not helpful when you need 10s of thousands!! If you assist your alliance members with resources, you are then taxed for your efforts!!

Overall, it's a giant money pit!! I stay because I have an INCREDIBLE alliance with some really spectacular people in it. I will never be bigger than a level22 base as I refuse to spend my hard earned cash every other second! Play at your own risk & find a good alliance with people who make it worthwhile 😉

This game is addicting and will lure you to buy bundles and packages to help you improve your base. Make no mistake, this is a cash grab game, with plenty of UI clutter containing ads for their packages as well as necessary information for gameplay. I had issues with getting peace shields up because I didn't pay attention to the right side icons where they have two ads at all times along with stuff like deployments, challenges, and active buffs. The UI menus are cluttered and is missing some features that I think would make the flow more intuitive. This is a fun game and interesting when you join a good alliance, but higher levels require a lot of time like a deeply involved MMO like Eve. This isn't a bad thing, but there are no special animations or epic battles that you can watch your troops and base get into. It is all just a UI screen covering up the nuts and bolts which I feel isn't worth the crazy packages they offer for advancement. Here's to hoping they improve upon this and clean up the UI with all that money they must be making.

The great heyday of mmorpg in mobile OS was '08 -'13. Which does not mean that they aren't around anymore but offers & participation have been stagnant in the last few years after a massive contraction. That said, you'll like this game if you are into mmorpg and you won't be deceived by the ads with Arnold. It is one of the best games of its kind out there. Word of caution though: Success will follow IF you join one of the leading alliances with a high gift lvl (over 15) and you are prepared to spend some $$ ($5 - $100) eventually - after 4 months you will reach lvl 21 (of 30) and play will become expensive. The engine derives mostly from GOW and the devs are experienced so they've learned their lessons from other failed mmorpg games; glitches are kept under control. Expect to put in 20 minutes to upwards of an hour per day and account. Happy gaming.

PS.: Devs need to integrate play on older devices before iOS 8.0 again.

If you can spend at least $3000 a month, this game is great for you. There are literally new things being released daily to every other day, which new content is great, but the on,y way to participate to spend money, and $100 might get you started, but it won't get you far or anything actually done. The game has consistently released new items and content that can only be gotten from very expensive packs of of times. Sure you might get enough to do a single research for two after a month or two when they give them to you or they end up in a cheaper pack, but that basically keeps you and your base in an unplayable state. If they would slow thing down and stop inflating the costs of everything without any natural way to pay for it. They increase costs to the extent that resources production or gathering is totally irrelevant and pointless. The game has become very unbalanced and many are leaving the game as in has become a social visiting platform,instead of an epic war game.

POSITIVES: Great interactive Real time game with lots of excitement and adrenaline rush. I love playing this game, I love the interaction with my alliance and coordinating attacks. Setting up to outwit opponents who are more powerful is a great challenge. The challenge is the best part, unfortunately, with the constant release of of new stuff, the challenge has been removed and replaced with having the most money to be the best.

NEGATIVES: Very addictive and expensive. Whomever said be patient and the gifts are great, I wholly disagree. Much of the items you need can only be accessed through the purchase of packs. Packs of any value are $99-$150 each. One pack is never enough to do all research until the research is outdated and your base is obsolete. Unfortunately, they release new stuff every single week that you must pay for. It makes your base or trap obsolete and require upgrading your setup constantly. It used to be we could try to figure out tweaks and learn to work with the new stuff. But now, there is never time in between releases to figure everything out and optimize your play, the new releases are way too fast and the challenge has been replaced by the best being the ones who spend the most money. I have over $12,000 in this game. I've been playing MS for 7 months.

This is a good game to play if you are in a good hive. In order to upgrade all of your resources, buildings, commander, etc. you need to buy $99 packs (sometimes discounted to $79). Although you cannot complete upgrades with just one pack. In the course of 8 weeks I purchased over $800 in packs. It is addictive to play and I am still on, although I am unable to upgrade any more. If the packs were significantly less, it would be a great game. The game also allows one to attack any strength player, so someone who has a trillion power can attack someone with 1 million power, kind of lopsided and prevents the small guy from growing. Their in app purchase listing does not reflect the real cost of the game. A final note, this company utilizes miss leading ads, they are interactive and involve war action that does not occur in the game. Instead of playing one of the ads I read the fine print and they have a samll disclaimer that states this game play is not representative of the game. Now they have added yet more trees and packs that when you buy them (promises say guarateed upgrade to "stated level"), what they don't say is it is guaratnteed if you buy three or four packs. Now there packs don't give you what you need to upgrade anything in one purchase. They foreshadowed this trategy with memorial upgrade.

The game is very good and it is very addicting. In order to do well in this game you must have a base that is strong in power. In order to get strong you will spend a ton of money to get there. I would recommend looking online and buying a base that is already at full strength as it will be a hell of a lot cheaper than if you had to put your own money into it. If you get into a good alliance the people that are in there definitely make this game worthwhile and you will meet some great people and have solid team work. If you get into a bad alliance...find a good alliance. Once you join the game you have the option of picking whatever state you would like to be in. If you are in a state that is 90% filled with bases that are level 23 and above you should move states before you reach a level five. If you definitely decide once you have joined the game to buy a base instead of spending all of your money then use the email in the game and email me at SkyeDiver. Look online and compare prices for the different bases for sale. And then send me an offer. I have a level 23 base, and it is at 123 billion, over 120,000 In gold, he level 67 commander with tons of speedups and trillions in resources.

If you're a bedridden millionaire with nothing more important to do than spend your money and ungodly amounts of time on digital "power" and banter with other keyboard warriors, this game is for you. If you are not in the above category, save yourself from the shame of spending a lot of time and money in the hopes of actually competing only to be left behind time and time again. If you like games that take away your relevance AFTER you've earned and/or paid for it, this game is right up your alley. Unless you are willing to spend countless hours and literally thousands of dollars, you will be irrelevant, and this is simply a glorified chat room full of people talking trash all day long. Sound fun? I wasted over a year and a fair amount of cash on this game only to have my relevance completely stripped in the last update. To get it back, they want me to pull out my wallet and pay hundreds more. You can expect this to continue as long as they can keep it going. The one star I had to give this game is too much, but I will say that it represents some pretty cool people I met in the game. They are few and far between, but they are there. For anyone who reads this and still wants to give it a go, I'll tell you I told you so right now and get it out of the way.

Once upon a time the game actually contained strategy. You could play either Defense tactics or Offense tactics. A few weeks ago the developers decided to only cater to the players who were willing to pay thousands of dollars for the latest greatest attack gear and left out anybodies chance for defense. The number of higher level bases being abandoned has grown as people no longer enjoy the game. The result is you no longer have a wide range of levels to test you skills against or the ability to defend against the heavy hitters. The fun level is fast approaching the same as playing 2 handed poker and that's about all you have left is a few players bumping heads.

Btw for those saying it's expensive because you have to purchase things. What do you expect for a game you downloaded for free? Up until a few weeks ago you could still enjoy the game while regulating your purchases. All though now you are probably right. The dynamics has changed from quantity of players to only those willing to literally spend thousands of dollars to stay competitive. Good luck with that developers. Hope your deep pocket suckers are enough to keep you afloat.

It all starts out innocent enough. You invest your time in the "free" game. You realize after a week or two of building and "reseraching" that you are not going to be competitive at your current level. Oh what to do? You decide to purchase a $10 "pack" that has some stuff you need to grow. But wait... I need another, to get to the next level. So you drop $20. And so it begins. You are playing against people who have spent 100's or maybe 1000's. You notice a pack for $50, you buy it and grow. But you still arent even close. The next pack is $100. You are at a crossroads. This is where you jump off! If not you are sucked in like a crackhead and Arnold is your pimp/dealer. You will hide your habit, you will use unredeemed gift cards from Christmas stockings. You are a straight up junkie. And then it happens. You got bigger, but the game makers introduce new levels and some suckas buy more packs. Now you need more too. Its like an arms race to HELL. You are broke and ashamed. You are a loser, or are you? STOP NOW JUNKIE.

CAUTION - DO NOT START THIS GAME. If you get out for less than $150 you are lucky.

First off I've been playing this game for over a year. Initially the game was cool the people are awesome and it's a great way to socialize with people outside your bubble. The game started out with strategy and planning. This is a war game and as such expect to be zeroed burned and shielded.

With that said mobile strike contains constant barrage of ads and new gear or packs. However expect to pay between $1,000 to $10,000 to obtain the best gear out right now. Everything in this game requires research which requires resources which requires speed ups gear etc get the point.

There are a lot of positive reviews on here but I assure you it's mobile strike developers per their own emails claim to play also. The newest research currently requires 100's of billions of resources plus special files. Lots of these files. Doing the math expect to pay almost $5500 for to drive a tank and gain some attack power. OverAll if you're looking for social networking this game is great but to play nothing is free and unless you're willing to drop hundreds to thousands a week skip mobile games. Stick to PS4 or pc gaming!!!!

It really is fun to play, met some great folks playing over the past year. If you want to be competitive expect to spend. If you want to be an attacker expect to spend more, if you have aspirations of taking and holding a control point - expect to spend even more. Even traps have to spend to keep up but not as much as attackers. When the game first came out the new research trees, gear, troops or mods would be introduced at a pace that would allow players time to benefit, learn and apply the new items/research to strategy. It has evolved into "who spends, wins" over a year into it new things come out back to back to back to back. It's impossible to keep up without spending and unthinkable to do anything as "free". It's absolutely addictive, constant messaging, emails (in game, not to your personal address), splash pages promoting sales that you cannot avoid makes it simple to punch a button and spend. You can easily spend thousands and compete - right up until an update happens and the new stuff is released (at a blistering pace) then you have to spend more to keep up. So again, it's fun - but he ready to pay.

First I will say that I truly do like the game. It is fun if you plan on spending thousands. The game is very expensive to begin with but now it's just gotten so expensive, I can't see playing much longer. The cost involved to research items is so high, you have to buy so many gold packs to get the rss and speedups to do it. That cost thousands of dollars to do. Also the states have gotten pretty dead. So many have have quit, which leaves thousands of dead bases. If you live on a tight budget, please don't play. The game gets addictive where you've got to have things. It's like gambling, to many have gotten themselves into financial trouble, which is why so many have left. Many who spend 10+ grand on this game, are able to get the things that give them better game boosts that others can't compete with. You who have played understand what I'm talking about. The game started out fun but now it's now MS has gotten pretty greedy.

This game was great at first. I loved playing it. The community isn't too bad and the gameplay is set up pretty well overall. There is only one thing I don't like, but it ruins the whole game for me. This game becomes a pay to win game pretty fast. I liked it so I actually did buy two of the deals. The first one was $5, and then the next was $20. The prices weren't too high and the game was enjoyable, so I didn't mind, but then the next price was $100. I was definitely not going to spend $100 on any game. I decided not to buy any more packs and I just continued to play the game. I moved up very fast thanks to the packs I bought, but then I came to a sudden halt. I could not research stronger troops because of a building I wasn't able to build. I need golden badges to level the building up, and the ONLY way to get those badges was to buy the $100 pack. This ruined the whole game for me. I can't advance anymore and my progress is slower than everyone who had the money to spend on the $100 pack. I'm not able to keep up anymore simply because I don't have the money. I have checked every other option and there really is no way to get golden badges without the pack.

It's fun to be in an alliance and join rallies, but when you have to buy packs over and over just to be able to join the rallies it loses the enjoyment of playing. Especially when you are close to maxing your account and they add multiple research trees and new troop levels when you just spent hundreds to get maxed on the new troop type and research they just released weeks earlier. Then you spend hundreds more just to get maxed on the new research only to not get enough files with the packs you are buying to even be able to complete the new research. Let alone 10k day in speedups needed to complete the research. Even players who have been playing since it began were quitting. I've invested far too much to quit, but it does take the enjoyment down a notch. There's a lot of things they can do to make the game better, like instead of you having to hit buttons to add rss to research or train they could just take the required amounts from your total rss you have with one tap of a button. Same goes with speed ups. Opening the borders is cool because now you can go to other states but they need to make the special teleports needed available in your items section to purchase with your gold or in the alliance stores. As far as the amount of money required to be able to play the game it really should get 1 star, but when you are playing the game as intended, with alliance members and joining rallies it really is worth 5. If only the developers weren't so money hungry.

This game is 90% ads and get you to pay up. Just opening the game, every single time, with start of with a full screen advertisment to spend money. Then after that, half the screen will have advertisments to spend money. Then everything you do... literally every single action in the game, will pop up and ad to get you to buy. There are "daily deals".... "Weekly deals"..... "Monthly deals". Additionally the have blog posts that are.... about what deal they have. Additionally every aspect of the game plan, is all about getting you to spend money. For example, researching new stuff can only be done 1 at a time... unless you spend money for the upgrade so you research 2 at a time. Similarly, you can only build one building at a time, unless you buy the upgrade to build 2 at a time. When you get equipment for your military, you can get all the bad low quality equipment you want. Unless you pay to get the really good stuff. Then entire program is not about game play, or entertainment... it's about one thing. Getting you to spend money. That's it.

I'd recommend staying far away from this game...... unless you want to waste a lot of your life and money. You need at least $500 to be somewhat competitive in this game (I spent ~$650 and have ~40 billion power). No joke. And there is something new that they add to the game like every week to make those that buy the $99 packs to be more powerful than those that don't (yes, you must purchase $99 packs). It takes a lot of time to do all of the stupid research needed to increase in power too (not to mention like 100,000+ days for the research in higher levels..... that you clearly need a lot of speedups to complete with a ton of resources that's impossible to get in natural play). The UX is pretty bad too. Most things in the game are just a chore. It's mostly build/research/train/attack/defend with almost non-existent fun gameplay. It's mostly all UI with mediocre art.

They make SO much money and they just add more ways for them to get money, not add to the fun/experience. It's all really sad and it's sad I lost so much money in this game....... They clearly have very little respect for their players.

*$650 on a mobile game?? Yes, I know...........

This game was designed to hook you into spending money. Most of the players in the top alliances have invested $2K-10K to keep their power levels and research in the top ranks of the game. I know this sounds foolish and it would never happen to you, but it will. The one thing that keeps many of us playing is the friendships that you build with other "addicts of the game". The developers give you the option to provide feedback and submit problems, but they reply with cookie cutter responses and usually end up blaming you, your internet connection, or your device. Another caveat came up just recently, I was reading their EULA, I know this is everyone's favorite thing to do. Section 10, second paragraph, "You agree that you have no ownership interest in your Game account or any In-Game items associated with your account, regardless of whether you "earned" or "Purchased" such In-Game Items."

Under Section 11 it states, "WE MAY, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION, LIMIT, SUSPEND, TERMINATE, MODIFY, OR DELETE ACCOUNTS OR ACCESS TO THE GAME OR ANY PORTION OF IT, AND PROHIBIT ACCESS TO THE GAME AND THE CONTENT, SERVICES, TOOLS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE GAM, OR DELAY OR REMOVE USER CONTENT, AND WE ARE UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO COMPENSATE YOU FOR ANY LOSSES OR RESULTS."

I have been playing this game for well over a year so far and have followed developers through many new updates, as well as old glitches that used to plague this game. Overall, I give this game 4 Stars for it's continuous improvements and for developers constantly updating the software, so that it continues to keep us all fully enveloped and almost addicted to this game daily, but I refuse to give it 5 Stars because the developers are upgrading this game so fast that many of us who devote our lives to this game 7 days a week cannot even continue to keep up with the other leaders in our states without spending more money on a weekly basis than we already have so far on multiple accounts. Some gear, materials, modifications, building structures, and various items in this game cannot even be obtained without spending more money than you will have within the first few months. So, to summarize, if you have extra money you want to spend on an awesomely addictive game, MS is the "Game of the Year" for your mobile platform, but if you are on a limited budget, please go find yourself a game that does not promote "in-app" subliminal marketing strategies on a daily basis.

This game is solely built on making money I've played the game for a while now and have noticed once you get to a certain point it's is literally impossible to go any farther unless you shell out a boat load of money for some gear then need to turn around an hour later to do it again. A friend did the math and told me that to actually max your level without spending a dime and get to the billion power level it would take thousands of years because of the scarcity of materials needed to advance, they are made so rare you have to pay to ever hope of achieving this goal. Once your commander reached level 50 it is a massive mountain to climb to ever reach level 51 but if you pay the cheap and cost effective price of 100 bucks you can level them up a bit then need to do it again to achieve the next level. VIP ranks are purely based on how much cash you waste on the game, so want to be level 100 VIP well better dump out 1000 bucks to ever see this and the benefits make anyone who achieve the 100 level feat a demigod with boosts galore that will flatten any army you amass so don't play unless you have a few thousand bucks you want to waste.

Let me start by saying mobile strike is a fun game. There is always something to do and someone to attack. That's the good.

The bad; me and about a thousand people are stuck in a state that is not like the others. We get terrible packages to buy, they rarely change the poor packages. Our server has been down for almost 24 hours and even though hundreds of us have emailed and posted to twitter, no one gets any response. I know a person on our server that has spent thousands on this game and hasn't had a support ticket answered from over 2 weeks ago.

For the amount of money these guys pull in, because you almost have to pay to keep up, they could get someone to support the people that are supporting them. To me I feel I have been mislead and frankly ripped off by this game after seeing the options other states have.

So if you like terrible customer service on a game that is like any other building fighting game. Then try it out. I think there are other companies that would be happy to get my money and have even basic support.

When I started playing I had fun. Then I learned that if you actually want to play you have to spend money and I don't mean $1 or $5. I mean thousands! What a waste of money for something that literally means nothing. People try to sell accounts all the time and there is minimal return. They make it tempting to spend money, but then come out with something new and in order to access it or even participate you have to spend a minimum of $20. The more this happens the more I am turned off by the game and I realize it's been a huge waste of my time and effort. I cannot afford to keep up and even if I could I wouldn't pay for a phone game with mediocre graphics and zero return.

You often get trapped into the thought that oh, if I just spend $100 once I could catch up. Well for every $100 spent another big spends $500-$1000.

If the developers said that a portion of what they earned was going towards something to make the world a better place, ending hunger, providing clean water and sanitation, fighting to free child soldiers and salves, I'd consider that an investment. However, it's a war game... war doesn't make the world a better place so how could I expect the developers to want to. It literally makes me sick to hear how much people have spent on their accounts when the average age of a homeless person is 9 years old.

I've been playing this for a couple of months and spent a lot of my free time on managing my Mobile Strike account. The highest power I got was 12 million. I had knowledge from the previous game "Game of War" which is almost the same thing. You must do various strategies to win the game for small powers which you must learn from others. For first timers, it is almost completely unfair unless someone helps you because the starting tutorial barley helps you later in the game. When playing this game when it first came out, it was very unfair because there was heavy money spenders. I tried to spend a little bit of money to catch up but they were spending a tremendous amount of money making it very unfair. They grew fast making their power so high that it's impossible to catch up unless you spend money. You must be the luckiest person to have non-spending people in your state. I put a lot of hard work and dedication into this game to find out that it's impossible to catch up with the money spenders. I finally gave up after being zeroed (everything is destroyed and taken) by high money spenders. It could take days to weeks to rebuild. Now I do agree that this takes a lot of time and dedication but it doesn't change the fact that money spenders always win against non-spenders. I personally believe that the game developers won't do anything about it because they are making so much money.

The game concept is really cool and there is a lot of interesting complexity, but the problem is that unless you are going to lay out a *lot* of real world money, you will be completely griefed by those that do.

There is nothing you can do to protect yourself from high level players other than, you guessed, it paying lots of money (measured likely in hundreds of $s) to have any chance of not constantly getting stomped. Farming for resources sounds like it's a viable option, but high level players can "tile hit" you with little repurcussion, and then you've lost days of training time in a matter of minutes. The advertising for buying power ups is constant and in your face right off the bat. Like many, I assumed that $5 or $20 would be enough to push me in the right direction, but it barely makes a dent.

The developers need to put mechanisms in place where there are diminishing returns on high powered players feeding off the weak. Otherwise, it's a huge waste of time and money. Once they do that, then the game might be interesting - otherwise, save yourself grief and a lot of money.

The game itself is very addicting. I was surprised on how much time I spent playing. Build a mini empire and blow stuff up, rinse wash and repeat. Even bought a few packs cause I was having fun. That is till your base gets to level 21 that is where all that's left is striking other players and you realize the problem.

The problem:

1. The more you grow, the more you realize if you ever want to make a difference in your state you'd have to pull out a major loan to blow on in-app purchases.

2. Control is purely defined on who blows the most cash on it. Forget the base, if you want to real a real target, it's going to be purely on who can spend the most cash. No skill whatsoever, just outspend.

3. Every attempt to use skill keeps being thwarted with new packs to blow money on.

4. With the cash burn strategy in play, players are incited to be cowards and pray on the week. This alone will make the non 1% leave the game fast.

You can try to keep to your neighborhood and enjoy the game a little more but the cowards will find you and wreck your fun from time to time. If you're fine with the occasional lengthy rebuild and be nothing but a farming item for the spenders then go for this game. If you have no aspirations of burning cash on this game, then do yourself a favor and skip this one.

The developers really need to stop encouraging people from being cowards on a power trip and computer like for like.

The best part of the game is the social side of it. You have the chat feature on both the state and alliance level. So you can run your mouth while you wait for mission timers to complete. Makes it more interesting. Overall the gameplay is repetitive and the onscreen action is very minimal - limited to click, read, confirm, repeat. As you progress it requires you to spend money to continue otherwise you'd get bored waiting on mission timers to count down days and even months for in game upgrades. Once you buy a certain pack at a specific price level you will not be offered a pack at that price again unless there's a special flash sale or something. It would be better if you could choose what you wanted to buy instead of the game forcing you to purchase what they want you to buy. Maybe they'll improve gameplay over time. One can only hope as this game has potential to be great if it's tweaked a bit more

Game would be fine if you had the option to purchase any price pack at anytime. It makes no sense how when you purchase the $5 pack it then shows you $20 ads. People say you have to wait for a period of time before you're able to purchase $5 packs again. That's false they don't show up again. Also gameplay wise, power level isn't restricted in terms of player vs player (PVP). So a player with 2 million power can attack a player with 100k power. I downloaded this app about 3 months ago and and have been waiting for these issues to change. Sadly nothing has and that's why this game isn't being played on my phone. I was dedicated to Original Gangstaz years ago and it was another MMORPG similar to this game without the issues. If the developers were to add these things in the game it would be a hit and people wouldn't complain about how much money you have to spend in order to have fun. I've now stopped playing this game consistently and rarely open the app. This game has potential but we'll see where the developers take this game. Until you find out if they have fixed these two things then I don't recommend downloading this app or even purchasing packs. Hopefully there will be another MMORPG to hit the market similar to the play-style of Mobile Strike. Hope this helped.

Saw this game advertised on TV and because of Arnie had to give it a shot. If you're like me and get drawn in by the commercial but you're not totally well versed in military games, it's still worth a shot. This game has a pretty cool / pretty involved tutorial that really taught me the game. No experience in this type of game required. It's actually way more than / different than the expected military game. For me personally I honestly spend most of my time talking to my alliance (in-game team I joined), making friends with a bunch of them, asking for tips or helping out where I can. Right now I can help the most by sharing my resources but hopefully I'll get stronger soon :) It's way more social than I expected! That's actually what I'm enjoying the most, people are seriously from all over the world!!

But to sum up my review, if you like military games and like meeting pretty cool people, just give it a shot!

I have played several games like Mobile Strike out there in the Apple Store and this game has to be the dullest game ever created. I played for 6-7 months and started losing interest after about month 2. I tried to give it time thinking it would get better but it didn't. I spent the money to grow and went on missions and did all of the required tasks and still never found the entertainment value it was designed for. The store prices are about par compared to other games which is the only nice quality of this game. The graphics and game play are utter BS and boring. I expected better according to the commercials as most of the commercials for other games out there fulfilled the expectations. The commercials for Mobile Strike make it look fun and entertaining but that is a huge NO! I guess the commercials did their job on tricking me into playing as they are played on the TV none stop. As I wrap up this review, I would give the Marketing Department an A+ for casting great imagery with fun. The creators and develops of the game are another story. They all need to be fired, demoted, quit with what pride they have and just stick with creating other versions of Solitaire or Mahjong. Thank you and have a good evening.

DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME!!! EXACTLY THE SAME AS GAME OF WAR!! Yes I'm well aware it is highly addictive and you develop real relationships with the people in the game. BUT, MZ it by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They don't care about their players, they don't care about the quality and stability of the game. I'm sure it doesn't seem too bad or outrageous right now but just wait. Game of War sales are down dramatically because of how ridiculous they are making everything required to stay competitive. I have been playing a year and a half now. Yesterday they released a new edition to one of the research trees. It will cost 2.5 TRILLIONS in resources and well over 800k days to complete that is thousands of dollars just to up a level. Just wait and see, they will start the same bs with mobile strike. Get out now before you put yourself in debt trying to keep up. I refused to spend when I first started playing. Then I realized, the game gets very boring when all you can do is farm. Only way to enjoy it is to spend and not just a pack here and there either. Have to spend to be competitive and that costs THOUSANDS!!!! Please do some investigating into game of war complaints and issues before playing this game!!! MZ is nothing but a bunch of crooked greedy jaggoffs!!

I like the game, but they send me too many notifications. About one every hour for a bonus crate that is available. And recently there have been more for "sales" going on for gold that you can buy. I have the majority of my notifications turned off, but these notifications I can't control. When I wake up in the morning, I'll have like 8 notifications from this game and it's frustrating because it clutters up my screen. Either make these notifications pop up less or make it so we can turn them off. I see there are sales going on whenever I open the game because there's a huge ad that I have to X out of whenever I start up the game. I don't want or need to get notifications every hour, sometimes more, about these sales. I understand that this probably won't change because they want people to spend actual money on their game, but it would be nice if the game developers took this into consideration.

Edited: Also, Scarlett, or whatever her name is, is getting REALLY annoying with all the mail she sends you, trying to get you to buy crates with real money. Not falling for it. It may take me a month for a certain building to upgrade, but I'd rather wait than waste real money on this game.

This is one of the most fun but addictive games I have ever played. Yes, it is a game of war format, but more modern. It has so many options to build and grow, but it does cost to grow, there are conspiracy theories about , and I am sure they are some points based on fact, like war zone owning epic war games, some of the investors play the game and have all the largest alliances enticing one to spend 100's if not thousands of dollars, and I agree they should offer much more items for the money u spend, but if u go into the game just to have fun and not be the biggest, you never will unless you own stock in the company, you can have fun playing , stay shielded and u will not get destroyed, I have learned the hard way , but I still give it a 5 star rating because I play it all the time. Until someone developed a game not for profit, keep dreaming , this will have to do!

This game is based on getting one to spend money for game gold. With game gold one can speed up game progress and acquire enhancements. In the end one gets very little for money spent. If one doesn't buy game gold one is forced to wait hours, weeks and months for advancements. I lost my entire army, all of my troops and most of my resources and my commander when my base was hacked into when I was offline. Someone used my base to launch attacks and destroyed everything I paid for. I'm still waiting for a response from game control but nothing. It took hours, weeks, months and money to build it up, but just a few minutes to loose it all. What a disappointment. Total aggravation. In the end I felt cheated and like I had been ripped off. On top of it all the game is not stable. Action commands freeze up, chat messages get misdirected, deployments turn up missing and the list goes on. I'm sorry I spent money on this. Forget about winning anything. All I got was frustration and abuse for time and money spent. I stopped playing the game, turned over leadership of the alliance I created and could kick myself for getting involved with it. Five days now and NO response.

The Arnold lured me in with promises of epic glory in real-time on a modern battlefield. Instead I found myself tapping my thumbs like a teenager as I completed pointless task to pointless task. I could easily describe the absolute dullness of this game in excruciating detail (and it would be quite painful I assure you), but it will suffice for me to say that this steaming pile of game is one of the most uninspired and derivative pieces of garbage I have ever tried. There's a decent idea or two in here, but at its heart the game is a thumb tapper with no strategy, skill, or even thought involved. You won't be moving any soldiers or seeing any battles, you'll just be tapping your screen to say "confirm" or "Ok" and likely visiting their shop to purchase the speed-ups and other trash just to skip through the tedious moments, of which there are a plethora. Oh, and be sure to dodge the ads which will pop up all too frequently to remind you to participate in a special limited time event: whoever spends the most money in the store over the next hour wins! Yay?

There are so many better games available, free-to-play and otherwise. Stay away from this dreck.

Mobile Strike is by far the BEST game I have ever played!! The fact that you play with real people from all around the world makes it that much better. Although deep pockets and lots of money are required to reach certain goals is a drag you can still have lots of fun. I do wish you could Build your own package or decide how much you want to spend when your ready to, once you reach $99 USD packs your stuck like chuck. Unfortunately you can decide to buy a $49 pack if that's all you can afford at the time if you have already spent $99. Also quick tip!!!!! Once you reach Headquarters 5 you are stuck in whichever state they start you. There is NO teleport allowing you to switch states once you've reached that milestone so be careful and port immediately beginning to your state of choosing. My wife plays this as well and unfortunately is stuck in a different state and I can never help out. Hopefully since the game is young they will offer some of this is the future. Big spenders are rewarded more but like I mentioned you can have fun with the right alliance and not spending money. Just make sure you have shields.

I recently got the game and the other one I think they make. It is kinda fun! My main issue is that the package deals are a bit expensive!! Always advertising $99 packages which usually have some good stuff! They need more packages with 3,7,10,& 30 day speed ups!!! Especially in the other "war game"!! An upgrade shouldn't take 69 real days!!😁😁 that's rediculouse!!! Never packages reasonably priced to speed things up!!! Loved it at first!! NOW, getting tired of waiting for things to be built!! Getting bored with it!!! If the price on packages were better & the contents of packages were better, they probably sell more!! Spending $20 here an there is one thing but spending $100 of real money for a simple game on phone ? That's a bit to much to keep playing on a regular basis!! Gonna end up losing interest because of constantly spending s LOT of real money just for a little satisfaction!!! Make deals with more and better speed ups and make them cheaper!!! I'd probably get more of them an WONT get bored with the game !!!!

There's no secret, this game is about as exciting as a MS spreadsheet, IF all you consider is the game play itself. I suppose there's some 'theory-craft' you could apply to it, but the overwhelming factor is the amount of cash you invest to increase your power. What really makes it a 5 for me is the people with whom I play in my alliance. This game is a social platform masquerading as a war game, but it's an excellent platform, if clunky in the communication aspect. People compensate for that deficiency by using the LINE app to communicate. I've made a bunch of new acquaintances as we mutually enjoy a simple, if colorful, diversion. It becomes about the people, working together towards some vague goal, the politics, and yes, the drama, sometimes. If you're a cheap a-- like me, your best bet is to join a strong alliance and share the gifts of the money players. It is possible to enjoy the game without spending lots of cash, but be prepared to be a good team player and to be grateful for help. This is the world of freemium, don't bother whining about, make the best of it. This game is one possibility for that.

Where do I begin? This game is horrible. First, you have no direct control of any tactical battles. Your troops move to an enemy location and you are told if you won or lost the "battle". Moreover, in the lower levels, if you attack an enemy base, you never eliminate their forces, just wound them. However, you lose your forces. The home team wins the war of attrition.

Second, the game allows high ranking powerful long playing players to beat up on beginners. Worse yet, once they crush the beginner, the beginner gets no reprieve. He is subject to attack after attack with no chance of recover. The second he is beaten upon, he should receive a shield or some type of protection to give him a chance to recover.

Third, the times to improve your ability take too long. Within five improvements on an ability, you could wait days for it to complete. This is way too long.

Believe me, there are many more problems with this game. If I discussed them all, it would take a few days to write them down. This is easily the worst video game I have ever played and I will never play it again, regardless if they make improvements or not. It does not deserve any stars.

greediest developers ever. played this game for months but didn't spend money on it and never actually did anything significant only being a farm for rich kids with unlimited credit cards. don't waste your money even ppl who spends hundreds of $ are still insignificant. prices very absurd a big gap between the few top players and the rest which are the majority. one player could advance millions in power in a day where you need a lifetime to do it. a single player can take a whole alliance on his own. money should give you an advantage but not make you a GOD. no limits on shields teleports and many other items that should be limited to give a chance for other player to catch up. you may spend a month preparing for war with all the stuff you need to save for it and waste them on ppl that have unlimited shields and can drop it and re raise it anytime they want teleport a hundred times in a minute while you need weeks to save a couple of each yourself, and the worst thing that they keep adding stuff to the game to sell you more stupid items constantly complicating the game. it's not a war game i think it's closer to wall street. what a waste of time and megabytes.

I love the game I love the layout of it an how many different things that go on. The different events that take place. But one thing I think you could do to keep more people playing it is decreasing the time it takes to train troops. Like maybe just drop them all down a notch. Cause that is what honestly keeps the people from trying because once you are zeroed out you have little determination to get back out there an kill but if you could get back up and an fight within a week or so I think it would make the game a little more fun and a little faster pace. Also make advance teleports $0.99 so more people can kinda figure that out easier. Make it so they know you can go anywhere on the map. I'd honestly have to say that at least %30 of your players that join and quit just don't like to read so make the blog a little more bright if possible. I love this game as a whole. I have been playing for a couple of months and have constantly been approving. It takes time to gain power and the strength to be one of the top players but that is the fun of this game. You can gain power with purchasing packs which most of the top players do but there are some downfalls to playing the game as a whole. Bigger players tend to ruin the game for those who do not want to spend a lot of money to play who just want to play the game for the fun of it. I honestly would love to speak to one of the developers and talk to them about what goes on in the game and I wish there was an easier way to contact them if it is via a chat service or just email. I feel like this would be a great way for them to put some regulations in to place so that the game can be played the way that it was attended. I hope someone contacts me before I decide to give up on the game all together.

So I've played this game for about 6 months, I spent the oboigatory $1000 on gold packs, and yes I did say one thousand. I am no where near being able to build top level troops or traps, and with there being no means of regulating larger well build allainces / players well everyone else is just a farm for a handful of either very deep pocketed players, or SQL injection cheaters <-- (my opinion) If this game wants to be around a while it will have to make resources cheaper and more plentiful so that players are able to truely compete (who can continually afford $100 a pop for 2 -3 days worth of supplies) I can play WoW or Elderscrolls for a fraction of the cost and its a MUCH MUCH better interface. Next there needs to be level limitations on attacks , having lvl 21 (The top Level) with 70, 80, 120, 300 million power farming player that have 3, 4, 8 10, 20 million power is not fun . . my advice to players or both new and old is save your money, and look elsewhere for your enteratinment the cost is not anywhere worth the return. . .

OHH and one other thing the drops for materials is HIGHLY skewed and simply not correct, getting decent is atainable but only after you spend several hundred dollars.

The commercials give an illusion of a game that has intense ground level combat, aerial to ground fighting, and Military realism. But it's just that, an illusion. Nearly identical to game of war, just with different pretty pictures. It displays as flashy and exciting. The most exciting part of the actual game play is when your building finishes upgrading 4 hours later. That is, of course, unless you pay actual hard earned money, then you can progress all you want. When attacking you don't even get to watch what your soldiers are doing, you see an I can that doesn't even correspond with what you actually sent. I can understand a few of these things because otherwise the game would be to large to operate on most mobile devices. I get that. It's more the false illusion of intensity and fast paced game play. I get more excited of playing Pokemon on game boy color than I do playing this because I know Pokemon can be played without asking you for money so you can be some what successful. I'd rather pay $15 for a good game that follows up its commercials fully (sometimes $70 like for Battlefield 4, GTA V, The last of us, ect...) instead of being misled be some thing free.

I've actually have already played this game. It is the exact same game as "game of war" no different. Not very creative. The game basically is set up to where you have to spend money buying the package for $5. Then you have to sit there and tap a bunch of different buttons to accomplish nothing worth your time. This game is based off of how much you will pay to win the game. It is basically like sitting at a blackjack table and giving money to the house and the house convinces you that you are better while taking your money. This is not a game it's just a pay to win joke. This game has nothing to offer a competitive team player that likes a challenge because it is all about who is willing to spend their life saving on what is a joke of tbsg. I would say that this game has something to offer as far as the community goes but it's basically people talking crap and then spending their weeks pay to build imaginary soldiers. Maybe if this game was fair it would be worth the play but it's got three strikes for me. It's not original, there is too many pointless activities and not enough actual game play and it is a pay to win game. There is no playing as they took all the skill out of the game. It's a joke. I'll play a real game with real players and actual challenge.
