The button to go back (return to previous screen) is on the bottom of the page where no one would look for it. The button to return to the home page is in the upper left hand corner in exactly the same spot as the back button on any other app. The home button is even indicated by an arrow as a back button usually is. Why? Every time I try to return to the previous screen I accidentally hit the home button (because it looks like a "back" arrow) and have to do my search all over again. It doesn't save the search. Super annoying. If they want to keep the controls where they are, at least get rid of the arrow for the home button and use different symbols.

The app is mostly good with the exception of 1 gripe. Change the back/home button at the top left of the page. Natural instinct to go back one screen is to hit that not the less visible one at the bottom. When you hit the home button at the top it takes you out of the shopping part of the application and I think this should be back a screen or the home shopping part of the application. This is very annoying. Overall though job well done!!!!

I've had this app off and on for a few months. The reason: I'm experiencing a glitch and can't seem to verify my device. Whenever I try to access the launch locator and I put in the CORRECT phone number, it keeps saying that it's invalid. I've taken it to the store and called customer service and they both have seen that my information checks out. No one seems to have the answer to my situation. Very disappointing and frustrating that I can't use the app to its full potential, especially the fact that no one I go to for help has a fix.

Why pay a middle man?!? I've had a better experience and actually got the shoes I wanted straight from the manufacturer. You also have a better return policy from the manufacturer, most offer 3 months Foot locker only offers 1.

Waste of time, the rewards points are not updated consistently. Will spend most of your time waiting for loyalty points to update when you could have just paid a little more and actually buy the hot shoes from StockX. Or straight from the Manufacturer. I'm still waiting for points from 3 pairs of Jordans I purchased months ago!!!

This is hands down my favorite sneaker app, they have a bunch of limited shoes for retail, etc. My main problem is that they only have kids sizes. My other problem is that when you choose store pickup, you chose your favorite stores and nothing else happens. Now, I have never done store pickup on this app, so it may be that I am not used to it. If you downloaded this app because you read online that footlocker would let you reserve a newly launched pair of shoes (Jordans, Adidas, etc) then you probably understand my frustration right now. The other reviews on this app to me are not anything like the app. If you have an iPhone 6 or higher you should be able to use the app with little to no problems whatsoever. The only time I ever had a problem is for the reservations. It just logged me out and I just logged back in quickly and that was it. The store takes forever to load. When I press shop, the circle goes round and round. After about 30 sec I have to manually close the app from background and reopen it. If your going to show the release date of a shoe but not the picture. We need to see what's coming out the name of the show won't cut it. Have to post the pictures of shoes coming out. Use some clues from kicks in fire. They have all release dates for shoes and shows you a description of it and best of all a picture to see the quality and it will look good and the color way.
