Features
1) Seamlessly transforms into different type of engines
Select from inline to V-type, or other multi-cylinder engines,
and watch the running engines transform over continuous CG animation.
Enjoy watching the inline engine camshaft separate into two parts as it transforms into the V-type engine and
how phase angle modulation between cylinders makes the crankshaft rotate, separate, and combine into many engine formations.
2) Add Engine Sound (In-App Purchase)
Developed in technical collaboration with "CAI MEDIA CO.,LTD.", the developer of the iPhone app featuring innovative synthetic engine sound, "RealEngineSim" this new feature will add a variety of realistic engine sounds ranging from different number of cylinders to explosions with unequal intervals and cylinder rest.
Engine Sound Add-On is available via In-App Purchase.
3) Accelerator Control
Accelerator control is available during engine sound replay. Tilt iPhone to different degrees as if pressing the accelerator pedal. Tilt forward horizontally (as if pressing the accelerator) to activate the accelerator, and erect vertically (as if releasing the accelerator) to deactivate it.
Furthermore, you can race the engine by tapping the center of rev counter.
4) Addition/expansion of engines
There are currently 22 types of engines registered. Through automatic network updates, continuous expansion is planned.
In addition, there are functions installed that allow users to newly register and edit engines.
Able to adjust setting for engine bore stroke, firing order, and ignition timing.
Easily replicate on the iPad, engines with unequal combustion intervals for two-wheelers, Inline-four crossplane or V5.

I personally love the app. I only wish it had more customization. For instance I was trying to replicate my engine and I cannot because the only option was a dual overhead valve system and mine does not have that. Maybe actually add the Ford 300. They were used in everything and they can't be killed.

LOVE IT suggestions
I really like the smooth frame rate I just wanted a couple things the wankel or Mazda engines you can only change the rotor width and not radius i see why not cause of the gearing inside has to mesh properly but also wheres the triple rotor and I'd like to be able to set the redline of the engine from 8 to 22 thousand cause some bike engines rev that high

Really cool app, great if you want to learn more about engine and they have a decent variety or engines as well. This app helped me get started and learn the most about the basics of an engine. Don't think it was worth paying for though.

Great game, needs more.
This is such an amazing app. This thoroughly shows engines and their works; however, if you would add diesels (such as Cummins, Duramax, Powerstroke, and others, that'd be great) also 2 stroke engines and the Detroit 2 stroke diesel. And if you could add Honda engines and emphasize V-TEC.

Most of the engines sound too similar. For the price it's not worth it. The visuals are great but I just want more manufacturer option. For instance Kawasaki's 636 engine in the in-line 4 option or Nissans older GTR engines the RB series in-line 6 option. The engine is one thing but the sound is everything.

Love it but it is missing one thing
I love the app, but it is missing one type of engine and that is the 16 cylinder 4 turbocharger engine that the worlds fastest super car called the Bugatti veyron uses.

Very entertaining, few suggestions
I like this app, it's very entertaining to mess around with. Can you please add W engines, diesels and 2 strokes too maybe? Also maybe add a setting that lets you view the animated engine at full speed instead of 1/10

Excellent 3D 4-stroke engine animation
Very useful app for understanding cylinder layouts, timing cycles, and valve designs of various production automotive and motorcycle gasoline engines. It doesn't cover every engine in existence, but that isn't the point. It offers several pre-built variations of standard designs, but also unique features such as the Wankel engine, flatplane crank, and desmodromic valves. You can also adjust parameters to create other designs which is a great feature.

Great app! But could use a some work.
Please add Diesel engines such as
5.9 liter cummins and the 6.6 liter Duramax. Also add more components like turbochargers and superchargers.
And maybe make the engine building feature more useful by having the option to change the valve train from 2 valves per cylinder to 4 valves. And more option like that. Thanks for the app. Please continue to add new engines.

Great (But Not Perfect)
Great visuals and menu options including the ability to add/remove engine components. A major disappointment however is the accelerator control. You have to lay the mobile device flat to the point you can't look at the screen when accelerating. The inability to go through the gears with a speedometer is frustrating too. Tilt feature and engine sounds are both poorly made. Ironically you have to pay extra for something that should already be part of the SIMULATOR app. The Porsche 911 audio doesn't even sound like a boxer for example. Why are people having to pay for bad synthetic sounds when audio of the real cars could be used? Otherwise, this app could have been perfect...
