THREE is designed to be a minimal task assistant that is non intrusive. Traditional todo lists add stress and complexity by making YOU track, categorize, and prioritize tasks. They're digital task masters that nag and confuse you until you give up in frustration. They punish you with incessant notifications when you're overdue on a task (which you would probably ignore anyways).
THREE changes the way you manage tasks. Tasks go in. THREE will present you with three and only three tasks at any given time. As you deal with them, we'll keep track and tell you how you're doing.
There are only three ways to action a task - Done, Defer, or Drop. When you are done with a task, it falls off your list. If you make a mistake - don't sweat it. Next time the task you entered erroneously appears in the list , just Drop it - we won't hold it against you. If you're looking at a task that you just don't want to deal with, Defer it. This tells us that a particular task is unpleasant and it gets prioritized lower.
THREE isn't designed to keep you on top of every facet of your life. No meaningless trophies or achievements. Rather, THREE will slowly but surely change the course of your life and help point you in the right direction by keeping track of the stuff that matters to you and presenting them to you in a manageable fashion.

Peaceful and Cheerful and Helpful

I love this app and am finding it very helpful, both at keeping me moving and at helping me reduce my stress and anxiety over what to do next. I wonder if the developers could possibly make it easier to add the same tasks to the list on a daily basis? One might think that I’d remember to do something I have to do every single day…but I don’t. I stay on track much better if I have a list. Thanks for a great app.

Does what it’s intended to do!

I really like the app and feel it does help with focusing and completing tasks. There are a few things I believe can be added that won’t make it too complex but make it work better:
1. A way to edit current tasks. Typos make my OCD crazy and since I can’t edit it I have to delete it and recreate it.
2. It would be nice if there was a way to add completed items back to the list. I find myself adding the same task over and over and it would be easier to just swipe and tap each item I’d like back on the list for another day.
3. Also, it would be nice if we could choose to make an item go to the top so if it has higher priority it can be in the top 3 instead of the bottle of the list. I don’t want to swipe and defer everything just to get it to the top.

Great and it could be perfect

Because it reduces stress, demandas high prioritizing, keeps track of all that is pending and makes it appear as other things are done and because it keeps you focused in your highest priorities this app is a productivity powerhouse for all of us who have “too much to do”. If it could connect to iCloud and to a Mac OS app it would be perfect.
You deserve a strong following.
In most apps you spend more time organizing than doing the stuff.

Great way to get tasks done

This app offers a great layout. By displaying only three tasks at a time, it makes them seem very manageable. In addition, the timer on the tasks helps you realize how long it's been since the task was intended, which leads to productivity. Overall, it's great and worth the $0.99.

Easiest and Fastest Todo App

The App's interface is very well thought out and simple to use. I entered a few quick tasks and can easily mark them done or defer it or drop the task if I don't need it anymore. It's quite nice and by far the best Todo App in the store that you can use to effortlessly manage your tasks quickly.

This is cool

Found this application just on the whim and turned out to be very welcomed in it's simplicity and usefuleness. I've gotten more done and sorted out more headaches lingering in my life from home chores, stuff for my kid etc.
Probably best .99 cents I've spent :)
