Description
Range Finder is an ultimate distance, height and angle measurement tool with augmented reality, compass and inclinometer. Range Finder turns your device into a powerful measurement multi-tool!
RANGE FINDER TOOL. Measure the height and distances to objects using a set of 8 sniper scopes.
MAP DISTANCE MEASUREMENT. Multi-point distance measurement: just add several points and measure distance between them.
RADIUS AND ANGLE MEASUREMENT. Using radius map overlay measure an angle between two points and display a radius.
WAYPOINTS. Add waypoints on the map with a long tap. You can choose icons, images and audio notes for each waypoint.
TRACKING. Track waypoints using their azimuth and distance overplayed on the camera view or compass screen.
COMPASS. Compass is overlayed on the map to show Sun and Moon rise and set azimuths as well as stored waypoints. When waypoints go off the screen, you can still track them using tracking labels on the border of the screen.
AUGMENTED REALITY VIEW. Use 3D augmented reality camera view to show positions and directions to waypoints.
SCREENSHOTS. Take screenshots with all the on screen data just with a single tap.

Crashes EVERY time I try to measure anything. The minute I touch the pointer the app crashes. Epic disappointment.

This app has potential but it crashes consistently on my iPhone 8plus. I have the latest iOS installed....have uninstalled and reinstalled with reboots in between and still have the problem. I’ve emailed support and gotten no reply. DON’T waste your money on this one!!

Range finder
Does anyone have a clue how to actually range something ??? I have noo clue how to use this app. There are nooo instructions ! So I can only give it 1 star until I know how to use it.

What manual?
If you don’t already know how to use some of these tools, you’re out of luck unless you hit up the google to learn them on your own. Useful for basic distance calculations if you can figure out how to use it.

Many of the reviews I read stated the manual was absolutely useless. Many were from a year and 2 year earlier. So, I figured it had been updated. Plus, the fact that it clearly says a manual was added in the updates to the app. There are absolutely no instructions in the so called manual, the help guide is useless. Even the website it gives you is nothing but advertisements for other apps. The app looks like it would very good. IF YOU KNEW HOW TO USE IT!! I will be contacting the APP Store for a refund.

Not a Range Finder!!!
The only reason I bought this app was to find the distance of a particular object from my phone. For example, an archery target...
That's exactly what this app DOES NOT DO.
If someone could develop an actual range finder, it would be an essential tool. I thought this would be it. Not so. Save your money.

Cool app that does more than I thought I would.
Just bought the app and I am pretty impressed with its capabilities and potential for use in my line of work (infantry officer). Hopefully updates will include an angle measurement tool, at ranges.

This app has lots of feature... It oughta come with an instruction manual cause I don't know what half this stuff is, but I'm slowly figuring it out and it's actually been pretty handy at figuring distances to a target.

Might be good...if there were instructions
Seems like it may have useful features, but there really aren't any useful instructions on how to use the app. The url provided in the app description (same as accessed through the help feature) only shows various screen shots of the app with no explanation of how to use those screens. Look at the url for the manual before buying, if the manual isn't helpful don't buy the app because that's all the information you're going to get.

Great app!
▫️I am in Search And Rescue(SAR), and have used the compass to help get me back to the starting point in land navigation, even though I was using an Etrex Vista HCx.
▫️Great app, have no problem, will take a day or two to get use to the new features.
▫️I just have one thing that I noticed, that I can't change the map coordinate system to UTM or any other Map Datum, since in are SAR group we use UTM.
▫️Other than that, great app!!
