Subscription doesn't work
Paid for subscription and sometimes for a few minutes, you can read an issue, then it locks out again. Restoring iTunes purchases does nothing.

Crashes
Ever since the new update on iOS 9. The app opens and when you download magazines the magazines won't open and it crashes. Downloaded the new iOS 10 same problem will not be renewing my subscription because it's so hard to get with the app designer or contact company to tell them about the problem. I guess I'll stick with flying magazine instead. Wish I could give negative stars.

Terrible Customer Support
The magazine is great, but the app and Customer Support are wholy inadequate. I tried for a month to resolve my iPad app and only got the autobot response that someone would contact me. They never did. I finally called and was told to contact Zinio as they handle all iPad apps! Seriously, they said Zinio was in charge of all Apple subscription apps, and they would not help me. I tried to explain that this is an app from Plane & Pilot on the iTunes store, but they would not listen, so I gave up. You cannot get any subscription support at all!

Desperately needs an update
This may be the worse magazine app I have encountered. Good magazine......bad app.

Great magazine
P&P is a great magazine and the app is really nice. Some of the reviews accurately describe a problem with the app that prevents them from downloading the issues of the magazine they paid for through their subscription. I had the same problem, but solved it by deleting the app and reinstalling. The app then re-linked with my iCloud account and all of my purchased magazines were restored.

A totally mess
I have been a plane & pilot magazine subscriber for 10 years. At beginig the App was always in delay with issues, but since december 2015 it has been a mess trying to download a single issue. Currently I have not been able to download 2016's issues

Bad app
Let me add to the negative comments. I'm unable to download the latest issue every month. No one seems to care. Shame on you zinio and P&P for putting up with this.

Wish I could give negative rating
After one issue it's forgotten my user info, says it will send password reset but never does. Worthless.

Subscription Problems
I like the magazine, but not crazy about the app. Mine is set to renew Oct 2015 after my second year, and I can't download anything after Sept 2014.

New issues don't populate
Only problem is that you have to uninstall and reinstall to get new issues. I won't be renewing my digital subscription because of this. Otherwise the content and format are great.

Does not download new issues
I bought a subscription , but no new issues have appeared for 2 months. Support says that they are aware of the problem, but it is someone else issue. No matter what the cause, it doesn't work and you won't get the issues you paid for. Do not download until it is fixed.

App not updating
Not a bad application. I have had to delete the app and reload it to update magazine editions. This is somewhat annoying to do. It would be the only negative at this point

Horrible App!!!
This is the worst app I have ever used on my iPad/iPhone. I purchased a 1 subscription late last year and after numerous attempts to fix, still unable to download monthly magazines. I don't know if it's Apple or Plane & Pilot, either way it's not good.
Would give it 0 stars if that was an option
