Glad to know they care about their fan base. Nothing has changed. Still can't create a profile switching from upright to profile mode still doesn't display videos properly. Horrible, just horrible.

Horrible App
Cannot create a profile using iPhone. Absolutely impossible. Entered the information about 10 times, double checking each time...every time the app says there is an error, such as "did not enter country," did not enter city," when I clearly had. It's like the app developers are messing with you and having a big laugh. Terrible app.

Login Failure
PLEASE fix this IMSA or just get rid of useless login which only benefits IMSA and not the users in the slightest. Loads of users are having the same issue. This is just blatantly negligent.

Won't let me register
If I could give this zero stars I would. Several attempts at registering and keep getting error messages when everything is filled out correctly. Tried about seven times before deleting the app.

I've tried about 15 times and it won't let me make an account. Would love to watch Sebring on the go! But it's not letting me.

I'm not providing an address and all my personal information to use this app. I don't even want to follow the sport after downloading this. You should be able to see stats and live timing without registering.

Downloaded this app to watch the Daytona 24 hours. If this app were a racecar it would come in last every time. It's very, very slow. Perhaps it will work after I reboot my phone, again. Was practically useless for intended purpose.

I like the fact it has timing and scoring and IMSA radio, but even last year and this Rolex you can never get the live broadcast feed, always says not available and you can watch in car feed. I'm not sure if this is IMSA's fault or FOX not allowing them to show the feed.

Don't waste your time. It will not let you register. So much for watching live races with all the benefits of the app. You literally can't register. This has to be the most frustrating process. The app crashes when you try to register the app crashes when you try to submit. It will make you not want to watch IMSA racing.

This is the worse app I have seen...stops my complete laptop and cell and then I have to reboot both. The IMSA tech team can't get it right and it's been 3 years. Don't waste your time!

Trying to register was a joke. Error message for picking a country. Asking for the amount of info they do for a regular app is a little over the top. You would think if you are trying to grow your fan base, it would be a little easier.

Tried many times to make a profile. Every time it says I left something out but when I look it's there. All I want to do is watch the races live.

"New" IMSA App Crashes
The current app (Jan 21, 2016 v4.6.0) is unstable and crashes. Prior version 3.0.29 NEVER crashed. Does not work on my iPad 1 iOS 9.2.1, iPad Mini 2 iOS 8.4.1, iPhone 5s iOS 8.4.1. IMSA developers need to fix this!

Really Bad
After all the one-stars, it was like a train wreck I needed to experience I suppose. Yes, this app is really bad, and I did not even get past registration, which was riddled with defects and seemed to be untested.
I believe the FoxSports Go app will have race coverage. I am sure Rolex is thrilled to be mentioned with this broken app.

Won't let me register
This app is so screwed up that you cannot even create a user ID. Every time I think I have completed all the required information it tells me that I'm missing something else. When I go to make the correction it has erased all of my prior information that I've entered. After 5 tries, just not worth the hassle. Whoever the developers are of this app should really go back to community college to complete their degrees.

Just installed and signed up with minimal effort. All manufacturers' feeds are streaming without issue. Timing and scoring is spot on. I need this since I have to attend a dinner party with my wife tonight and want to keep up with Rolex 24.

Second Season Using App
My Second year using the IMSA app.
No issues, ever. Overall, a good FREE app.
Does need some content updating.
But nice to have live timing and scoring at the track during the races, as well viewing races at home.
Not all events are shown live in some viewing areas.
I Watched both series and classes qualifying yesterday from work. Wish I was in Daytona.
Looking forward to the new season and in-car / Live feeds of the Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona.
I do agree, a bit more live at the track access would be cool, It is a new season the app needs to be updated a bit.

This is rubbish. My 8 year old nephew has developed more enjoyable apps. On an up to date iPad mini I can't even create an account. How does this app even get released? Yikes!

The other reviews are wrong.Tried the app for the first time today during qualifying(1-26-17).No problems signing up and logging on.Worked flawlessly.If you're a fan of sports car racing.You won't be disappointed.

Hit and miss, nothing mind blowing or fun
Let's get more videos and rave content. Live feed would be a plus. Get your manufacturers that pay to race to build some VR content for each event. App is very antiquated.

App Doesn't Work At All
I tried to download this app and filled in all of the required fields 20 times in a row. I keep getting an error message. It absolutely does not work at all. Total crap! And I am a former him as a racer an avid watcher like many people but it doesn't work. Hopefully they will eventually check this site.

WOW!!!!
All I want is to watch a race! Not gonna happen here. No live feeds. Usually get a message that states it's not available in your area, but you can watch on car feeds which is great but your missing so much. WHY?? Why can I ride on two different cars but am unable to watch the race? Very frustrating!!!!!!

After about ten tries to register, I give up. Each and every time I fill in all the rquired fields and each time it fails telling me there is missing information. Are these people for real...has anyone beta or even alfa tested this garbage?

Total Frustration
Don't plan to keep up with races that FOX will not show using this app. It doesn't work. I'm trying to keep up with Petit LeMans after FOX switched to NASCAR Truck qualifying (snicker). Finally got IMSA Radio to work, but can't listen and look @ scoring at same time. I do not understand what IMSA is thinking. Do you want fans to watch and listen or don't you? My guess is they really don't care.

Streaming is poor
I'm not sure if I'm the only one but I have only managed to stream video once in 30 attempts. Do you have enough bandwidth to support this feature? The radio seems to work every time.

Disappointing
I realize blacking out the steaming service of on FS1 or FOX, but to black out streaming when I don't have FS2 in my area is ridiculous. Even the in car cameras that worked at 24 hrs of Daytona just freeze now and you only have the radio option. Very disappointed in FOX and IMSA to limit your fans access to quality racing.

I've wasted so much time trying to get this app to work only because I'm committed to the sport and the concept of the app promises to add to the viewing experience. Forget it. It freezes constantly. Once I got it to work mid-week, long after the event was over. I'm disappointed with IMSA and I hope they got their money back from whomever they paid to develop this travesty.

Great app, haven't had any bug issues used at at track and was great addition to race day experience. Yes enter info but haven't got spam from them so that's okay. also

No other choice
Let me say I'm a die hard sports car racing fan. I'm so happy that sports car racing is finally taking off. One gets tired of blocked shaped cars drive in a left circle. This app is a disappointment. It freeze all the time. You can't tell when the lap times have up dated. You always have to close and reopen the app. It works like a free app. It used to be great when you could watch the race for free. No that IMSA is tied up with FOX you can't stream the race. Once FOX drops coverage to air cars driving in a circle then you can stream the race for free. IMSA just do like the WEC and let your real fans watch their racing. Instead alienating you fans with this FOX sports nightmare coverage.

Keeps freezing!
Last season, I quit using the app because the app kept freezing. Several updates and a new season later, same problem. Useless in it's current state. Being forced to provide full bio to get an app that doesn't work is just icing on the cake.

It's amazing that IMSA can organize a race series, but they hire idiots to make their app that obviously don't know racing. Another obvious fact is IMSA doesn't understand their fans or customers. Who the hell wants to put in all their personal info just to use a terrible app. All the stuff you need (live timing) is on the web. This app is worthless and IMSA should be ashamed.

Phenomenally slow
The app is better than it has been, however, it doesn't like to load things and I end up waiting for the app to load content. Can't use other parts of the app because something wants to load.
When it does work though, it's smooth. Sort of.

Nice improvement over last year!
Wow, what a way to experience the Rolex 24!!! The radio on top of the video to me is better than fox anyway so points for that. In car cameras are awesome addition and the timing and scoring works great.
If I could add one suggestion, I would like to see the compatible with Chromecast and Apple TV. I'm enjoying this on iOS and my nexus tablet.

Good idea that doesn't work
It is awesome of IMSA to offer a free app with so much content. Multi-group racing is confusing and exciting at once. The variety of drivers and teams, each with great experiences, also adds to the interest.
But the app plainly needs a major rethink. None of the screens work. If one does, it is incredibly slow. Just like the website, it seems IMSA is overwhelmed by traffic and does not have the server capacity to fix it. It's a shame but happens often. Maybe next year IMSA. Hope so.

Working great for Daytona 24!
Working perfect on iPhone 6s Plus from my wifi. All feeds loaded up quickly and I'm able to jump between in the live broadcast and in-car cameras quickly and flawlessly.

Sure you have to register but No Better way to stream the Daytona 24. Looks Great on my phone; (5s no less!) so I picked up an Apple TV. Game changer for the racing fan; lost a star only because I'm not familiar enough with the interface (not sure when live tv is streaming but, boy-when it does, it looks GREAT!)

Has potential but locks up too much
Features are fine but the app either locks up or stops updating all too often. Live timing is not even close to being live much of the time. This is on a 6s with a fast home network so the app and/or their servers need work.

this app was written for iOS 8 and therefore can't be used by the majority of iPhone users. it's a shame these developers don't understand that not everybody is rich and can't update their phones every year. shame on IMSA for not taking care of their fans

This app is fantastic! This app is probably the best out of all the other automotive racing series because of all the options you have within the app. You can view the broadcasts live, you can view some onboard cams live, the current flag during the race is posted on every page in the app, and if you can't watch the videos live you could listen to the radio.

Loved watching the Watkins Glen race last weekend on this app and the in car view choices were an unexpected pleasure. Great job guys! This app is definitely a new fan favorite!

Last year this app worked flawlessly. Now the navigation is all messed up, video cuts out, audio cuts out. With 4+ bars of LTE service. Get your act together if this is how we are supposed to watch your series instead of Fox Sports 2. What a mess.

Slow, crashes a lot
They destroyed the app in the latest version. It doesn't load properly and it crashes a lot when it does. It requires you to make an account which I think is ridiculous. They should go back to the older version.

The best way to get involved with IMSA!
This app is perfect for keeping up with the race results and even your favorite teams and tracks! Performance-wise, the improved app runs much better on my low end device!

Best racing app on the market
This app is better than both the Indycar & WEC apps - by a large margin. It has articles, full race videos for both TUSCC & Continental Tire. The only thing that would make it better would be videos from some of the single make series like Ferrari & Maserati. This sure beats the glorified standings trackers of other racing series.

Great Leaderboard App
This was a great app to have at this years 12 Hours of Sebring. Especially since Fox Sports 1 let us down and only carried an hour or two of the race.

You would think something featuring the brilliant engineering of these cars could be better at featuring them. Where are the team standings? Where are pictures that actually match the stories. It's like whoever is writing the stories either does not know the drivers and teams or they have someone else randomly choosing photos to put with the stories. At least look like you know who you are writing about.

Not so good
I downloaded this app to follow the Daytona 24 hours while I was at the track, but the T&S is very poor. No info about the number of pit stops. No info about the interval in class or overall, so you can't really tell how far apart the cars are. It shows position and driver, but that is about it.

Looks good, but....
I was really excited to check out this app. Being able to keep up on what is now TUDOR United Sportscar Championship, via my phone, appealed to me. I immediately opened it up and started checking out teams and driver stats ahead of the Daytona 24. Here is where my disappointment set in. Stats are wrong, team details incorrect, missing drivers (yet there are their names in timing & scoring). Very basic info that you can find out anywhere is wrong, so if it goes into details on bio, you're left wondering "is any of this correct?"
One example is the driver stats for Chip Ganassi driver Tony Kanaan. His Birthday is wrong(it's Dec. 31, 1974 NOT Dec. 23, 1973) his car number is wrong(He's in the 02 car, NOT the 01 car), teammate is wrong(4 car team of Kanaan, Scott Dixon, Kyle Larson, and Marino Franchitti. Not a 2 car team with Felix Sebates), and it only lists winning the 2013 Indy 500 under bio (no mention of his championship or other stats like his record for consecutive starts in Indycar). Out of curiosity I looked up Dixon and his stats are also incorrect. Kyle Larson isn't even listed, and neither is Sage Karem(who is going to be in the 01 car). Hopefully this will be fixed soon, but with the race on Saturday, I doubt it.
