Mobile app mirrors desktop version very well. I've been using some form of SurveyMonkey for years and it's only gotten better with time. I love that it's free because I've never had to create a survey with more than 10 questions, but, if I do, it kind of forces me to whittle down to the essentials so I can save money in having to upgrade.

App doesn't work!!
I created a survey on my desktop ystrdy. Tried to check on results this morning but when I clicked on "My surveys" it tells me I don't have any surveys. I thought one of the sales points was I can check my results from anywhere. Can't even get customer service on phone because their phone customer service available only to premium members! (Over $1,000/yr.) Much of their on-site instructions are not user-friendly.

I was referred from an advisor from school about this website. I personally love to answer survey especially for a great of cause. But I can't even sign in the app, fix the bugs survey monkey. You have a great app here !

I was given a link about a survey that customer submitted about me... but i cannot access it AT ALL... created account clicked on link it takes me to main page... downloaded app logged in dont see anything other than main screen to create a survey.. all i wanted was to access the page where customer wrote about me and there was no way possible.

Handy Tool
This is a very handy tool especially for doing a little market research. If you're an entrepreneur, considering freelance, or otherwise looking to be self-employed, then I highly recommend this app to help you fine tune your goals as what you might think your customers/clients want/need might be a little different than expected.

Easy to use, great analysis
I'm using SurveyMonkey to get Market Research information from BETA users before bringing a service to market. The templates are very easy to use, customizable, and the analysis is proving very helpful to me in determining changes and improvements to my service.

Buggy and doesn't load well
Terrible app. Screens don't load when you open the app so you're left looking at a blank page. When they do load, functionality of options (e.g. Rearranging questions) don't work at all.

Disappointed
It took four tries for the survey to finalize without the app force closing. Once it finally worked I sent out the survey and the results doesn't show the name of the respondents like it does on the web! Now I have to make everyone do it all over again because I can't tell who on my team responded to what. Going back to web and deleting this inefficient app.

Hangs Constantly
I'm using a brand new iPhone 7 with the latest iOS and this app hangs at least once every time I use it and must be forced to quit.
Most people aren't going to bother with it once they're annoyed by it a couple times.
You guys are a fairly big company and you're app isn't exactly pushing the boundaries of coding. I would suggest finding programmers that know what they're doing.

Surveying
There are a few things I've encountered using this app. It will give you some surveys and after answering the first question it will either kick you out or auto search for another survey without giving you a sweepstakes reward point. The other is that the odds of winning the sweepstakes are too low of which discourages surveyors from surveying. Thus, there should be a better reward system.

Filtering limitations
I wish I could filter the results on the app by meta data. This is a feature I use on the web and desktop version constantly. You can only filter by the questions in the app. Make the app useless to me but Survey Monkey is one of the best SAS companies I have ever used. I know they can add this feature.

No available surveys ever
I've tried to use surveymonkey many times before to take surveys (as it seems to be the only one that lets you donate to charity) and every single it tells me there are no available surveys. This seems to be the case with ever survey site, which is unbelievable considering I belong to probably the most sought after demographic (i.e. affluent white teenage female).

I just wish creating the surveys was more like the desktop. The mobile creator isn't as easy and customizable as the desktop. Other than that.... I love being able to see my clients answers to their questionnaire for their photoshoot from my phone vs having to wait to get on my desktop

I just use it to take surveys, but they have much more surveys than paid apps, and at least you can donate a lot of money to charity.

Not many surveys to do
I've only been able to do 9 surveys in one week. They are quite short which is fine. I completed my profile which was several questions. I think based on my profile responses and my age (56) I am not eligible for many surveys. I like that I earn money for a clean water foundation. You can change your donation designation at any time. I just thought I could do more surveys. It's disappointing.

THE Best
I first became familiar with this app as a teacher. Our administrators at both the district and in-school levels would get our input using SurveyMonkey. I never minded completing them because the layout is so clean and streamlined--no busy frills. So now that I am teaching adult classes of my own I am using SurveyMonkey to gather data from my own students' input. It's so easy. I enter the questions, send the link, and then the app analyzes the data for me. Effortless, and SO helpful for getting important info with the least amount of extra work on my part. LOVE this app. Highly recommend it.

Video Bug
When taking surveys, if there is a video, I can either play the video and the app gets stuck, or else I have to skip over the video and lose out on that.

"Ghost" Icon
The app itself is easy to use and I like the visual appeal of the reports. However, this latest update has added a "ghost" icon to my iPad. I have the actual icon that opens the application and a second Icon that is an image of itself. I haven't been able to delete it and it doesn't respond to touch. Very strange, never seen this before with an app.

Convenient Help
Ease of use for me in my business and church work is the one great thing I use this service over and over again. Folks I send my surveys to have given me great feedback about their participation, as well. The phone app is excellent and I don't even have to login to the website on a desktop to create, send and monitor surveys. Invaluable service!

This is a really good app. It's fun to create surveys and give them to your friends. The app is easy to use also. You get 100 free responses but there are a lot of question options. I gave this app 4 stars because sometimes the app freezes a little bit but for only a few seconds. Over all, it's a good app. 😊😊

This is a Good App
This is a good app for viewing your results and creating surveys. However, a big problem with, not just the app, but also the website, is that it seems impossible to take other surveys. You basically have to have a link to participate in any other surveys.

I would give it negative stars if I could
I am sure the application is probably very useful for people wishing to CREATE surveys and view results. However, that is not how I ended up with it. I attended Book of Mormon last night and received an email today to complete a survey about it, when I clicked the link for the survey, I was directed to download this app, I did so thinking perhaps I needed it to complete the survey. NOPE. I am just being constantly prompted to create a sign in( which should not be necessary to fill out a survey, I am doing you a favor by completing one) and offered info about creating my own survey -which I do not need. FIX THIS.

I really wish that you would make a landscape mode for this app. I hate that it forces you to use it in portrait mode. I use a keyboard case for my ipad and its a pain to have to take it off just to use this app when every other app allows for landscape mode...

Feature rich and still easy to use
The SurveyMonkey app is easily the best survey app on the App Store. Not only can you create surveys on the fly, but also view results in real time, and later visit the full featured website to pick up where you left off. If you are creating simple surveys for small groups (like for your office, volunteer group, or sports team), or need much more sophistication for complex research tasks (like HR, medical, or marketing), definitely start here and save yourself lots of time.

Pretty slick, you monkeys!
I'm glad to see something like this finally come along. The app has a cool interface for looking at survey results from my old surveys. I can create new surveys, too. This is going to be much better that using SurveyMonkey through Safari.
