It says I’m subscribed but need to subscribe to watch anything

Manque de fiabilité
De manière générale, l’application manque de fiabilité : parfois elle fonctionne, parfois non, c’est aléatoire. Par exemple, ce matin, les vidéos en replay ne se lancent pas, alors que le direct fonctionne.
L’application a introduit de nouvelles fonctionnalités au fil des ans dans le but de s’améliorer, mais sans fiabilité, ces nouveautés perdent de leur valeur.
Peu beaucoup mieux faire.

Having trouble accessing séries
Why can’t I access content from this app when I pay a monthly fee? It was working perfectly until last week and now I can only watch trailers. Every time I try to watch a series it directs me buy a subscription and then I get a message that says I’m already subscribed through Apple account! Yes! Exactly! Never had an issue or anything. Streaming quality is great. Love the multiplex sports features.

Excellent content needs UI optimization
The app is not even capable of streaming continuously for 15 minutes without crashing.
The iPhone X and and excellent internet connexion don’t make it working any better.
The sound quality provided is absolutely not acceptable in 2018. Muddy and metallic.
Seriously. Given canal plus has been partnering with Apple TV for their subscription, now can it be that bad ?
Need improvement. My iPhone X was overheating and left 50 percent of battery after only half an hour.

Doesn’t work playing on Apple TV 4K
This app crashes every time we use it mirroring or playing on Apple TV 4K. It should work as well as on computer. However, it crashes when using iPad or iPhone app.

I have we been trying to open content, but it does not download. It is now 3 weeks it is happening....and still not working (iPad, iPhone and Apple TV)...you would think by now they would have done something about it.

I am a French national living in Brazil and thought it would be a good way to keep in touch with French movies and sports. Unfortunately most times the app just doesn’t work: the screen is stuck on the spooling animation and that’s that.

Stay Away
I'm a French expat going back and forth between France and the US, and I thought this would be a good way to keep in touch with France. Wrong.
As noted by previous reviewers, this app completely limps in the US. The problem is not that it is impossible to get around georestrictions, the problem is that the service and app are of such poor technical quality that nothing works anyway. Thus, I thought maybe when I was in France it might be work... but no.
If you were expecting Netflix, but, you know, with French language programming, just move along, this is not it. Waste yourself time and frustration, and get MHz Choice instead, and watch CNews (which is free).
