Every time I try to stream it doesn’t allow me to. I’ll try and re download the app and start the setup but it keeps making me push the cast button over and over during the tutorial and it never fully connects. Please help!

Bought a mini home/light starter kit. 1 bulb is completely dead. The other will power on but won’t connect. And app won’t configure correctly stating that something went wrong. Fortunately I have no issues with Smartthings.

The interface is confusing and hard to navigate. Surprising considering how well done the Google store pages are. Desperately needs an update as certain functions just don’t work. For example, the bar to set the media volume for your routines doesn’t work at all. Please update this app ASAP.

It won’t let me link my Xbox to my Google Home app. It continues to say my account is successfully linked but the Xbox shows up nowhere on the app. I cannot find a work around. Very annoying.

I used to use my google mini for setting up my shopping list, now it really pushes me to the assistant. When I am out shopping and ask to see my shopping list and shows me a few items, but not the entire list. When I click the “view list” to try to see entire list, nothing happens. Very embarrassing standing at store talking to my phone and getting frustrated.

It’s still some what of a pain to get it to work right now I have a fire stick that’s a whole lot easier to set up let’s put a good support team together to help with the setup Am holding out but if something isn’t done soon am going fire stick 24/7come on Google let’s put it together and come in for the big win

Totally messed up my baby monitor with the nest app. No longer can watch my baby on the Apple TV nest app and synchronized my google account to nest and won’t recognize my password for nest that my mother in another country uses to see her granddaughter get rocked to sleep and read bedtime stories. Absolutely horrible experience. It hard to describe the friction moving from nest to google home has caused.

Extremely disappointed. I have been trying to link my Roku TV for maybe about 2 months now. Followed step by step every YouTube tutorial you can think of, to connect my TV to my google mini. And have been unable to do so. Very frustrating!!!

I got the app because I just got a Google home mini but every time I asked it to play music I got the same response “To get help with that you need to give me more information you can do that in the google home app."but there was nowhere I could give it more information. It could give me information about stuff though.

I was very excited for the new facelift update, and was relatively pleased, until I set up a new device. I was unable to group my TP-Link smart plug with my other devices in a room, which took me 2 seconds to do in the Alexa app. I did like the facelift overall, but until Google fixes this issue, my one-star rating stands. If Google would follow up with me I would appreciate it. There could be a simple solution to my issue, but if I can’t find a fix after half an hour, then maybe they should make the fix easier to find.

Google has been having a lot of issues lately and it is very frustrating. From my tv that keeps getting removed from my room and put as a local device and I keep adding backing and it keeps getting removed and google customer service is very unhelpful because they can’t offer me a solution. Also creating a group has a lot of bugs because when you play music halfway through a song the group drops a device and it won’t play in a group only as a individual speaker. Stop creating new phones and focus on fixing your current products. I’ve used google for a very long time and am very loyal so please don’t fail me now!

With my Apple TV as soon as I plugged it in I was able to get into Netflix. I decided to buy a $35 Chromecast and I’ve farted around with it now for 15 minutes and can’t even figure out how to get into Netflix.
Google has a substandard product that’s difficult to use.
