Yarn Loop is a relaxing and satisfying puzzle game featuring colorful yarn bobbins and knitted patterns.
Bobbins move onto the conveyor and collect stitches of their own color. Each bobbin has a capacity value that decreases as stitches are picked up. When its capacity reaches zero, the bobbin disappears. If capacity remains, the bobbin is transferred to the rack and can be used again later.
Complete each knitted pattern by using the right bobbins in the right order.

Ads and more ads
You play the game but then get ads that are long and impossible to get through, requiring different and random things for you to do. I found the game in the DinoPay app and was just trying to save some money on gas at Sinclair, but don’t bother. The ads are so long and random as far as what you have to do to get past them that there is no way for you to actually reach the level where you’ll save money at the pump.

This game is fun, relaxing, and enjoyable at first. However, many puzzles are extremely difficult to complete without spending money. I ended up spending much more than I should have, so I had to delete it.
Unless you have a lot of disposable income, I’d recommend avoiding this game. It can quickly become an expensive habit if you’re trying to keep up with the challenges.

The levels are rigged and the power ups cost way too much for how many coins you are able to earn for free. I watched way too many ads just to keep up and I caved and spend 2 bucks to get more coins but they didn’t even last more than 5 levels. Some levels require boosters
The game developers claim every level is possible without boosters. Not true, level 1020 is an example of their false claim. When you look up how to get past this level, every single video shows the level being beat but the videos don’t have spools looped together like the actual level. Either the developers are trying to pull a fast one, or they aren’t paying attention to their actual designs. Fun game but essentially a money grab.

Bait and switch glitch???
Yarn loop IS "a relaxing and satisfying game." At least it was until level 200 (marked "super hard"). The game offers several helpful strategies, including the option to randomly shuffle the order of bobbins if you get stuck - for 500 coins a shuffle. These are at times not available (not clear why) but it will tell you that as soon as you select it in the menu. This time, I selected it and "not enough coins" came up & flipped me to the store. I bought coins, and then the shuffle selection changed to "not available."
I really like this game, and don't mind making occasional purchases to get through hard levels. But this was around my 15th attempt at this level. N0T going to try it again.

Fun game- then it gets too hard
I have enjoyed this game so much. There are ads, but they are not as intrusive as some other games. It is relaxing, and fun. That is, until I got to level 173. I have tried it several times and keep failing because it doesn’t give the colors you need. Of course, you can spend real money and get boosters to help you. I will not spend real money on a phone game, and since this level is impossible, it is no longer fun and I will be deleting it.

This app is so satisfying & relaxing…until you get to a certain point I guess, which for me was level 280 labeled as ‘Super Hard’ & no matter what I do, it ends up giving me a random message that says ‘Locked Out’ with no explanation & asks me to pay to continue.

Game is fun but I agreed to pay for no ads ONCE and you have now charged me 8.71 3 times. I did not agree to a subscription. There is nowhere in the app to cancel this, I do not see a subscription in the App Store or on my Apple Card. Remove these additional charges, I agreed to ONE. I have reported this to Apple. I’m really enjoying the game and it’s too bad this scam is happening!
Edit: Yes I have contacted support about this 4 times, I keep getting the same copy and paste email back from your support and nobody is actually being helpful. I need these extra charges and whatever is making them go through removed. The only thing I have purchased after the initial ad removal is $1.99 coin packs but I’ve been charged $8.70 THREE times now, once a week.

I enjoy playing the levels. They’re relaxing some can be challenging, which is good. I do not like the prizes you get on a streak challenge cause if you’re trying to beat levels without failing, why in the world would you need the prize of infinite lives? that truly does not make sense 10 coins would be more rewarding than infinite lives for 10 minutes.

Yarn Loops too slow after Update.
Yarn Loops slowed down after the update. Deleting this app now. The thrill is no longer “there.” Would not recommend updating it if you already haven’t. Also, to new users wouldn’t recommend this game any longer. Too darn slow. It’s made for a baby now. Loops take forever to come back around and it’s just not good anymore. I’m on level 43 and a few steps away from a reward. I rather forfeit the reward than continue playing this.

No daily login rewards. No video rewards other than extra lives, which really doesn’t help. Basically everything in this app cost money. Fix the issues
Love the game but since the update there’s been issue after issue. 90% of the time the game won’t load - when it does, it takes 10+ mins but even after it loads and able to play, it tells me I need to check my internet connection. There’s no daily challenges, no streak rewards or anything now since “it’s not connected” even though I am connected to the internet and there’s not any issues with any other apps or websites.

Honestly, this is the most fun of any of this type of game I’ve tried. The problem is, there’s a difference between hard and impossible without paying for points to continue when you end up with no space left. And even watching an ad after you win, 80 points is the most you can earn. There are not even any daily check in points or ways to earn extra points through ads.

Addicting loop
The app itself was great, great way to relax, unwind, and just use your thinking skills while being able to turn your brain off from everyday burnout. I finally got to 250, and now all of a sudden I can’t open the app. There’s been a handful of other people with the same issue. All my other apps work and my phone is up to date, so I don’t see why this sole app will not open? If so many people have this issue then I consider it to be an app issue. Please do not trust the high rated reviews, while it’s possible to get through without any coins they softlock many of the higher levels requiring you to replay over and over again until they give you certain color combos upfront so you can actually complete the level. Either way I really had fun with this app and hope I can continue playing it, only reason I leave 1 star is because it’s functionally broken.

I actually really enjoyed this, there are some léveles where it takes a bit of brain power but otherwise fun and relaxing to play. Like a million similar games: starts fun, then the ads start, then you might pay to remove ads, then it gets too difficult to win without using all your coins and rewards. You earn rewards at a snail’s pace but spend them too fast, and when you fail a level, they take all your rewards away, even though it takes 7-10 levels to earn them. It’s stacked against you but you’ve been hooked so they’re hoping you spend real cash to keep playing. Also, like every game of this type, the touch control response is too slow, yet it is essential to gameplay that you touch as fast as possible sometimes to clear screens. Completely unfair. Just greedy, unoriginal, copycat developers.

Game Resets - Killing Winning Streak
Okay so I love this game, but it makes me so mad when I have a winning streak & I have to go to another app for a moment (like calendar or something) and then I come back & half the time it completely restarts the game and kills my winning streak. I’m obsessed with playing this game. It would totally be 5 stars if there was a coin reward option faster than every 10 or so wins. But I love that something that looks so simple to achieve actually needs precise execution to remove the colors the complexity of it is thrilling. Terrible Update
I have loved playing this game until now as it is very challenging but fun. The new update however is horrible.
The conveyor belt used to show the unused trays and now it only shows a numeric value (0/5…5/5). As a visual person with ADHD, this was helpful in strategizing the next moves. Now I can’t really focus on the ones moving vs the open ones and am having trouble winning on even a simpler level. Also, why would the settings button get moved down to the bottom instead of the top right? Now it’s just crowding that bottom area. Whoever is in charge of redoing the entire new UI should be fired.

I really enjoy this game and the levels are challenging without being so impossible that you have to either pay or watch a bunch of adds to get tools to win. My one big complaint is that if I’m in the middle of a game and I have to lock my phone and come back it counts as a loss and makes me start over.

Glitchy adds
This would be a five star game except there are several ads that are so glitchy it is off putting. They freeze the app and have to swipe up and completely close it to make the game playable. Also after this last update the app crashed and won’t even open for me anymore. I really enjoy this game and the levels aren’t too hard or too easy but the glitching honestly makes me want to delete it and find another game that’s similar- which I may have to do anyway since I can’t play at all. Please fix the way the ads affect gameplay. ☹️

Very Pleasantly Surprised
I play a lot of these kind of puzzle games and I genuinely came in expecting slop: something poorly optimized with intrusive ads and stolen assets or art. But the game runs pretty dang well, and ads are only set between levels as they should be.
The further in I get the more I find the pixel art extremely charming, and even when it’s referencing something it’s still clear someone made it by hand. (To the millenial sneaking those in btw, I see you.) I love and highly respect originality and human work in the current landscape of mobile games.
I do wish that there was a way to get more coins when I’m really stuck without having to spend money, but that’s my only feedback. This one is a real keeper for me!

Relaxing
I downloaded for one of those free cash type things and was progressing at a decent rate. My mom saw me playing and asked why it was called and now we’re racing in levels. I’m currently going to level 2,000 where I get the full rewards and that’s still one of my primary motivations for moving at such a fast pace but it’s pretty fun to race in a casual game. Overall, I’m having a good time.

My favorite puzzle game
I love this game. You don’t have to pay any money to play, though there are some ads. I have gotten to level 450 so far and never had to use a booster to beat a level. Some levels are more challenging, but nothing is bugged like some people are suggesting.
One suggestion: please use colors that are easier to distinguish from each other. It’s very difficult to tell the difference between dark, dark purple and dark, dark blue.

Really like and would recommend
I’ve been playing this game for about a month and have really enjoyed this app/game. I don’t even mind spending money it because it’s truly something I need help with and it’s not every time I play a round that I’m spending money. I’m also almost to level 450ish and it really makes you feel like it’s worth it! Not many apps can balance this. It’s also mind numbingly fun, calming, and entertaining. It has only glitched one time on me where it cost me money. I did screenshot it, but I don’t know who to contact for the issue. For this, I gave it 4 stars. If I hadn’t experienced this or could get it fixed, they would have been a solid five stars!!

Doesn’t work anymore
I was having a great time on the app. Played it morning, noon, and night until all of a sudden while playing the app closed on its own. I thought hmmm that’s weird. I tried to reopen it and same thing. It acts like it’s going to open says “combo” on the blue screen and then closes again. I go to the App Store do an update thinking maybe that’s it…nope still force closing. So I’ve given up. It was really fun while it lasted. 3 stars for the fun while I had it. Minus 2 stars for the app’s rejection lol

Super fun until it isn’t
I play a lot of phone games and I don’t mind paying for no adds or things here or there. I would consider this game in my top 2 favorite right now but I’m getting ready to delete it. It lets you play for a long time until you get to a “super hard” board. Some I’m able to complete after a few tries. But others I can’t even after days of trying. There are several of these levels that you must spend money to pass. The developers are stingy with the coins they give you and don’t reward you for playing a long time. There are other games that are difficult to complete but you have a fighting chance. Not here unless you spend money. I’m going to find a new game, which is a bummer bc this one is sooo fun!

Amazingly entertaining!!!
Love to play this game- first game that has kept me captivated while maneuvering up the levels. Most games go from super easy to instantly hard making it no longer fun to play. This game’s trajectory is top notch. First game I’ll actually be able to get to the highest levels. I will be looking to any games made by this creator-Great job!!!!

Just like the ad
I love this game. It’s actually like the ad I found it from which is awesome. And it lets you play on airplane mode unlike other games. I appreciated that so much I bought ad free mode to support them and be able to play it endlessly on data. I also love screenshotting the cute pictures. The only downside is with the things like the scarf you have to cut and parts of the piece not showing up until later, I can’t take screenshots of some of the ones I like. Like level 402 🥲 it’s so cute. I want the pic.
Anyway I love the game.

Bummer for forced ads
This gams is great. They haven’t added too many options for play. It’s basic, classic and perfectly challenging at times. My husband and I enjoy playing this game while we listen to books or music and it’s always fun and chill. The biggest bummer is the forced ad after each level. HOWEVR, it’s not a forced ad between failed levels. Do with that info what you will.

It starts over
I love this game EXCEPT for the fact that if life happens and you have to stop mid game it doesn’t bring you back mid game it starts all over again! I hate that. You get a call or whatever it bumps you back to the beginning of the level. Especially bad if you’ve paid to continue playing and then lose it because something in real life happened. They fix that and I think it’s the perfect game.

Ad Issues
Game is enjoyable, the haptics are nice, but every time an ad has popped up there is no x button, making it impossible to get back to the game without closing and re opening the app. Having to do that for every level takes from the enjoyment of the game. There is an option to pay 8$ or so to remove ads, but I would rather hit a close button because that's free.

App locks game despite open plays left
This game is enjoyable. However, twice now the game has locked me out when players were left available. By pressing and holding the board after lockout, you can see that there are plays still available. It only happens on the sixth of seventh level in competition play. Suddenly, they want more money so that you can keep playing. I have paid for no ads which I did not mind. Eight dollars. I have also paid for more coins in the beginning. So far my investment is about $15. I want to make the decision on whether or not to continue to make purchases. To be locked out when more plays are available is not only unfair but unjust. I will not be spending any more money on this app. How unfortunate when the designers did a good job on the game.

Liars
So when you beat a level you’re given the “option” to either watch a video for double rewards or just claim your rewards. In reality, no matter which option you pick, you’re going to get fed a video. I just force close the game and reopen it, it is faster than sitting through a video I DID NOT REQUEST.
Also the game deliberately doesn’t register your taps half the time so you’ll fail a level and be pressured into spending money on this garbage. Only play this if one of those apps that pays you to play games is paying you. It is the only reason this trash is still on my phone.

Makes me mad!
While it’s a fun game the fact that if you don’t constantly play out a game while in the 7 game streak and you close your phone for 10 mins you lose you steak and chance at 10,000 coins. But other than that it’s a fun game. Fix your glitch!!

Crashes immediately on opening
I have been playing this game daily for a month or so now and all of a sudden now it won’t load at all. It just crashes immediately. I didn’t make an account because I am part of a game test and when I create accounts on the apps the tracking no longer works. So I can’t delete and redownload the app since it will lose all my data and I don’t see any way to contact the developers. This is very disappointing.

Game won’t open
First off I absolutely love this game. I play multiple times a day. I woke up yesterday morning and played, and g gf won again while I had down time at work. When I got home, I wasn’t able to play. The game wouldn’t open. Every time I click on the game icon, it acts like it’s going to open, but then it kicks me out? Can anyone help or tell me what a fix is?

Don’t Waste Your Time
Not only are there incessant ads, but every couple levels you’ll have to replay it 5+ times in order to pass it. I noticed how the app developers like to respond to this kind of complaint, and say how the game is “meant to be challenging as to promote interest”, something along those lines. However, this isn’t “a little difficult”, it’s beyond frustrating and clear how they want to just frustrate players into paying money. Just a scam, and I’m deleting this app before even getting to level 75. Don’t even bother downloading. I’m genuinely shocked they have 4.7 stars..

Buggy level
At first was very easy and fun to play until I got to level 65. I kept getting locked out of the level played over 5 times trying different strategies. I ended up being locked out every single time. It limits the amount of white color I get yet needs white to unlock the last key to get to the last colors how Is anyone able to get to unlock the last colors if there’s no white to unblock the key?Makes no sense and overall frustrating making it seem as if it’s my fault for not being able to pass the level 🤦

Addictive
Easy game to get lost in and pass the time. Maybe too much time. I only have two complaints, rewards should be a little higher for starts. Then there’s a glitch from time to time that a colored spec will get missed but if I select that yarn again it will get picked up on the next round. I’ve had to waste 900 coins to continue my streak due to the glitch on more than one occasion. So yeah, rewards should definitely be higher!

Best game ever
This game is so easy to play a baby can play this and win. I cannot get enough for this game. I have been playing this for a while now and have got addicted to it. I have even told my friend about this game and got him planet I don’t know what else to say. You just gotta give it a try.

I was gonna just uninstall once I ran out of levels, but the app does deserve a review; instead of just repeating the same 30-40 levels infinitely like every other copy on the AppStore this one at least tells you that you’ve finished them
