Need help putting your phone down? Meet ScreamTime — the app that jump-scares you back to reality.
Pick a random timer window (1–3 minutes, 5–10 minutes, or 15–20 minutes), arm the app, and go about your day. At some point when you least expect it, your phone will let out a scream and a notification will pop up: "GET OFF YOUR PHONE!"
Choose to disarm if you’re done, or re-arm for another round.
ScreamTime is simple, funny, and surprisingly effective:
- Three random timer ranges to choose from
- A loud scream sound effect to snap you out of scrolling
- Works in the background with notifications
- Quick “Test Volume” button to check your sound
