Annoying
Firstly it keeps crashing and I can’t even play it right now. The timers are a tad too short and getting an ad before the loading screen pops up is annoying. It will also randomly tell me I’m out of lives right after I complete a level, which, if I’ve completed a level, how am I out of lives.. makes no sense. I do love this game when I can play it, I just wish there wasn’t so many problems.

Good game, but timer gets too short.
I absolutely love the gameplay and design, but I have a big problem. Why is the timer set at a very short, unbalanced amount on the harder levels. You put the game as “Enjoy at your own pace.” but once you get to around level 10, the timer is way too short and makes the game stressful. It is like you have to spend money to buy coins to buy time freezes. Please increase the amount of time on the harder levels, around 2 or 3 mins could be fine. I like this game though, so I at least put three stars. But please, fix the unbalanced timer.

Timers ruin the game
I adore box cat jam and was happy to see another game with the same cats.
But the timer totally ruins the game. It makes it feel like a money grab and I wish the timer would just be completely removed. It makes the game super stressful.

It could be so much better.
So good but so bad. I love the game, but they make it impossible to pass any levels in the short amount of time they give you. Not bad but wayy too difficult.
I thought the game was fine at the beginning, then the timer began getting ridiculously too short. Also, you have to touch the cats with the boxes/rectangles which is difficult when you have to both beat the timer and move colors around with their weird length or shape. I like it but now it’s just annoying to beat and discouraging with the no extra lives and 900 coins just to keep going from where it ended. Sad to uninstall since I like the cute cats but not worth my time. Just thought I’d share since this could be room for improvement on development for players.

Rating prompt doesn’t allow anything less than a 5 star. Can’t submit it. It auto creates a “support” email assuming you have a problem because you couldn’t possibly rate it less. Insulting.
To be fair, the game is fun and cute, but what could be a cozy relaxing game, turns into frustrating pressure because of the timer. I’d like to just calmly figure out the puzzles.

Lives disappear when you win
Multiple times tonight I’ve cleared a level so I have lives left but it shows me a pack to buy. I don’t want to spend money so I hit the X to dismiss the offer and suddenly I’m out of lives. What?!?

Good but Annoying
First off, I really like this game. The premise is simple yet challenging and I enjoy the cute graphics/sound effects a lot. My biggest complaint, however, would be the time limits for some of the games. Sometimes there’ll be a hard puzzle with just a 40s time limit. It’s nearly impossible to figure out even the moderately difficult puzzles in just 40 seconds! And if you want a time extension, you have to pay 900 coins for an extra 30 seconds which is ridiculous since the only option is 40-80 coins per round. And don’t even get me started on how many ads there are. Even if you choose to watch an ad for more coins, it’s nearly never enough with how much the boosters cost. I never have enough coins for anything! It’s really annoying. I would love for this to be a more relaxing game yet all I feel when I play is stressed. Please fix some of the features to make it a more enjoyable game. Thank you.

Good concept, needs improvements
It’s a good puzzle, but it’s a bit too hard so early on. (I play many puzzle games). The timer is too short for complicated board. I’m only on level 17 and have to relay so many times. This type of puzzle game requires some thinking/ strategizing/trial and error, the short timer just detracts from that.

I hate the timer
I love the game but it’s the timer the only thing that’s bothering me I can’t go on to another level because the timer is too short and I eventually run out of lives and have to wait several minutes for it to refill especially on the very hard levels where I don’t even have time to think before the timer is already over and I have to restart the timer is the only thing that I don’t like everything else is amazing but the timer ruins the fun the enjoyment and makes me more anxious and angry If there was only a way to get rid of the timer or make a separate game mode where it’s timed that will be better but the main game and it being timed ruins my fun ruins my day and puts me in a bad mood for the whole day

Stressful
I really like Box Cat Jam so I was excited to see a similar but new game from the same developers. It’s definitely a lot of fun and a really well made game, but I guess Box Cat Jam maybe gave me some incorrect expectations because what I thought would be another chill puzzle game is actually very stressful. The timer can be insane in some of these levels, which can take away from the fun of actually solving the puzzle. And then just when you’re starting to get the hang of it after a few tries, your lives run out and don’t regenerate for ages. By then, I’ve usually forgotten the strategy I had started to figure out and need to start all over again. Idk I like some other reviewers suggestion of offering more time by watching an ad, because there are levels I’ve been stuck on for days at a time, which can be frustrating.

The game is great but I believe most people play games as a way to relax or decompress from stress and this game just creates more of it. The timer makes the game extremely stressful to play. Creating a “zen” mode to play levels without the timer would be amazing. Until then, I’m done playing this game.

PLEASE GET RID OF THE TIME LIMIT
i LOVE this game, but it definitely needs to get rid of the time limit. i downloaded the game thinking it was going to be a relaxing puzzle game, only to get incredibly anxious everytime i play. im currently stuck on level 69 because the time limit makes me not want to play anymore. A time attack mode or something would be fine, but i think the base game should have no time limit, and maybe just an extra bonus of coins if you do beat the level within a specific timeframe.

Unplayable after ~50 levels
There are MANY puzzle games functionally the same but I love this one’s art style and UI, but ads after every single level is far too much, and of course the game doesnt function off wifi. After a certain amount of levels the timer is way too short and it is next to impossible to get bonuses to help without spending money. You could use ads to get a little extra time or watch an ad to get a bonus and that would be way more beneficial for both parties as these types of ads would be much more likely to actually be watched.

Short Timer, Can’t Solve Level 20 In Time.
The timer is too short! I can barely get time to think!! The past 19 levels were easy ish but I just can’t do level 20 without the timer running out! It’s ridiculous how i have to wait 30 whole minutes just for ONE more try!!!! Please either make revives shorter wait time or increase the time you have to complete it! 🙏🙏💔

Very fun, and cute game! However, the timer makes it stressful... and I often run out of time while moving the blocks, and it gets frustrating. I wish the game had a feature where if you ran out of time, you could still play, but you wouldn't maybe receive the coins.

Great puzzles bad timer
I really love this game. It’s challenging and fun, however I need a mode to play without time limits. As an educator there are some people who cannot perform under a time constraint, their brain freezes up and they can’t react. Adding a toggle option for a timer would make your game much more accessible and offer a chiller mode of play for those of us who aren’t racing through things

Unachievable levels without balloons
Got to level 338 and it was literally impossible to complete without having boosters. Everything was blocked off and I’ve been stuck on the level for days. There’s no online tutorials for any levels, so not knowing how to solve it was an issue. Don’t have levels on your game that you can’t complete without those balloons or magnets

Fun at first
This was fun at first but in so many levels the time limit is WAY too short, so you run through your lives and the couple of boosters that you can get (without spending money) and then there’s nothing left to do if you don’t want to spend money. There should be a little bit more time in some of these levels, and it would be good if there was an option when you run out of time to watch an ad to get an extra 20 seconds or something.

Fun but Some Feedback
I really like this game, but I have some feedback:
1. The ads seem excessive. Having an ad right when you open the game and after almost every level is just a bit much. 😭
2. I wish these levels weren’t timed. I think it’d be a lot more fun and relaxing without the timer feature. But maybe there could be a mode where levels are untimed, so you have an option?
Otherwise, I think this game is great! It’s so cute, and the puzzles are usually quite fun.

Needs updating
Fun game, but the time limit is WAY too short and the game doesn’t always save progress. I just ended up deleting it after it took me back to level 78 for the fourth time.

Too many ads
Fun game for the 35 or so levels I played. After an introductory period (20 levels I think) I got an ad after every single level completion or failure. These levels usually give you a minute or so to complete them so that means that even if they were all 15 second ads, you’re spending a minimum of 20% of your time with the app open watching ads, and that’s not including the time to click 3 different X’s to close out of most ads.
Again, I had fun but I’m definitely not sticking around for that many ads.

Too many bugs :(
Fun and addicting gameplay, but game breaking bugs in later levels make it impossible to continue playing.
Level 90 and 91 introduce a new mechanic that simply does not work. The cats will not jump to their color like they are supposed to even if it’s in range. This made the game unplayable and I can no longer clear the level.
Also, watching an option ad to replenish hearts, it doesn’t register that I watched the ad and the counter remains at zero, then glitches out and says full hearts (but will say zero hearts if I try to play.
The amount of ads seem excessive as well- when I launch the game, after every level (most levels are only minute or so long) , after I watch an ad to get a bonus, and sometimes in the middle of a level! Not cool. As a free to play player I don’t mind ads in moderation.
it’s a shame there are so many issues because I was really enjoying this game.
