I think they broke it
Notee takes around an hour to load to my Apple Watch 11. And once it gets there the complications to access it aren’t available.
I tried reaching out to them for support. They never responded.

Is this a scam?
I purchased the premium plan today for a 3 hour meeting. It is STILL analyzing 3 hours later! I attempted to use the support feature in the app and it isn’t functioning either.
I was able to find a telephone number but it is Nicosia, Cyprus.
I would like to recover my data, understand what the problem is and possibly get a refund. Please respond!!!

Love this app it’s really good if you have a a Apple Watch and don’t have access to your phone because you can record from your watch and gives really good summaries.

Update:
I can now transcribe phone calls, I believe my phone was at the latest iOS, & that updating the Notee app was needed & all is well now!
This is a mandatory app for me it really helps me with learning & retaining information from various sources. What used to take me an hour before now takes minutes to have a document that I can study & review.
My only suggestion is there should be a better way to organize your notes. Organizing via date is ok, but I prefer to organize by topic with option to stack similar notes or have freedom to develop my own system of organization. I can associate tags with each note which is better than nothing but then I cannot sort the tags & only can see a few tags at a time & must scroll to see the remaining.
Other than that I highly recommend this app!!!!!!!!

I had a simple phone call I wanted transcribed & summarized. I could not share the transcript from the notes app to Notee as it was not an option to do so,…. There was no icon for Notee to share it to the app like ur instructions say…..Reaching customer service through ur app does not work too by the way… Emailing you now & leaving a review are my only last options before cancelling. Please help.

Lost all my conversations
I was having problems loading a recorded phone call into the app. One of the suggested fixes was to delete the app and reinstall it. I did so only to find out that I could not access my account. When I reached out to support they sent me a standard letter, but it did not work. I’m going back to Otter.

A timesaver and life changer
I use this app for everything - conversations with myself, to do lists, fleshing out ideas, meetings (with permission), anything important where I want to ensure I don’t miss a single line item. Sure, you can just take notes, but what if an app took that bandwidth-consuming task off your plate reliably and did a more comprehensive job than you could? Other than having the option of removing the branding from every exported PDF, five stars, no notes.

Issues with recordings
Recorded a 20-minute meeting. The app duplicated the file.
Neither file and will not analyze past the 21-second mark.
I get the following message, “you reached the limit for simultaneous analyses”.
Customer service is nonexistent; I have emailed 4 times and received only one reply, which told me to tap the settings for my account number.
Really cannot endorse this app, as it's still buggy and customer service is unhelpful.
But when it did work, it was amazing.

Bought about 3 weeks ago
I am very disappointed with the recent performance of this app. It worked well during my tests a few days ago, so I decided to rely on it for an important meeting.
During the meeting, the app displayed that it was recording, and afterward, it completed the analysis process. The audio file appeared normal in size, but upon playback, there was no sound at all.
Because this malfunction occurred during a critical session where I lost valuable content, I am giving this app one star and cannot recommend it to others in its current state.

Verdict isn’t clear with Apple Watch
I wear my Apple Watch at high level meetings where phones are not allowed but I take notes but am a bit slower with age and need an edge. When I saw this app had a Watch app connection I decided to do a trial. I did a test twice with my phone turned off and recorded a couple minute recording. It showed on my watch as there so I made an assumption that when I turned my phone back on that it would sync to it! IT DID NOT! Even after restarting the phone and watch a few times it still showed on my watch but never went to my phone. Both devices are on the same network. When tested with my phone on it worked fine and worked fine. If this is your application I’d say look elsewhere right now.

Apple Watch integration NOT ready for production use.
I subscribed to Notee primarily because they are the only note taking app that I could find that had Apple Watch recordings. I now have recordings stuck on my watch that I cannot process because they will not transfer to my phone to be summarized.
I contacted customer support and they acknowledged that there are issues with that working 100% of the time, especially for notes longer than an hour. I was advised to use my phone for recordings. I have apps like Cue that do that well, but I purchased Notee for watch integration. My recordings that are stuck are not longer than 12 minutes.
I spent $80 on this app and it does not work. Apple denied my refund request twice and Notee customer service says that since Apple will not provide a refund, there is nothing they can do. Not the customer service I would expect.
DO NOT buy this app if you desire Apple Watch integration.

Loss of Recordings, Unsynced Devices, and Unresponsive Customer Support
I subscribed to Notee: AI Note Taker and was initially impressed by the summaries it generated after meetings. However, because I have an Apple iPhone and a tablet, I logged into my account on this platform, expecting—like with all other apps—that it wouldn’t be a problem as a single user. I had no issues accessing the Notee app or using it to record. Since I was using different devices, I expected that during an update, they would show recordings from both devices.
The next day, I checked each device and realized the recordings had not synchronized across both devices, and all recordings were missing from the tablet, the second device I used. I tried to send an in-app message from the tablet, but even though I had a subscription and was logged in, the feature was grayed out. I decided to email support from my iPhone, explaining the problem. It's been a week since my initial message. I followed up with another message, but I still haven't received any response.
Unfortunately, this results in a loss of irreplaceable high-level content, with consequences that cannot be recovered. My advice is to have a backup method for AI note-taking. The technology is still new and cannot be relied on fully. Also, luckily, my trial was only a weekly subscription.

This AI Note Taker Great For People With Disabilities
I don’t usually write reviews, but the AI no taker works great for people with disabilities. I have Celebral Palsy and it is hard for me to take notes by hand or write notes down at a fast pace. With this app, I am able to get all of the information I need to keep track of the meetings and other tasks that I have to do daily. Thank you for making this app. I really do appreciate it!

Complete Game changer.
This app is absolutely AWESOME! Using it to learn precious metal recovery from old electronics. Copy and paste a YouTube video into it, use microphone for live meetings, Instead of trying to remember it all on my own. It compiles the notes into key points. You can view the whole transcript, and even take flash card test and quizzes to study the notes. Love it!!!!

Great Note Taking app, But...
I REALLY want to rate this app higher. It's a great Note Taking app. It truly is. My problem is that it glitches a lot and you lose what you were trying to record. This month alone in the last couple of days, I have lost three meetings. One of them half recorded and dropped the rest of the meeting. If they can fix these issues, I will rate it much higher. The note taking ability is phenomenal. But the glitches are too frequent.
Update: My problem has been resolved. With the auto save feature I’m not losing m my notes anymore. I’ve tried several other note taking apps and this one is in my top five. Thank you for hearing me and updating the app.

Not a compilation on Apple Watch
Wanted to add as a compilation to a watch face on my Apple Watch. No joy there. I am a Santa and wanted to use Notee to capture my Santa stories as I tell them to the children. These could be such a huge help for the Santa’s who have great stories and can never seem to get a video or recording of them.

Amazing ADHD tool
I downloaded this yesterday, and gave the 7 day trial a try. I have ADHD and struggle with note taking, even if I have a template in front of me, I get overloaded. I recorded a meeting today to see how this app did, and it went beyond my hopes! It caught every little detail organized even when topics were shifted back and fourth. I was so so impressed. Definitely worth a try if you struggle with information overload and are neurodivergent!!

A conversation between 2 AI bots has to throw in, “you know…” & “LIKE,” a few times?! A pet peeve of mine: People simply cannot complete a sentence without saying LIKE at least once. Sometimes 2 or 3 LIKE’s in one sentence! That becomes the only thing I hear, as I wince each time it’s said. Now I have to READ this substitution for a better vocabulary? Written by the “smartest” thing we’ve got?
If the first example of your product output is LIKE & YOU KNOW —in the written word— I’m reevaluating my “All in.”

Surprisingly powerful and accurate notes with analysis
Great notes and analyses, with conclusions and action plans included. Also, it creates a neat quiz based on the discussions and/or lectures notated. Excellent app!!!

OMG-My life has changed forever!
I have been looking around for some sort of an application that I could use as a manager of a complex ICU to keep notes on patient and staff interactions.
I could have never believed that something would be as life-changing as this app.
It took complex information About BiPAP, arterial blood gases, retained CO2 levels, and behavioral observations from several individuals and summarized all of those facts into a tidy page and a half of double space notes.
All of a sudden, coaching and investigations are a breeze.

Potential but falls short
From the iPhone, it records and transcribes fine. However, the AI function doesn't work. There's no way to type a request. The microphone function does not work. The permissions are all set to enable using my microphone and dictation. The Apple Watch record but sends nothing to the phone so that's useless. There is no way to have the recordings and information backed up without having to manually share things one by one which is time-consuming. The worst part is that I sent these concerns over the past week to support and get no reply. Since there is no support for this app, there is nothing else to be done.

This is the first time I have been particularly impressed with the power of AI. I do consulting and Mediation work the summaries that it provides are better than I could pay paralegal to do. It worked well before I paid for the premium. But after I paid, it always takes infinite time to “analyze my record” when transcribing any imported recordings to text: it always gets stuck in the “analyzing my record” page and never finish the analysis, while requiring me not to close the app.

Great on my Phone. iPad Not so great since IOS 26
Love this app when it works. Since IOS 26 it wont even load on my IPad 12.9 pro. I wanted to record zoom meetings to help my memory issues but can’t do that now. I’ve sent multiple emails to support with no response. Wish I could give it 5 stars but since it’s only working part way I can’t do that. I think it’s a great idea just not great execution!

How I use this app, let me count the ways
Not only do I use it for now taking in meetings but I also use it for writing letters. Let me tell you about the meetings function. It’s much better than any notes that I was taking and I can give the meeting notes then to my boss within 10 minutes after the meeting. I sometimes do a little tweaking when they don’t get the names right but that isn’t the program fault needless to say my boss is impressed with how quickly I can get the meeting notes to them. Let’s now talk about letters I basically dictate what I want to say in the letter and then the AI puts it in a letter form that I can then send out. This is one of the most useful tools I have ever had.

Fails at its only job
Notee AI is a complete letdown. I recorded my 2 hour and 26 minute class using their own app, and when it came time to analyze it, the app just gave up. What good is a “note-taker” that can’t even process the recordings it creates? Totally unreliable, frustrating, and useless for anyone who actually needs notes from long lectures. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

This is a great help!
I have a busy life and have ADHD so forgetting things is a huge problem. Since using this, I have been able to keep track of so much. Not only can I record notes, but I can ask for more details, create reminder lists, action items, questions etc. I started offering notes to my clients and they love it. I didn’t give it 5 stars because I wish it was available on Windows. Sometimes the app freezes and requires me to power off my IPhone to restore the app.
All in all, this is a great help!

This app helps me to have all points made in meetings. I ask if I can record to make minutes and when I am allowed to it has been very helpful. This is a life changing app.

Easy Accurate Multi Language Notes
Just started using- I have used several similar apps - this one I like the layout, easy to learn and accurate, versatile with several sources of input (eg phone conversations). The price is very reasonable and sealed the deal. Really like this one- a very useful tool.

Great when it works
It’s amazing when it works, but any disruptions (like incoming calls that were ignored) will cause your recording to stop but the app doesn’t tell you that it stopped recording or you need to resume. That means you think you recorded the whole meeting but in reality you missed all the information after the incoming call. Need to fix that bug. There should be a notification or pop up that tells me to continue recording if something has interrupted it.

Fantastic
This app has helped keep notes for a weekly meeting of about 12 people. On a teams meeting I put my phone right next to the speaker and it gives such comprehensive notes that we share with the entire team. We even save those notes on our server to go back to if necessary. Can’t wait to see what’s next from Notee!

It took a 2 hour presentation and completely and accurately summarized into a 5 minute read covering EVERYTHING !

Works great
This app works just as advertised. I turn lt on right before all my Zoom meetings and then use the app to impress everyone. The only thing I wish it could do is record zoom calls or phone calls conversations then provide a summary. That would be awesome. They don’t advertise that feature but it would be wonderful if they added it. I’d buy that upgrade for sure.
