Description

iPhone 17-series support is coming soon!
Welcome to Project Indigo, a new camera experience from Adobe Labs. With a custom computational photography pipeline, a natural image look, and full set of manual camera controls, it offers something for professional and casual photographers alike. Also with new controls for computational cameras and a glimpse into the future of AI image processing on our Tech Previews page.
Available for iPhone 12 and 13 Pro/Pro Max, and all iPhones 14, 15, and 16-series.
For best experience we recommend using iPhone 15 Pro or newer.
A COMPUTATIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY CAMERA
Instead of capturing a single photo, for every shutter press Indigo captures a burst of photos and combines them together to produce a high-quality photo with lower noise and higher dynamic range.
PHOTO MODE VS NIGHT MODE
Photo mode is intended for everyday use in good lighting and has zero shutter lag, meaning it captures the moment you wanted.
Night mode is intended for use in low light. In this mode images are captured after you press the shutter button, but use longer exposure times, further reducing noise.
NATURAL LOOK
Photos produced by Indigo employ computational photography and AI to produce a natural (SLR-like) look for your photos, including special (but gentle) treatment of subjects and skies. This look is applied when generating JPEG images and is embedded as a rendering suggestion in raw DNG files (if enabled). All raw pixels remain intact – the look does not alter them.
PRO CONTROLS
Using these you can take full control of how Indigo captures the image, manually specifying focus, exposure time and ISO, exposure compensation, and white balance. Focus control includes an optional magnified loupe for setting precise focus, and white balance control allows you to tap on an object known to be neutral gray.
Unique to Indigo’s Night mode is manual control over the number of frames aligned and merged into a final photo. More frames result in lower noise but a longer time to capture a photo. There is also a Long Exposure mode: if the phone is on a tripod, this allows the capture of synthetic long exposure effects like “water-into-silk" with infinite number of frames where the camera captures and merges images until stopped.
SUPER-RESOLUTION FOR ZOOM
Using pinch-to-zoom in any camera app often results in image quality loss. To recover the image Indigo employs multi-frame super-resolution which can restore much of the lost quality. ‘SR’ indicator on the zoom buttons shows when it is active.
MACRO MODE
Enable Macro from the viewfinder and capture stunning close-up shots.
VIEWFINDER
Provides a view of the camera parameters that will be used for capture, a live histogram of the scene, zebra striping that shows you where there are over-exposed areas in the image, and a level to help you capture straight images.
LIGHTROOM INTEGRATION
Adobe Lightroom for mobile is the most powerful photo editor in the App Store. Indigo filmstrip allows you to send an image directly to Lightroom mobile app for editing. In addition, our (optional) raw DNG files provide maximum compatibility with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
TECHNOLOGY PREVIEWS
Technology Previews will be a place where we will offer an early look at technologies that may eventually be deployed in Adobe’s flagship products, or that already appear in these products in a slightly different form.
AI DENOISE
One such technology is a variant of the AI-based denoising available in Camera Raw and Lightroom desktop clients. It requires raw DNG as input, and it saves a new DNG to your camera roll.
REMOVE REFLECTIONS
Another example is a variant of the AI-based Remove Reflections technology from Camera Raw and Lightroom desktop clients. It requires a DNG as input, and it saves a medium-resolution JPEG to your camera roll. The technology is designed to address reflections when shooting through plate glass windows that cover most of the camera field of view.

Not bad, needs this:

The things I am really missing from the app:
1) HEIF
2) 24 MP
3) Live photos
4) easier gestures to control exposure
Add these and Indigo becomes my daily driver immediately. Keep up the great work, Adobe!

Good, but some feedback

This is a great natural looking alternative to the default camera app, and I expect it to keep improving, but I have some feedback:
1. There is no portrait mode yet. This is a great place to improve from Apple's camera app, as their portrait mode looks a little fake.
2. There is no flash?
3. The photos often have an "AI-upscaled" look to them. They still look a lot higher quality than the default camera app's but this problem may be a bit troublesome for obvious reasons.
4. The photos tend to lean a little too dark. Darker than what I can naturally see with my eyes. I usually have to go in my photos app and turn up the exposure on most photos taken with Indigo. Photos feel a little "dimmed".

Great

Adobe does it yet again. Awesome app that can give you a much more natural look than the over processed, over sharpened look you get straight from the Apple camera app. That being said I would like to see the app make full use of the fusion camera on the newer iPhone models. For example, I’d like to select between the three different native focal lengths of 1x on the fusion camera in Indigo. Also don’t understand why the 2x mode is using Adobe’s SR processing when the iPhone 16 pro has a true 2x optical zoom: the 5x zoom in Indigo doesn’t use SR, and the phone has a true 5x zoom. The phone also has a true 2x zoom, so why is Indigo using SR? If Adobe could implement full use of the fusion camera I’d definitely give this five stars.

Amazing app; really needs iPhone 17 support

I’ve been using this app since it came out and it has been a joy to use. It gives that perfect SLR look that I’ve been wanting in a camera app for my phone for so long, and it gives every photo a certain charm to it. I simply cannot recommend this enough.
I just upgraded to an iPhone 17 Pro from an iPhone 15 which means I can finally use the extra features that the Pro phones get—but I was slightly disappointed finding out upon opening the app that this app has no support for the iPhone 17 models. I can’t wait for the day when this app finally releases support for my phone and I can get back to taking photos using Project Indigo.
Props to the team for making this app.

Cool features. Terribly unreliable.

This isn’t ready for prime time. Occasionally, and for no discernible reason, you capture a photo… and it’s not on the camera roll. If you can’t trust it to save the photos it captures, it’s worthless.

Incredible camera app

HDR photos are so incredible, well recording the actual scene. Photo texture and color are much better than stock camera.
The WB is sometimes inaccurate at low light. The 48mp sensor only works at binning mode(12mp), even at 2x zooming, the in sensor zoom can not be used. Hoping all pixels can be used at 1x and 2x zooming, the photo would be amazing if the SR algorithm can be used at the same time. (Maybe this would decrease the dynamic range and bring more heat.)
I may find a bug. When I click the 2x button, the photo resolution is 4024x3016, while if I zoom to 2.0x, the resolution is 4032x3024.

Great photos; buggy app

Turns out great photos when there is a lot of difference between light and dark. But the app itself is very buggy. Just had an issue where it wouldn't let me switch to another app or even lock the phone. And while it saves into the phone's native photo app, you can't actually edit in there; the entire photo turns red when you try. Still, photos are good enough that I'll keep using.

Great photos, but data loss an issue

I installed Indigo a few months ago, and found that the photos it generates are generally higher in detail and have better depth of field than those taken with the native Camera app. So I’ve been using it more and more!
Today I experienced a couple of data-loss issues that reminded me that this app is not yet ready for widespread use.
I’m not entirely sure what happened in both of the instances, but on my observations it is a potential combination of three things:
- I delete shots that didn’t work out, but sometimes I get the prompt twice, and I accidentally a photo I wasn’t intending to.
- Photos take time to render and can be lost if you close the app early. (This is warned about in their docs.)
- There is an iCloud integration issue that results in photos not being saved when your Wi-Fi or cell data are spotty.
I’m traveling, so the shots I took that are now gone I simply can’t get back again. I’m going to remind myself this is still beta software and use the native Camera app to capture anything I really care about keeping.

Huge upgrade over the iOS camera app

I don’t write reviews but I feel like I have to for Project Indigo. I’ve been traveling a lot this summer and using PI extensively to take photos of urban and natural environments, and this app produces some absolute stunners. Adobe has something very special on their hands here. I no longer get the overexposed watercolor paintings that the stock camera creates; instead, I get photos that are more true to life, with softer exposures and none of that irritating smoothing you really see when you zoom in on photos.
It does overheat my 13 Pro and slow it down quite a bit - sometimes crashing - but I understand this is beta software so bugs are expected. Very excited to see the team behind this app improve its stability, because I’d use this app full time otherwise, it’s that good.

Awesome photos, hoping for background processing in future versions

This app produces amazing picture results. I really like the photos I take with it, but I will say I would love for the pictures to be able to be processed in the background as I sometimes find myself exiting the app or trying to take more photos as I wait for the current ones to be processed

A great camera in the works!

To think this camera app is still basically in beta, it does an amazing job. I have used a lot of camera apps. As a serious photographer hobbiest it is quickly becoming my new go to camera app. Still a few minor bugs (reflection removal isn’t perfect, but still does an impressive job under the right circumstances ) but nothing that should prevent one from taking great photos.

The one app to make a 14 Pro Max feel antiquated

I’ll start with the good: the image quality is head-and-shoulders better than default iPhone photo processing. It’s worth the wait while the picture develops.
Now for suggestions & bugs:
- On the 14 series, the number of images in the development queue should be turned down to 3. When the queue reaches 4, it most often will crash the app, taking all 4 shots with it.
- Add a filter in the filmstrip to show only Indigo RAW files
- For frequent users of the app, grouping photos by date in the filmstrip would be nice
- I have yet to get AI noise removal to work. The progress bar reaches about 95% before the app crashes. Reflection removal works reliably.
- Add a button to turn off camera and devote 100% of resources to processing. Perhaps this doesn’t meaningfully impact performance, but it feels slow when the framerate is reduced on the camera preview.
- A companion Mac app would be a neat solution to many of the iPhone’s resource constraints. Perhaps even dump the truly raw sensor data and let the Mac develop those into editable DNGs with its greater cooling capacity and RAM.

Miracle

great surprise ! Best free photography app! Image results in as it appears on preview - with accurate visual representation of subject, has white balance temperature settings to adjust by kelvin number ( not just a preset of white balance options). Also has options to sample area to find white balance options. App retains last used settings doesn’t reset even if you go off the app or turn your phone off and back on - it will automatically go back to last used settings. Has a reflection and anti noise feature that can be downloaded. Has anti shake stabilizer - after taking pic ai finds best options to render final image results to chose from !

Very good but very early

I really like this app but you can tell it’s not super refined. The user interface is great, very easy to use, I wish it had more features tho (I imagine many I expect will be added later so not a problem). What I especially hope for is the ability to shoot photos in 16:9 instead 4:3. Overall a great app as of now, excited to see where it goes.

Inconsistent and Terrible Autofocus

I’ve been using this app for several weeks and sometimes I get results that are astonishingly good. But more often than not, I get terrible results. The biggest problem I’ve faced is autofocus simply not working at all. Most of my shots are entirely out of focus because there will often be no feedback to tapping the screen. I’ve also had multiple images just disappear from my phone after capture. It’s possible I closed the app while it was processing, but I honestly don’t know. It just happens randomly where a photo I’ve taken in the app is gone for good.
Background processing is non existent and the phone immediately starts to heat up with the app open.
I like the idea here and I wish I could (one day) get consistent images from this app. But after my time using it, I think it’s time to move on and delete the app for several months and check back in after a big update.

I like it a lot, but not stable enough to be my primary photo app.

I like the color contrast and have tried to make it my default app. There’s still a bug where, even though the regular iOS camera will gather an image, indigo is a black screen until I restart the device.
I don’t mind the performance or heating issues. iPhone 15 Pro Max.
Looking forward to further updates

Crashes my Phone in Inventive Ways

Takes impressive photos when it works, but it also manages to crash my phone (iPhone 16 Pro) nearly every time I use it, inexplicably disconnecting Bluetooth devices and freezing everything a few seconds after taking a photo,
I honestly wouldn’t have thought it was possible if I hadn’t experienced it myself. Hoping for updates that keep the photographic capabilities, without the crashing.

The main drawback is speed: it takes more time to process and store images than the regular iPhone camera app. It also creates weird file names for images, full of randomized letters for each shot. If you shoot raw plus jpeg, then the raw copy and the joeg copy will have totally different filenames, which confuses apps like adobe lightroom into treating them as two separate shots upon import. As long as you don’t mind opening a separate app that doesn’t do video (or panoramas etc.) to shoot still images, this is worth giving a try.

Good and bad

So far very good, but two major flaws. First, my phone gets very hot in a short amount of time. Second, and this will make me delete the app until it’s fixed, random names are given to each image. Extremely frustrating that images aren’t numbered in sequence like the native camera and many other camera apps - with actual numbers instead of random letters. Makes no sense.

A refreshing take on computational photography

As someone who is a smartphone photography enthusiast, I always lamented that, despite improvements in smartphone cameras, you could always immediately tell if a photo was from a phone and not an ILC. This app bridges the gap quite a bit. You won’t get the fidelity and pixel peeping ability of photos from bigger cameras, but you will very often get natural looking photos.
I’m satisfied with the super resolution feature—it’s a step above the native camera app’s digital zoom. The manual controls are also sufficient. I don’t use them often, but they’re there. For example, if you manually focus, the viewfinder will show a zoomed in view so you can get the focus you want easily.
Something to note is that this app is pretty computationally intense. Photos take a few seconds to process, and you may experience some stuttering if the phone is on low power mode.

Great Start… however

The app is still in its infancy and there needs to be some work done to post-processing. Either HDR or some other codec in the processing causes a major tinting issue when one goes to edit the photo, especially in Apple Photos app. I’m sure a fix is coming and this app shows a lot of promise. Looking forward to future use.
Quick request: can we please see unprocessed standalone RAW options as well?

Almost ready

I’m not one for writing reviews, but I hope that the makers of this software read these and continue to update the product based on user feedback. Using the app on an iPhone 16 Pro Max, so hypothetically top of the current line.
Pros: Amazing quality, good photo tools for image capture, pretty responsive given the resolution
Cons: Lots of bugs when editing in the native Apple Photos app (inexplicable color shifts on edited or cropped pics), not too slow on my phone but hard to imagine on an older model, can’t seem to activate focus lock or aperture lock (could be user error)

Natural look with smartphone style convenience

The most used camera app on my phone. Finally can get photos out of the iPhone that don’t look out of place next to pictures taken with a traditional camera, while retaining the smartphone style convenience of computational photography. Full manual controls and “raw” sensor modes in other apps sometimes works, but is high effort and leaves the computational strengths of the iPhone to overcome the small sensor size completely unutilized. This app gets really close, sometimes better than images obtained with the Sony Xperia Pro-i, which has a traditional 1 inch type sensor and Sony alpha image processing. Until this app, the Sony was my favorite smartphone photography experience. Even on an iPhone 16e with a much smaller sensor, it’s been very stable and consistent. Makes me excited to take pictures with my iPhone again!

Tint issue and lost images

A large number of images will show a tint issue in preview (but look ok if you hit edit) that appear due to HDR. If you use an app to remove HDR the tint issue goes away. The other large issue is if you take multiple pictures in a row where some may still be processing… they can all end up lost and just show up as a large red blob. Still beyond that if there is motion in the photo the images will often end up far more blurred than with the regular camera. Still shots and shots with reflections in them like through thick glass CAN be amazing but the amount of pure failures often can outweigh the successful shots and reliability of other camera apps.

Excellent quality, with performance concerns

Genuinely beautiful photo processing. It brings out a lot of the details of the photos it takes, so if you’re looking for computational photography app that goes above the default iPhone processing then PI is a good choice. Background processing can really slow down the phone though and it’s caused multiple re-springs on my iPhone 14 PM so older phones are going to struggle a lot. Overall though I’m going to be using this app for photography going forwards because of the quality. Just keep in mind your device capabilities.

Edited images tint bug

I really like most of the images I get out of this app, especially in low light, or for getting more naturalistic portraits. Unfortunately something strange happens with editing the images from Indigo on my iPhone 15 pro in the photos app, where processed images appear different than the preview being edited—most notably, the edited images look much more magenta in the photos app than they did while editing. Is this why it’s called Indigo, because it makes everything look more indigo? Not sure, but it’d be nice if the images I edited could look the same in their preview as how they look once they’re fully baked! Hope this gets fixed.

Good beta but overheats my phone

Update: new version fixed some issues but created others. The app took some photos but later failed entirely. Deleting and reinstalling has brought the app back but wondering if this is going to happen again.
Getting overall good results from this app. Will attempt a deeper dive. One thing that I found difficult was that it alerts me that my phone is overheating, but apparently it is the app overheating the phone. On a normally warm afternoon, I can maybe take 4 photos before it makes the phone overly hot.

Great app that needs some tuning

I downloaded the app a few days ago and really enjoy the app so far. So much that it is now the quick shortcut on my Lock Screen.
The photos the app takes are more true to life than the Apple camera app, as well as having a very good app layout
The app does heat your phone up a lot, so you need to make sure that you keep it cool to prevent overheating, I hope as the software continues to improve that this issue is mitigated, or have an option to process photos later so you can birst a bunch of photos.
Another issue I have with the app is when you click the shutter button, it takes a slight second for the app to actually take the photo, this is when the app is “ready to shoot” and not taking burst photos one after another, this makes in motion shots difficult, and I hope as well that improvements happen with future versions of the app
Overall if you are looking for an app that is dead simple to use, and takes more true to life photos with better processing than the official camera app, this is the app for you

Outstanding quality

I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max, which isn't the worst camera in the world, but photos from the default camera app or, say, Halide, tend to look a bit punchier than reality. Project Indigo tends to look a lot more balanced in shots that Halide would overrepresent, while still taking extremely pretty and vibrant photos in genuinely saturated environments. It just feels generally a lot more true to life. One of the stated goals of Project Indigo is to make the captured photos look as close as possible to real SLR shots, and while I've personally never used an SLR camera, this certainly looks about up to par with what I'd expect from one. My only gripe is that, like seemingly all third-party camera apps, there is no button to open a photo in the built-in Photos app, nor is there one to open it in the built-in photo editor. There is a button to open the Photos app, but it doesn't take me to the specific photo I was viewing.

Much better than native iPhone app

I primarily use my phone for wide shots (landscapes, sunrises) and sometimes for macros.
The good/great:
1) It gets rid of that ring around the rising sun, at least mostly and much better than the native iPhone app.
2) Much better in high contrast situations (like sunrise).
3) Nothing is lost when importing to Lightroom and exporting from there, unlike the native app.
4) Takes excellent macro shots when it allows you to switch to macro mode - at least as good as the native app.
5) no need for additional hardware or extra lenses!
The challenges:
1) It's a litlte glitchy and it's frozen on me twice.
2) If you change a manual setting, such as exposure, but then you close the manual settings bar it goes fully into auto mode. I usually set my exposure to +1. In the native app, everything I take from then on is +1. In Project Indigo, this is only true if I leave hte manual controls open. If I hide them, it is no longer at +1. Where this gets a little awkward is that if you have the manual controls open, it won't give you the option to switch into macro mode and there is no way to manually switch. You have to close the manual controls, let it prompt you, switch to macro mode and then reopen the manual controls. It's no big deal really, but hopefully something they may fix in the future.

So far, so good!

I have been trialing PI, using it on a 16PM, yes the phone heats up, but it has not crashed on me, I have not lost any shots. The 10x SR feature & Night mode were put through the paces while shooting at a concert. All shots were keepers, shooting for 50 yards back, the photos were sharp, compared to stock camera shots. Shooting DNG+JPG, there was a 2 sec lag until I could take next shot as the magic happened. Pics were great! Next week, use it on vacation.

Amazing new technology!

The images this app captures are quite frankly awesome! Super high quality and best of all no barrier to entry (absolutely free). It is very computationally strenuous and after using the app for 5-10 minutes it can overheat your device which is the biggest con in my opinion. I do think it would be great if there was a portrait mode but the ability to use manual controls like shutter speed is a big selling point for me. I wouldn’t replace my native camera app with this but it is awesome to use in tandem with it for when you want great quality images.

Beyond impressed

I am beyond impressed with the quality of photos I can now take. It’s especially noticeable with nighttime/low-light photos. No more needing to choose between being embarrassing and using flash or grainy photos (even with iOS long exposure). One of the biggest innovations in the iPhone photo space. Adobe has outdone itself with this app and I hope the whole Indigo team that worked to develop it knows how significant their work is.

Works like a wonder on newer models

This app is amazing. Completely transform the image quality of taking photos on an iPhone. The AI model works too well that it even has chromatic aberration like a DSLR with low quality lenses. I wish it didn’t, because these days, DSLRs all compensate chromatic aberration. Adobe must have trained the model on some old photos

16 Pro, Max and indigo

Have been using it for about a week and taking several different shots with both the native camera and utilizing indigo. In certain situations indigo has shown itself to be significantly better at rendering a more natural looking picture with better resolution and much less noise. Set it up with a dedicated button and it is now my go to app for photography in about 50% of the situations I find myself in.

I’m using this app both for Raw and JPEGs photos and I’m having no issues at all with my 16 Pro. I suspect the phone warms up somewhat but I haven’t really noticed any heat related issues. Fantastic upgrade

This is a really pretty awesome piece of software. I love how the pixel look has come to iPhone images. It is so much closer to my normal skin. I am thrilled with the output. 10 X mode with my iPhone 16 Pro is significantly better than what I can get with the native camera app. However it makes the phone hot and burns through battery. These are big issues that the developers need to address urgently if they want more broad adoption of this excellent software.

Error Feedback

First, the picture is very beautiful and clear!Thank you for free to use this app for free.
But I'm using iPhone 15 programs I bought in Korea. Shutter sounds come out like crazy right after I run the app. I was surprised that it didn't happen when I used another camera app. It would be nice if only the bugs like the above could be corrected quickly. And maybe if we solve this problem, we can solve the fever problem too!

Useless due to false overheating

I was excited to experiment with this, but after taking my third photo, I got an overheating notice. Puzzled, I went to the kitchen and use my instant read thermometer on my phone, which showed the ambient temperature (79 F°). So it was not overheating at all despite the message.
The photos were a bit better than the iPhone photos, but not outstandingly so. I waited a while and came back to take more photos, and then after two photos, I got the overheating notice. Again, I stopped to take the temperature and again it was 79°. I came here to see many people. Also complaining about overheating warnings. This app is too buggy for me to recommend.

Good Start (but not there yet)

I’ll start by saying this app produces some of the best images I’ve ever seen from my 14 Pro Max. Exceptional in all light and with all lenses, particularly in macro.
That said, the app runs very hot, takes over my whole cpu (seriously, it even halts music playback with music that is on device) and there is a great deal of computational latency when processing, even if it’s the only app open.
If this is an issue with RAM, then it really should be limited in the devices it works on. If not, and they can resolve these issues, it will be worth waiting through the betas for the images it captures and produces.

Finally, I love my iPhone photos!

I'm really impressed with the natural photo quality from this app. It reminds me of the excellent camera on my old Pixel phone. I've always found iPhone photos a bit too "processed" for my taste, so it's great to finally love the pictures my iPhone takes with this app! My main concern is that the app can be buggy, frequently freezing and producing inconsistent results. I hope the developers continue to improve it.

Finally, the iPhone camera looks as good as it should

Since the iPhone 12, I’ve always had problems with the built-in iPhone camera. Specially, when zoomed in it will create this fuzzy mess which makes it almost impossible to see anything at high zoom. Also, when I would try to take a photo of something far away zoomed in, it would be out of focus, and I would have to fanagle it to sort of focus correctly. With this app, it solved all of my camera problems. I can manually adjust any settings (like zoom), and every photo I’ve taken (in both day and night conditions) come out in crystal-clear quality, no fuzziness. I particularly like the night mode, even in the daytime, as it really cuts down on the shakiness and fuzziness. I’ve already recommended this app to many of my friends, who had similar reactions as I did.

Holy Bugs Batman!

I’m very intrigued and it seems like it could be good in the future but wow is it buggy right now. I read the reviews about overheating and bugs and thought “meh, I’m sure it’s not THAT bad”, but wow, yeah it is. Constant crashes, **instant** overheating, where it is literally unusable. This is also on not super old/under powered hardware (14 PM) running the latest public version of iOS (18.5). I’ve never had my phone overheat from an application before (outside a beta env) and especially not like this. I’m keeping it installed for what it could be and I will try it again when it’s been updated a bit but it shouldn’t have even been released in this state, it’s unusable.
On a small note for the devs, the dark mode icon is incorrectly rendered so that also needs to be tested.

Overheating needs fixing

After just two shots, my iPhone 14 Pro Max got really hot to the touch with the app warning me of overheating. It also crashed twice. That said, I compared the pictures shot in this app to the iPhone’s camera app (in lower lighting) and the quality from this app is hands down superior. I am a graphic designer of over 25 years and use Adobe software professionally. As a bata app, it’s a great start, but the overheating is very concerning.

Love it but some bugs

I’ve been looking for an app like this for a long time and the only options have been paid or kind of garbage. As somebody who already has an Adobe subscription I love this and can’t wait to see how it improves.
Couple of bugs, the overheating warning can’t be exited out of in Landscape mode as the X is blocked by the shutter button. Moderate use on my iPhone 14 leads to over. Hitting the Lightroom button doesn’t immediately open that photo in Lightroom but just brings you to the import page which I feel like is a Missed opportunity for quicker workflow. Additionally it would be nice to be able to go into macro mode without requiring the phone to suggest it first.
Overall great app and I hope I can give it a five out of five soon.

Great camera app! Features request for future updates.

Everything works quite well on an iphone 16 pro, needs some optimization for better performance and not getting warm. Otherwise I felt there are features and stuff that I hope this app will gain in future updates:
- Precision controls to tune the way this app handles sharpening and noise reduction before taking pictures.
- Dedicate modes and UI optimization for long exposure and astrophotography features.
-Self timer or delay shutter mode to prevent camera shake when let the phone stay still.
- I felt that the workflow of moving between saved pictures in Apple’s photos app and edits in Lightroom is quite clunky so I hope this camera app will eventually replace the outdated camera in Lightroom app so that everything can be more seamless from shooting to editing dng files in one single app.
- Finally, please bring this app onto older devices that still support iOS 18.5 and iPad Pro devices.

A little bit buggy, but still an awesome free camera app.

The image quality is very impressive, giving a tranquil tone and more accurate white balance to the stock camera. SR feature is better than expected, hopefully it can output higher resolution photos with newer iPhone (iPhone 15 pro and newer). The phone gets overheated very quickly when using the experimental features such as AI denoise, this should be fixed soon or it will eat up the battery like a monster.

Fantastic image quality with Indigo!

I started using this app with curiosity after seeing a social media post. It’s really blowing my mind, it’s like an entire photography toolbox, love it! I particularly like the zoom-in feature with SR, indeed looks so detailed. No wonder it’s from Adobe! I wish it becomes a real product, and you know what, I would love to pay for it!
