Appears great just in the begging

Took some pictures on the camera and they appear as saved but when I open the app they simply don’t appear to download, I’ve tried taking off the chip and putting it back, also tried deleting the app and downloading it again, but it ended up being worse, all the pictures are the same. Overall I’ve had a good experience since this new issue, I used to be able to see all the pictures and download them, now I don’t even know if I can have the pictures I took, on my phone.

take care of my issue

for some reason ever since I downloaded the app the only pictures that save onto my camera are the ones I take on my phone. and the ones I take on my camera don’t save at all? please help correct this issue or help me understand what i’m doing wrong.

Pictures don’t go through

The pictures I take on my camera don’t go to the app only a select few and it never updates. That’s the only reason I got this specific camera for the easy app transfer of my pictures. Don’t get this it’s not worth it. They won’t respond to me either when I ask for help.

Connection from camera to app

this is a very good camera and a very good app but whenever I try to connect my camera to my iPhone/app it always says connection field when I go to my menu and I press Wi-Fi but it always says connection failed i’ve been trying for hours, but nothing has come up now. My photos are just sitting on my camera not knowing how to download them not having an adapter that I can connect to my phone now all I have is sitting photos in a sitting camera that I can do nothing with no post no tagging no nothing. They shouldn’t really check this and make sure it is well made next time. Maybe I’m making a mistake on my camera and it would really help if I had some instructions but unfortunately I cannot find them. This was a really good Christmas gift and I think it would make a good gift for other people maybe just not with this kind of technology thank you.

Problem saving

it’s not letting me save some of my photos cause i deleted it off my camera. It still shows up in the app but when i click them they’re jsut a black screen and the won’t let me save them. Please let me know if there is a way to save them :(
