I used the app once when I first downloaded it. Didnt find it useful. Forgot about and got charged $60. Subscription doesn’t even appear in IOS subscriptions so I feel like it may be a scam. Hopefully I get my money back.

Do not purchase
Scam Artists - Their workouts are very simple and repetitive, the videos look stolen from other places, and there’s very little information to read up on. Further, they’re doing men a disservice by only providing strengthening exercises, when men also need exercises to relax these muscles and avoid making them Hypertonic. They hid the fact that their price doubles after the first month, and have you send in a support email to cancel the subscription or delete your account. They want more money out of you, and they’ll do whatever it takes to get it. You can’t even edit your billing info in the app. Truly suspect business they’re running here.

The ads that pop up on social media address the areas I really want to work on. I’ve been on the app for a couple of weeks and nothing that I’ve seen addresses a single issue as advertised.

This app bore you with senseless articles that you can find on Google they lock the examples on how to text how to recognize a positive text and how to do the exact thing that they’re advertising they lock it up for a week you don’t have access to the very thing that you buy is garbage and I want a full refund

Ridiculously expensive and not worth it. The exercises and information provided are elementary at best, and can be found for free on Instagram. It’s like over $50 / month for “write a journal entry” that’s insane. No. Delete. Refund.

Scam
When you sign up you’re given the impression it’s a one time financial charge. Turns out it isn’t. You have paid half of a monthly fee, so a month later you get billed double. And for every month after. It appears on the credit card statement as Solidgate which is a processing system used by many online vendors making it very difficult to figure out who is charging you. And when you try to cancel in app, all it does is generate an email. So canceling is not immediate and requires manual assistance.

Excellent program
Very straightforward, explanations of what pelvic floor disorder is, and how it affects ED. Many men don’t realize that the same type of muscular functions that are often affected by women after birth, can also affect men overtime. Also, exercise exercises are clearly explained and usually shown, and become progressive over time !

This app is a scam
This app is a complete scam. There is some helpful information but it isn’t updated regularly. Basically, they lure you in with a free trial that you sign up for in the app and then start charging you $59.99 per month.
Typically, apps that offer subscriptions are listed in the settings part of an iPhone so that you can easily see what you have signed up for. I check the subscriptions section of my settings at least once per month to avoid unwanted charges. Relatio is not listed.
When I opened up the app to see if I could cancel, the option was not readily available, and I had to copy and paste an email to directly write to the company to cancel the subscription.
Ethical companies usually send a confirmation email when a payment is received. However, the only reason I realized that I was being charged $59.99 per month was because of a notification from PayPal.
Ethical companies also usually send a courtesy email letting the customer know when their free trial is about to expire. I never received an email letting me know that I would soon be charged on a monthly basis.
Relatio does not seem to provide new content on regularly. Therefore, I would think that a one-time payment to access a set amount of information would be more appropriate than a subscription.

On Male Health
I can not understand WHY in a Male Health, on “meditation” part, we have to watch a video made mainly showing women…
It is seems like the use ONLY 1 video for the whole app, which could have other help for women as well.
Does could be cost effective for the app developers BUT I FOUND THIS AS A CHEAP TRIC AND NOT SUITABLE.
On Male Health men should see “men” performing all the tasks.
Sorry if this offend someone…but I’m advocate for “men are men”.

SCAMMERS!!!!
They charged my account $59.99 after I thought canceled the service. There isn’t an option for you to cancel your subscription, you gotta do it through email and they take days to respond. They told me I’d get a refund and that I wouldn’t get charged again and I literally got charged again. DO NOT USE THIS APP AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS
