Frustrating and limited functionality
The app feels cluttered and pre-loaded with options I don’t need, and starting my own is confusing. Mind maps do not display well on my phone requiring lots of scrolling. Deleting components is buggy and the lack of a computer based interface makes it nearly unusable for me. Disappointed I didn’t check this feature before purchasing.

Brilliant idea for visuals but LIMITED in some important ways
I love how it organizes the information, but I DO NOT LIKE the fact that it will not allow you to copy and paste information nor will it generate what you create as a word document like ChatGPT does. This needs to improve, otherwise it has a tremendous amount of potential and again is great for mind mapping.

Stops working, no support
I paid for one year and app quit working after a couple days. Constant error messages saying the server is too busy and to try again in a few minutes. Super frustrating because it seems like an awesome tool if only it worked :(

Your ai model is clearly bias and favors the liberal left. Why can’t the facts be used instead of overtly favoring one over the other. I was loving this app until the politics test. You have received a failing grade. I was going to purchase this but now I am canceling the free trial. I am disappointed because this was great.

App is not working at all ssl error all the time
I purchased this app with high hopes, but my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. From the moment I downloaded it, I encountered persistent issues that rendered it completely unusable. Despite my attempts to troubleshoot, I have not been able to get it to work even once.
The primary issue has been a recurring SSL error, which appears every time I try to access the app’s features. It’s incredibly frustrating to see the same message pop up repeatedly, despite following all recommended solutions found in forums and support pages. I ensured that my device was updated, checked my internet connection, and even tried reinstalling the app multiple times, but nothing has worked.What’s particularly disheartening is that I reached out to customer support for assistance. The response was slow and unhelpful, providing generic troubleshooting steps that I had already tried. It felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously, and I was left feeling abandoned as a customer. I had high expectations based on the app's description and the initial reviews, but my experience has made me question its reliability. I invested in this app for a whole year, hoping to utilize its features, but instead, I feel like I’ve wasted my money. In summary, I would not recommend this app to anyone unless significant improvements are made. An app that fails to function at all, coupled with poor customer service, is simply unacceptable. SCAM ALERT!!!!!!
In app purchase that cant be turned off, not answering emails. There is no contact information for the company directly within the description of this app or in the Google store.
I canceled this place a month ago and it still charging me double per week. I've written them twice not answered they offer you no resolution through the app or within the settings in iOS where you would regularly disable any app that you no longer wish to purchase.
I am certainly going to report this to the fraud department and have my bank cancel all credit card transactions dealing with this sham of a service!!!! 🤬🤯😡🥵🤯🤬

I paid $35 to use this app, and from the first moment the only thing that works is their preset questions and maps. Anytime you ask a question of you own or try to create a map you get a error message saying their servers are too busy. That’s a pretty trash thing to do on a no refund contract…🤨

No ability to attach documents for outlining
A bit disappointed because I thought that this app might be helpful in making mind maps of documents that I would upload, only to find out you can’t upload anything. You have to ask a question or link a YouTube video. The mind mapping tool would be really helpful if it could map uploaded lecture notes from a class or a long article.

Good for lightweight use
It correctly develops a mind map of topics within its training set. It does not allow for PDF or image upload to create mind maps from user-owned sources. The editing feature is good for moving things around, but you cannot add nodes or change node dependencies. It we’ll create a mind map of max 3 levels deep, but it cannot add additional details beyond that third level. The relatively slow (guessing 10 tokens/sec) access to GPT-4o allows you to get further insights on the topic, but these interactions cannot change/modify the created mind map.

I really like the fact that you can incorporate ai into mind mapping. This has the potential to be really helpful, but currently its lack of functionality in actually being able to edit the mind map is taking away so many points. Mind map is so much more useful when you can add your own thought and interact with it instead of only staring at it.

Sorry! But I’m just trying to give it a try and it wants me to pay. The website says you have to pay for the Pro, but there’s no other option in realty. Perplexity is excellent and free. It’s not a mind map, but the point is it’s completely free and one day they will probably change that, but they are smart to build a following knowing if the quality remains people won’t be upset it they have to subscribe. With this app, one can’t test it out, so why would a person subscribe when they don’t know if it’s worth it?

Being a visual person, I was quick to download. The pay wall is upfront so I paid and excitedly attempted my first map… nothing…. Then the timeout while it failed to generate. Then another attempt, and another. All with no actual map created. It’s only been 30 mins since download and they e asked me to rate… not good.

Ideas
Well, I’m trying to make a history of mythology. I’m finding myself really enjoying that it’s easy to create the mind map of what I need and where it should go, but also, I can’t make any edits and adjustments. It would be really cool for it to have that feature, where if I need to add a branch or if I need to add a branch or change some text or anything it would be beyond useful and helpful. Also your subscription literally doesn’t tell you what it offers. I can’t find anywhere where it gives me a solid description of what I would be paying for if I chose the upgrade version. Just food for thought.

This is the most useful tool I’ve found for mind-mapping but we need to be able to at a minimum print a whole enlarged map and be able to export into an outline. Ability to import into other programs would be amazing.

Right of the blocks said system was busy
Premature to write this but I kinda like the concept but after 10 minutes of playing the system is busy doesn’t give responses didn’t seem to save the map to retrieve easily automatically. I really like the concept I really want to like this app but seems sophomoric at this point.

Now, I’m really frustrated. I’ve only got one map to work and there’s no pathway to cancel. I know it’s said 14 day trial. I’m changing this to one star.
As noted in other reviews there’s no way to store export otherwise meaning for utilise the mind maps. Even when you export it only exports a small portion as an image… I don’t know, seems like it’s on the right start but woefully incomplete.

I just downloaded the app. The idea is brilliant, but it's very limited. I can't expand the answers. I can only ask one question at the time. Different than chatGPT that I can keep asking things, this app only allowed me to ask ONE question at the time, and it doesn't let me expand the questions.

Mapping topical text but no real how to links, tutorials. Takes narrative and places in pictorial form. Less than I thought it provided. Maybe further use will produce more useful material.

Export functionality needs improvement
The mind maps are pretty powerful, but the only way to export them via the app and share them creates a screenshot, which either gets cut off or is unusable because it’s so small. The ability to export the entire mind map to a jpg, miro, figma etc would make this app immediately worth paying for.
